I requested a refund because they wouldn’t send it then unless I rebooked the delivery. I’ve had nothing now for over a month. I’ve complained via email but still nothing. “My item was delivered smashed they wouldn’t pay out compensation I paid £45 fir delivery with compensation. so Ive lost £350 I paid for the item, they said parcel wasn’t wrapped well enough from seller and now a month later they have taken another £110 out of my account without authorisation saying parcel weight was incorrect, but it was not. How can they get away with this. BEWARE Do not use this company go directly to a shipping supplier. Look at all the reviews disgusting that a company can get away with this and still trade. I will be contacting trading standards and my bank etc. Zero stars.”

Last Friday I selected Parcel compare to send a birthday present to Italy, and I paid for next business day delivery using TNT
The parcel was collected but I could not track it. It did not arrived on the Monday or the Tuesday. I started a claim, and they were very good at responding. Yesterday, TNT returned my parcel. When I asked for a a refund, I was told I could only get a partial refund, because TNT charges £19.50 for returning the parcel. Apparently, the parcel was returned because I did not stick on the parcel the custom form, as described in the FAQ section.
So I paid £19.50 for my parcel to have a trip on the TNT van.”
“I wish I had read these reviews before booking a delivery. Chose them to get Christmas presents to Australia on time. Sent 8 Dec. 6-9 days quoted. Now 18 Jan no idea where the parcel is as the tracking numbers they provided don’t register on the courier’s website. I’ve sent parcels for years between UK and Australia and this has been the worst experience ever as I have no proper tracking from an identifiable company so can’t track the item myself. Fuming.”

My parcel was taken to a locker under their service oprions. Was promised next day delivery but my parcel was still in the locker after 7 days!!! If I hadn't of had the intelligence to ring the locker company...all visits to and from the locker where even on CCTV....my parcel would still be there.
Complained and after numerous emails STILL NOT EVEN A FULL REFUND!!

“Returned a parcel to a sports company in the same packaging using parcel compare. They charged £16, which I paid and parcel of as delivered. Two days later, they took £144 (unauthorised!) from my PayPal account and said parcel was 55kg in weight! It was a new cricket bag, not a dead body! The shop kindly provided photos and measurements and an email confirming size of box, but still they say that is not enough! Do not deal with this company they do not care about customer service at all... “The company is a SCAM. We paid for a parcel collection. They never collect it. We asked for a refund and they asked us to pay 6£ on top before giving the refund. We did not pay the additional charge as we have been ripped off already. Do not trust this company. There are many reviews on their website but I believe those are fake as I can't add one there”
“Please do not use this company. The company withdrew money without authorization from my account. The cost they quoted for the delivery was £60 which we paid online. They then claimed parcels weighed more and that there was a further cost of £136. They do not provide proof that this was the case and so they can claim ANYTHING against your order. They provide no documentation nor photographs to support their claim. Despite the supplier confirming a lower weight and us providing the proof they went on to withdraw the money from our account. There is no process for challenging their additional costs and they are aggressive in their approach. Poor service. Do not use. I'm not even sure their process is legal.”

I sent my parcel with dimensions and took photographic evidence as advised of the parcel, consignment number and tape measure only to be charged an additional £66 on top of the £35 I paid for the parcel to be sent.
I sent all of the evidence they requested, asked them to put in the figures in their own website to see the results they get and finally asked for a member of senior management to contact me by phone to resolve the issue to be told that they have no outgoing lines!
An absolute shambles and total waste of my time over 3 months, I eventually had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Once again, they challenged the claim but the credit card company, who I was able to be speak to in person, could see that I had provided all of the evidence and they had supplied none so found in my favour and this morning, 4 months after I sent the goods, I have received a credit on my credit card for the additional £66.
In my eyes this is bullying from the business who expected me to just go away and forget about it. They messed with the wrong person.
I suggest they fix their algorithm before many other customers get stung the same way they tried to sting me!”
“Parcel collected on 7th December and was due for delivery by 23rd at the latest. It took 9 days to get from northwest to London then sat going nowhere til 26th, thanks parcel compare, it was a Christmas parcel to loved ones in Australia we haven’t seen for over 2 years! It’s now 1st January and it still hasn’t been delivered, and no tracking update since it left London in 26th. Parcel co late have no clue where it is, or if and when it will ever be delivered. Total rip off and scam. Customer service completely useless. Absolutely heartless!

“Having destroyed a parcel sent to the USA - insured for £900, they are refusing to accept any liability whatsoever. Someone had literally used this parcel as a football. It had also been tampered with en route. To then blame the customer saying it hasn't been packaged appropriately, despite having sent 15 photos of the packaging and the damage, is appalling. Never EVER use this company to send anything of value. I am now going through the Postal Redress Service and will be starting a legal claim against them for breach of contract and compensation. Save yourself the pain, the expense and the time - use ANY other company than this one”
