“AWFUL experience. Driver refused collection of parcel. Reason given was that it should've been booked through Fedex UK not Fedex International (but it was booked Fedex UK, as the label clearly stated).
As a result, the next day service I booked is now arriving a day late. Company unwilling/unable to expedite the service or make amends in any way. I was told a manager would contact me to explain but 3 days later I'm still waiting to hear from them.
I'm sorry but this is meant to be a next-day service, I can't wait days for you to sort out your mess.”
“Avoid at all costs. This company is a total ripoff. As a business I recently sent a parcel to USA and was quoted £340. They told me Ihad calculated the dimensions wrong and charged a further £960 on my card without asking. I mean what sort of miscalculation do dimensions could I have made to warrant the total charge changing from £340 to £1300 in total? I could have flown to the USA and hand delivered the parcel myself. Never was I asked if I wanted to proceed which of course I wouldn’t have as I have now lost all of this money on the transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Organised theives/criminals in my opinion. 2 months after FedEx delivered my goods, parcel compare deducted money from my bank account on account of additional weight. But FedEx confirmed that the weight given by me was correct. So my bank initiated a pre-arbitration case against them. Waiting for results. Don't give in. Fight for your case.”

“Never use one of these services for parcels. Parcel can be lost by the drop off point, the drop off company, the courier or ParcelCompare and trying to get compensation means a daily email trail over two weeks which is still going on. In our case ParcelCompare lost our parcel. All we are claiming for is the cost of postage £7.61 and the cost of the items in the parcel of £15.69 - the most expensive single item costing £5.70. We completed the ParcelCompare claim form which makes no mention of receipts and sent it in. This is not enough of course. Endless emails later and they are now demanding RECEIPTS including for items like 2 packets of sweets costing £5! No doubt next they will need a DNA sample to prove who we are because we have been so cheeky as to ask for £22.82 to cover the cost of the postage and items in the parcel THEY LOST - it is not even as though we are asking for the maximum £50!!!
The worst thing is that the parcel was for a child about to undergo cancer treatment to cheer them up during a hospital stay. ParcelCompare are beyond contempt.”
“Shocking service, needed to send an urgent parcel, clicked the first link on Google, almost £30 for 9am next day delivery and 3 days later still not delivered, after checking the parcel force website the same service would have been £10 cheaper, advice always check the proper company website first”

“Useless. Their couriers treat your parcel like rubbish even when properly packaged and covered in fragile stickers on each side.
Also, when you insure your package, they put so many items on the "exclusion" list which is cleverly designed to make you think its the obvious ones like batteries, explosives or chemicals, that they then don't need to pay out.
Won't be using or recommending them again.”
“No guidance, spent money got a customs invoice, receiving country didnt accept the customs invoice, asked the recipient to pay 100 euro more to release the package. Had it returned to me weeks later, I took a flight out myself and delievered the package. No monies refunded no goodwill gesture as an apology but instead send a bill for further charges as my package was 'incorrectly weighted' despite it being weighed on scales. I'm now being asked for photogrphic evidence of the weight months later event though they have taken my money and not completed any service for me. Still no sense of remorse or customer care. Currently still disputing. Hopefully I'll have some resolution and peace by 2025.”

In parcel compare website tracking the status appeared both times as "Collection no longer needed"
This made me pay for collection, but go through the hassle of taking such a big item to Evri drop off.

Avoid this company like the plague. I'm still trying to work out if they are fraudulent or just incompetent, but either way don't learn the hard way like I did. My item was destroyed in transit and despite my having packaged the item securely and paying for additional insurance they have refused to pay. They also added an additional 'surcharge' a week after delivery for reasons unknown. I have blocked them with my bank, but the money taken is unrecoverable unfortunately. Just an awful experience from a company that needs to be out of business quickly.”
“I am a small business owner, and when I saw the relatively cheap shipping rates on ParcelCompare, I quickly placed an order. However, I was utterly disappointed. My parcel was never collected from the manufacturer, leaving many of my customers waiting. This is detrimental to any business. Please avoid this company. As you can see from the pictures below, they cannot even pick up the phone or contact the carriers they claim to work with. Don't bother with ParcelCompare.”
“Don’t use this company. They are thieves. I sent 3 large parcel and only 2 were delivered. I insured the parcel and only was compensate 1/3 of that. It doesn’t cover even one item in my box. They don’t follow their complain procedure properly. They are not fully aware of what their procedure is. Incompetent company. To this date, I have no idea where my box is. No explanation.
I am going to make a small claim and report to the ombudsman. And already contacted the media so they can be shamed.”
“The business has phony favorable ratings everywhere, even though it is a scam. Put money away from this broker. I gave them all of my money, and they held onto it for three months. I was urged to make more deposits, but when I declined, my account was blocked the following day. In a few days, C-O.N-C;E-P-T/S-T_R-D*CO assisted me in recovering my investment and profit. You too can try them if you have same problem like me.”
“Puts the onus on the customer to find out the Regulations on exports to another country ( I’m sure that’s what customers expect a parcel company to know) then charge more to get the an undelivered parcel back, then ask for more money for an account error!
