“People beware of this company I have sent many parcels to the Philippines from the UK. They never arrive on time always 3 to 5 days late. This time I sent 2 boys suits 5 and 9 year old it weighed 1.8 kilos. Took a week to get there even though I paid for 2 to 3 days. Then I was charged an extra £11+ as they said it weighed 3.5 kilos which I paid. So this time I put a claim in for late delivery. Excuse was it needed an x-ray that's why it was late. But none of my parcels have ever arrived on time. But as soon as you put a claim in out comes the excuses so beware people”
“They may be cheap but when it does, putting it right is not going to be easy. My first and ONLY time I used parcelcompare resulted in my item was received by the purchaser in a totally unusable condition.
"Yes we will look into it" they said, provide pictures of the item and the packaging and we will consider a claim. How are you going to explain the condition of the parcel after it has been cut open to remove the item, only to find it no better than scrap.
TO BE FAIR.....customer services were on the ball in replying to my numerous emails. One of them tried the empathy vote saying
" I would feel exactly the same if I was in your position"
Flip side is, as a gesture I had the cost of postage refunded, which to me is a owning of the problem and admitting I had a claim.

“Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. They didn't send the shipping labels I needed to post my parcel, and it was impossible to contact the company. None of the contact or messaging links on their website worked, and there's no phone number to call. In the end I contacted the carrier (TNT) directly out of desperation as the parcel was due to be picked up and I had no labels. Luckily TNT were helpful. They emailed me the labels within less than a minute of me calling them, and I was able to send the parcel. I will never go near ParcelCompare again. They're a scam. Much better to deal directly with the carrier without a middleman. Beware of using them, they're crooks. A complete ripoff. If I hadn't contacted the carrier directly, I'd never have received any shipping labels and would have been unable to send the parcel. And there would have been absolutely no way of ever getting a refund as ParcelCompare are not contactable.”
“Absolutely awful company. I thought I was getting good vlue as the price seemed reasonable but sending an equipment part from London to Ireland, which normally takes three working days is still not here after three or four weeks. Firstly parcel went missing, then it arrived back at the senders address. We informed them of this, not the other way around. Then they asked us to provide labels which they supplied in the first place. Then they asked us to re book the delivery. It just goes on and on. It has cost us about 500 to 600 euros and we cannot even phone them as they do not provide this service. Disgusting service from a horrible company”
“Dreadful service. They refunded me when my parcel got lost - but didn't seem to realise that a refund entails giving me my money back! They sent me dozens of emails explaining why they hadn't sent the money and eventually I just gave in and wrote to my MP. A lot of good that will do as well!”
“I should have looked at these reviews before using the company. I paid them £70 to ship a parcel to Japan, they told me the address was incorrect and my time to ship had lapsed. I would get my parcel returned to me but at a cost of £93, which I refused to pay. They then took the amount straight out of my bank account! My bank were too late to stop the amount and I still haven't received my parcel back, despite it being in the next county. Since when does it cost more to ship to the next county in the same country, than sending overseas? They now have a very expensive item of mine and £163 for doing nothing. No doubt they'll sell my item and make even more money from it. All attemps at contacting the company have failed, they refuse to answer emails, letters of complaint, nothing. “Company wanted to charge me after the price was agreed and parcel sent. Claimed that the shipment was audited and surcharges were applied, as the package was found to be larger or heavier than declared, which has increased the price. Requested a photographic evidence, rather than providing evidence themselves. Wanted £64 pounds more, I paid £17 initially for the parcel. I contacted my bank and stoped future payments to them in case they attempt to take money out of my account and said that I will report them to Trading Standards UK. Also emailed them that "Once a price has been agreed between the trader and consumer it is deemed reasonable and legally binding. I am under no legal obligation to pay further charges. Furthermore; if the trader didn’t want to carry out the service at the agreed price then they should have informed me of this prior to performing to the contract. This would have given me the chance to either agree or decline the amended price". They do not have a leg to stand on in court, and they will never make a court claim.”

“Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. When I registered the page kept getting my address a bit wrong but this has happened with other companies and drivers always call if they find it confusing. ParcelCompare driver didn’t. I’d waited all day for nothing. Why didn’t they call??? I’ve been directed to a page on their website that doesn’t work. Have I lost £37? If I get reimbursed I’ll post that on here. Fat chance!”

Sent a model RC Plane with these Bandits, the weight was 3 kilos it arrived broken.. the cheeky Bastards had the nerve to say I was 90 kilos overweight Haha a balsa wood plane. They asked for £90.50 for the excess weight. Said they were taking it from my card payment that I used. Pity i cancelled the card after reading negative reviews about them..

“Extremely disappointed. Used their courier services three times. The first time everything went fine. The second time they missed 2 pickups. I am currently trying to sort out my 3rd pickup and after 4 attempts (so far) the courier didn't do the pickup. One word of advice....STAY AWAY!!”
