DO NOT USE! Complete scam when you book your shipping they lset you up on a subscription without you knowing and keep taking payments from your card! You have been warned! only found out when I saw transactions on my bank statement which I did authorise - bank said they are renowned for doing this - my advise go straight to the courier site and book direct

***ONCE YOU GIVE THEM PAYMENT DETAILS, THEY SET IT UP AS A REOCCURRING PAYMENT, AND THEN TAKE MORE MONEY AT A LATER DATE!!!!!** Sent a parcel with them on the 16th December. They took an extra £20.73 from my bank on the 3rd January claiming "extra handling" charges!!!! When i sent the item I know I put the correct weight and size. So there should not have been any extra charges. It should have been exactly what I was quoted and paid on the 16th December Once you give them your bank details they set it up as a reoccurring payment, so they can then take money from your account as and when they please!!!!

I used ParcelCompare to return unwanted items back to a supplier. All weights of items were measured and input correctly to get a quote of £130.70 for delivery. I then had extra money come out of my account , which was an additional £195.01 for the items sent. Once the items were received by the company I returned to, I received an email with pictures of my damaged items. One being a toilet that was smashed into 100s of pieces and the of a damaged piece of furniture. Due to the damages I received no refund on these items. I contacted ParcelCompare to seek compensation only to be told that they do not accept liability and that the damages were to due poor packaging and being handled multiple times when being delivered. This is the same packaging that these items were delivered in, and that these products are shipped nationally by the manufactures. Customer Services were no help. Overall I ended up over £700 out of pocket between delivery charges and being refused a refund due to items being damged.

Most awful service. No telephone. Delayed responses. Took r weeks to actually tell me why parcel to thailand was stopped. Don't take responsibility for parcel and no professionalism. Totally waste I would not use them. The insurance does not cover abandonment and loss of good. Please be aware of this service. I will never use again.

Sham of a company!! Took a second unauthorised payment of £170.80 stating my parcel was audited and found to be oversize and weight, I contacted the actual courier who confirmed there was no additional charges associated with my consignment, I am still chasing a refund despite having proof of parcel size and info from the courier. Just an endless cycle of case reference numbers and vague email responses, no other way to contact them. I have passed this onto my bank who are looking into the fraudulent actions of this company. Go direct with the couriers!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Extremely bad and unprofessional experience with this organisation; I sent two same shipments and out of the blue, they said one shipment dimensions were different than the others even though they both used the same boxes. They then started requesting information like image of me measuring all the boxes again. Without any additional notice, they have taken payment out of my account. Also, one of my whole shipment came damaged. It was left on my porch with all boxes torn and the content left at the mercy of insects. Lastly, their service of claiming damage is worse because they are asking questions like is the shipment still where it was dropped and they can't proceed because it's not in the same place. How do they expect the shipment to be in its place when it was left in the porch torn. Never using them again.

I bought shipping to Linden Germany, and after i paid between UPS and Parcel compare, they changed the shipping city to Lindenau, which is a completely different city. HAd to book another through UPS themselves, which was fine. Now trying to get a refund, but they are pretty much incontactable. I dont see why i should lose £6 to cancel the order myself, when none of this is my fault. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ITS ACTUALLY CHEAPER TO USE THE UPS WEBSITE

Paid and provided all personal details, including credit card info, took full payment but never received a QR label or order acknowledgment. Customer service is unhelpful and inaccessible. Small print states “to wait 24 hours for a label”—completely unacceptable. If it ever arrives that it Feels like a scam. Unfortunately cannot rate no stars. Save yourself & don’t bother with this website

This company returned a parcel after following all the instructions. No real explanation, i suppose what all companies use As per the carrier, the shipment was returned due to the packaging being insufficient, the package was not compliant, this is untrue it´s a get-out clause.

I wouldn't use or reccomend this company to my worst enemy I dropped my parcel off for NEXT DAY delivery to be picked up at the parcel shop and 11 days later it was still there so I had to pick it up myself and take to the carrier's depot myself this was a waste of time and money using this company..They offered me no compensation for not delivering it next day.

Booked a parcel to go to Canada through ParcelCompare - the actual process was fairly smooth and the cheapest option was a next day DPD service. I heard the DPD man reversing down my street, so got up from the sofa to give him the parcel. Waited for a minute in the kitchen with the parcel for him to knock but didn't hear anything so opened the front door, only to see him driving away in his van. He categorically never knocked. Rang DPD immediately to tell them what happened and the first call handler said someone would come back to collect it. No one came for hours. Rang them back and the second call handler explained I needed to sort it out with ParcelCompare as the service was booked through them. The above wasn't actually ParcelCompare's fault but it was their subsequent handling of the situation. Couldn't find a phone number for them, so emailed the support email address - which was still hard to find. I saw on ParcelCompare's website it said if you 'miss a delivery' that you have to pay for a re-collection. So I stated in my email that I wouldn't pay as I hadn't missed it, I heard him reversing, he just never knocked and Peter sent me a generic email back to say "Sorry your delivery wasn't as expected, you can re-book a delivery here" - a paid for service. So clearly hadn't read my email at all. Went back and explained the situation again and to stress I wasn't paying for something that wasn't my fault. If I could hear him reversing down the street from my living room, common sense would prevail that I would have heard him knock on the door that is connected to my house?! We went back and forward across a few emails and Peter just kept doubling down on me paying for the re-collection service. When he finally sent DPD's "proof" they had been there to collect the parcel... IT WASN'T EVEN THE CORRECT DOOR NUMBER!! Common sense?! You can see my door number on the collection and it isn't that?? So then he softened, apologised and asked how I wanted to proceed - I'd already dropped the parcel off to the DPD collection point, as it had been days in between responses. If you're dealing with a customer, first and foremost, you don't take days to reply? Or have a number they can call you to sort it out quickly, this is my business you're playing with. Then secondly, maybe go in with the approach that the customer might genuinely be telling the truth, or at least investigate before just doubling down on them being wrong & paying. To top it all off, cut to... DPD then somehow lost the package. Also, in the interim of all of this, my customer has been waiting for their parcel for days and days whilst this is all going on so, out of my own pocket, I've sent them another one whilst ParcelCompare & DPD "investigate". I've also repeatedly asked how to put in a formal complaint for the way this was all handled and Peter keeps swerving the message and simply not responding to that part but everything else. Just an absolute disaster from start to finish & absolutely shocking customer service. I can see they're only replying to the positive reviews on here too, which is indicative of their level of customer service. Swerve! Go through another parcel comparison site like ParcelHero or Parcel2Go - plain sailing with both of them & better customer service.

Absolute garbage, avoid at all costs. Paid for item to be delivered - declared it was paint on the form and paid extra for their insurance. The paint was in a UN approved metal container rated for being dropped up to 2M, however, to use their own words, they ‘damaged and discarded’ the package. No details of how it got damaged and level of damage have been provided. Unbelievably they then (after the item was destroyed), made an additional charge (larger than the original cost) to my card without my knowledge or permission for ‘extra handling’ and said the insurance does not cover the item as paint is on their list of prohibited items - it is not…
