Yes Parcel2Go seemingly offer good prices, but that is at the expense of customer service, which frankly is non-existent. We have sent several packages with them and when it works, it's fine, but when there is a problem it's a nightmare. We used them to send a package via UPS, first the tracking said that it been damaged, and then disposed of. We took this up with P2G who promised like they always do to get back to us. But like always, they don't bother. We then get an email from Parcel2Go demanding an "underpayment charge". Yet, whilst running a quote for the replacement, which is exactly the same as the original, the price quoted is exactly the same as before. Their customer service team aren't interested in this and we have to fill out a form to dispute it. The sage doesn't finish here as we then find out (not informed by P2G as promised), that our "disposed of package" has now miraculously been found. Nightmare!

Utterly terrible company. Parcel was not collected as arranged, with no reason given, resulting in an issue as the item had to be delivered on time. Online chat had no means of contacting the courier, so was of no use. No option to drop the item at a local store (no reason for this given by the online advisor). Advisor then refused to pass details to make a complaint, stating that they could only pass on detail to the courier themselves. When I asked for a refund, it was a battle to get it processed. Genuinely an awful experience. Could not recommend less.

Complete waste of time. Failed collection twice! Waited in for 2 full days... 8-6pm for YODEL. And still the parcel hasn't been collected!! Was promised an upgrade by one operator then the next operator says this was not possible and I had to pay extra!!! A terrible company. Avoid like the plague!

Sent a parcel to Australia costing me £107 including insurance. Parcel was collected from my home on 11th October 2018 and was to be delivered in 10 days. Now it is 20th November 2018 and parcel is practically 'missing'. Keep being told it is awaiting recipient instructions but my sister has contacted customs in Australia and it has never arrived. No one seems to be helping from TNT Direct and you cannot contact Parcels2go. I have even phoned the TNT Hub in Liege, who were helpful but it needs to be dealt with by the depot of origin. I'm going round in circles !!!

I have given them a second chance after a very bad after sales service in April 2018 - mistake. Booked a collection which didn't turn up, paid extra for guaranteed delivery day and that won't happen now but they won't organise an overnight service to ensure it does. GO ELSEWHERE because, when things go wrong you're on your own with P2G, they're shocking.

I had been a long term and faithful customer for a long time until recent. After being unreasonably declined on a recent insurance claim I can only but state that their premiums are simply worthless. They refuse to accept fact. In this case they successfully destroyed an expensive piece of HiFi which was adequately packaged in a strong plastic box capable of taking my 16st weight. The damage was caused by inadequate handling not inadequate packaging. I accept the risk involved in sending packages with a courier and hence I have always taken the appropriate care to survive the worse under normal acceptable handling. I have always ensured the package is sufficiently covered by insurance as a just-in-case. This was proven to be a waste of my money. I am now considerably out of pocket due to lousy handling of my package and not through fault of my own. As such I feel extremely let down by P2G and I will not be using them again. I would recommend anyone else think carefully before using their services and most definitely before considering their insurance premiums. Their after sale service is very poor and they are an almost impossible company to contact and actually have any worthwhile correspondence. As such I CANNOT RECOMMEND their services in any way. I have only given one star as I am not sure you can enter a zero star rating and I will give it to them, they are cheap. But as they say, buy cheap, pay twice and on this occasion I most definitely did

Disgusting service. Take your money, delay your parcel for many weeks, eventually deliver it damaged, refuse to respond with any information, promise a refund but never pay, and refuse any compensation (except a £10 voucher for future orders), useless as I will never again use Parcel2Go. Dishonest.

I was very concerned regarding the negative comments on reviews, however I have to say that I had no problems at all with the service received. I would quite happily recommend them. I used the live chat to check on updates and the chat was easy and gave me the answers.

This is the worst service i have ever used! No contact number to call for urgent queries. Their system contains incorrect data that is connected to the account which is why i have had to chase up 4 times and each time frustratingly having to tell them that they need to update my details in the system, in which it never gets updated! They have sent me personal information on 2 other people details which were connected to my account! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! Especially NEVER chose HERMES as they are the worst in service.

They have damaged my parcel. It was 4 brand new macbook pros. All the boxes r damaged and one macbook doesnt charge or turn on.The parcel is insured up to £1500 damage. They have closed the claim coz I have did not provided enough information about the value of the items when I did.I contacted them few days before the claim has been closed as I had a notice that its nearly time to close the claim if I dont provide more info.I have live chatted someone and been told that it will have no time limit and they will let the claim section know that I only have the cash receipts uploaded. They did not contact me after just closed the claim and even when I contacted them by live chat again they did not even answer me after I gave my id and what my problem is.I have these live chat scripts saved btw.Ridiculous that they dont want to responsible for what theyve done.

should your parcel not get delivered or should you deliver have a problem. Parcel2go WILL NOT HELP you. Trust me they will not help. Also, most of the couriers they use DO NOT LIKE dealing with parcel2go. It has been over 16 days for me to get a POD (proof of delivery). I'm still waiting!! The courier can confirm that it takes them less then 5 Mins to get that proof, but parcel2go will NOT share that info. Also, I speak from experience, as i DID (never again) send 3 parcels a week. You won't save money and you will regret it. DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO.

PARCEL2GO : DREADFUL SERVICE Hi I decided to send a Parcel to Garmin Europe on the 11.08.2018 - (took extra insurance to the value of £300, item to be signed for and guaranteed delivery) and to this day I am still waiting for the parcel to get there. I was taken into hospital shortly after sending the parcel and was bedridden for 2 weeks, which is when I decided to log in and check the status of my delivery as I had not heard from Garmin or Parcels2Go. My order showed as “in transit”. Let me tell you it is a nightmare trying to contact Parcels2Go as you can ONLY chat with them via their online chat which is not easy to find either. After chatting to a member staff online I was told that a claim would be raised (08.10.2018) and they would investigate this matter. I also received an email advising that it would take a minimum of 7 days and they would be in touch with me by the 22.10.2018. On the 22.10.18, (2weeks later) I still had not heard anything from them. I went online to chase the matter. Let me say, the service here was absolutely dreadful. The operator was just reading the same script. No one seemed to want to take ownership. They could not give me an update, they could not tell me who was dealing with the claim or even an update. Told me I could not speak to a senior member of staff and would not give me a manager’s name. After a lengthy discussion, I managed to get the operator to agree on a call back from a senior member of staff before the 12 noon the next working day. Guess what? I’m still waiting for that callback. No callback, however, when later checked the online account on the 24.10.18, Parcels2Go now wanted documents regarding my claim. Proof of item purchase that had been sent to Garmin, and evidence of non- receipt from Garmin (even though I had used Parcels2Go to send my item, and my entire claim revolved around them losing my item) I send what items I had. My screen showed that no further information was required and everything had gone through successfully. Two days later (26.10.18), still no response. Decided to chase the callback and went online, and I was hit with a brick wall. The operator was extremely unhelpful and just was reading company policy and bordered on rude. I was told that I had sent an invoice of purchase but not receipt and they wanted the receipt. They also wanted proof of non-delivery. I proceeded to explain that they had arranged pickup and delivery of my item and they had lost said the item, hence the claim and they would, in fact, have proof of non-delivery but the operator was not having it. I was told that I would need something from Garmin saying that they had not received the item. They also stated that if I submit the information they can confirm that they will deal with the claim, insinuating that if I did not they would not. Felt like I was banging my head against a brick wall here. One hour later and still I was no better. At this point, I requested a call back from a senior member of staff and was told that they cannot guarantee this. They would not give me the name of a person dealing with my claim, managers name or confirm a callback. I requested a transcript of the conversation which went on deaf ears. I managed to copy our conversation before I was rudely disconnected from online chat. I spoke to Garmin (whose service is exceptional) and they sent an email of non – receipt. I did get a call back from a so-called manager in their claims dept saying they needed two weeks further to resolve my situation after sending them the email from Garmin and a copy of the original receipt of product, but I have little faith in their timescales and would like to know what options are available to me. Absolutely a dreadful company, claim still pending

is there zero star? I wish to give zero. 5 days waiting for the parcel to be collected. re-booked once but the story is same. customer service agent (Sophie -- but I doubt it is her real name) could not help with anything but "very sorry for how you feel" and guess what?... "I can re-book collection for you". what?!?!?!? I do not need your sorries, I need my parcel to be collected. God, when will on the earth customer support become really helpful. What do they pay money to agents for? To copy-paste cliche phrase? Totally unacceptable service

I sent two Golf Clubs to Sweden for Delivery 17th October. Two weeks went by and the buyer contacted me to say the cubs haven't yet arrived. I tracked the clubs and the web [age said the clubs were still at the hub on 17th October. I contact parcel2go on there chat facility and they explained I would have to wait 48 hours before I open a case. I opened a case feeling that something would be done. I had a report 1 week later telling the parcel had been found. I had already given the buyer a full refund. After twice contacting Parcel2go asking them to send the parcel back to me I'm now being told they can't look into a full refund unless I receive the parcel. Wow how ridiculous is that. It's now 12th November 2018, still out of pocket and no parcel to be seen. And, I paid for the insurance. I now feel completely fobbed off. Lost my parcel, lost my money. So it's cost me Money to send a parcel to Sweden. Marvelous. I will never us this company again as it's quite clear to me they have no intention of covering the cost. I will update this page if I receive my parcel back. I doubt this will happen. O, I forgot. It cost me £17.00 to sent the parcel. The parcel value was £70.00. I've refunded the buyer £70.00. So far it's cost me £87.00 I suggest not using Parcel2go purely on my evidence above.
