We booked 4 parcels separately for a next day delivery. (See picture)They couldn't be tracked, got there 2 days late, for which we were sent an extra bill for them trying to find them. They also added the weight and dimensions of all four of them together and put on a surcharge for being oversize and weight. Impossible to contact a person who can do anything, they are not to be used or trusted. Affectively we are being accused of lying about the sizes and weight of the parcels. Please please don't use them, they should hang their heads in shame.

If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for a heavy parcel to be collected. On 6 separate occasions I had to stay in when they said they were coming. Had to re-book collection 4 times. They even had the cheek to say that the parcel wasn't ready for collection. It had been ready for nearly a week. The final icing on the cake was being told they were going to charge us extra because it wasn't packaged properly, even though we sent it back in exactly the packaging it arrived in. Tried complaining, absolutely useless!!!

Absolutely scam I have sent 4 deliveries large deliveries electric cycles one lost in transit the other was badly damaged After months of communication both cases for refund rejected Reason for lost was none but as it was not insured so nothing For the second as it was insured after 5 months of email ping pong nothing and the case rejected So please for sake of saving few quids I strongly recommend not to use this very unprofessional poor service

They are horrendous. They don't pay out insurance claims - ask for your bank records and don't accept ETSY orders as proof. They mis-sell their products and then claim you haven't read the hidden fine print to say you have to pay extra for it to actually be delivered in the time frame you paid a huge amount for. Their help desk just copy & paste's standard answers without actually looking into the problem. So disgusting how they treat customers.

Absolutely, it's a big fraud. My order number is P2G114425256. First of all, their website is the worst one. The tracking doesn't work, and there's no real-time data. I chose the Personal option and sent some student items, such as books and clothes. However, they returned the parcels without giving me any reason why they sent them back. They charged me £370 and said there would be no refund. They didn't even deliver it and collected and returned it the next day. 2 parcels value around £40 but i did pay £370 because there are some important half-written notes etc. DHL/Parcel2go won't tell you upfront that we shouldn't send clothes and books.

Sent a package. Paid for extra protection. Package didn't arrive. Impossible to speak to anyone at Parcel2Go, only automated AI. Raised a claim, rejected as they claim content falls outside 'restricted' list (even though they happily took my money for extra protection). Totally useless in resolving issues. Use them to find the cheapest price, then go direct.

Don't use this company, complete waste of time. Didn't pick up the parcel on the first appointment so rebooked didn't turn up for the 2nd appointment. Emailed customer service who told me picking up on the appointed day wasn't guaranteed. I explained this was now my 2nd rebook, she didn't really care and ended the email chain. Avoid at all costs

They are useless. They never picked up my parcels.I have rescheduled the pick up 3 times. Had to book it through DHL in the end.

Beware, they are miss-selling content insurance. I was returning a new vanity costing £300 to the seller. On their recommendations, I purchased an additional insurance to protect the content. My package arrived totally damaged and the seller refused to reimburse me. I was so glad o had purchased the insurance with parcel2go! But after many correspondence asking for more and more documents and proof they have finally decided to not reimburse the cost of the package! I was appalled. They referred me to some small prints where furnitures are only covered for loss??! This is miss-selling of insurance

Failed to collect package twice - rebooked. Details not correct - tried to correct by editing. App not transparent in its operation. No one answering emails. Paid extra for guarantee delivery but this not working if collections do not happen.

Be prepared that apprx 50% of all international order you will send through this terrible company will get lost and no refund will be given . Website is created simply so you can not make a claim and if you determined enough and finally lucky to make one you will be told that it is too late as 28 days have passed !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

DO NOT TRUST - "delivered" my parcel with 0 proof - refused to refund me the contents of the parcel due to me reporting it ONE DAY PAST THEIR DATE - however I had spent that time fighting with the company over my refund delay only for them to conclude it was never even delivered. Literally avoid this company AT ALL COSTS

selected 1 star as I couldnt give 0, I arranged for collection where I needed labels printed by the courier collecting the parcels, they told me in emails it would be parcelforce, they actually sent UPS and didnt give the courier the labels, they didnt tell me that the courier had refused to collect, and then as it had been 7 days I had to then change the delivery address... they then didnt collect, didnt tell me and when I managed to get in contact with a person they then switched it to fedex, didn't tell me and then said I had to print the labels (as I was the delivery address what good is it to me to print labels that I would then have had to post to the pick up address) - bonkers.... then arrogantly told me I had agreed to that and I said give me my money back . I will never use parcel2go ever again utter pants so poor its beyond belief

DON'T Touch unless you are happy for your parcel to be lost. They close any investigation down that you try to make and state because you didn't take the insurance out they can't investigate it! Even after putting a review on another site the offer £20 to use them again, they completely miss the point that there service is incompetent and not fit for service!

Terrible company if I call them thieves not bad I send a parcel they charged me extra for signed and pictured delivery. Did not deliver my parcel marked as delivered now put a claim nearly 40 days on claim I said I want my parcel back no customer service THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES

Second time, identical mess…they are still looking for a parcel in UK, delivery date was 2nd. Feb, 2023. It is actually stuck in Customs in Belgium…because they have mis-labelled a child’s gift of toys, uninsured because only worth £10, as a business item. NEVER use them!
