“Paid for 24H delivery, took a day off. Waited from 9 am until 9 pm. Around 10 pm website updated saying wrong address return to depot at 19:48, at 20:20 - return - supervisor signoff. What the hell is that? No calls no communications. Worse service ever.”
“i can only comment on my own experience with Parcelforce and i have never had a problem with them i live in a tricky location and most companys never find me yet Parcelforce find me everytime i always try and use Parcelforce if i get the choice thanks again”

Parcelforce lied to me telling they were trying to track it down, after two weeks as I call them they said the parc l was not yet declared or and there weren't any action taken to track it. Parcelforce doesn't care if your item is lost or stolen by their drivers, my advise to you is stay away from this company, dodgy drivers and dodgy management. Worst service ever experienced.”

“Delivery attempt on Wednesday (when I was at work) so I scheduled a delivery for today (Friday) as my wife is working from home. Parcelforce attempted delivery yesterday anyway (even though I told them I'd be at work). *Sigh*
Today it would appear that they dropped a card into the letterbox at the end of the path (10m from the door) but didn't even knock. My wife would have heard, trust me - my dogs make lot - A LOT - of noise when anyone so much as comes near the gate. I called the depot and was informed that by this time a second attempt had been made, but again, my wife heard no knock and no barking from the dogs.
I think Parcelforce might be being a little "economical with the truth"...
I work as a bid writer for a company specialising in logistics and consolidated deliveries so I know more than a little about this sector, and let me be clear - there is no business currently operating in the UK that is worse than Parcelforce.”
“Awful experience. Made an order online and Parcelforce were in charge of delivering it. When the delivery day came no one EVER rang the bell on my door yet they left a card stating that the parcel was now going back to their depot and that I HAD to collect it. Their depot was 15 miles/one hour drive away from my address! I tried to reschedule delivery online and it seemed to work, and the parcel was confirmed by their online service to be delivered next day. Needless to say, two days later I was still waiting for the delivery. Decided to ring them to find out what was happening and to my disbelief I found out through their automated customer service that once a parcel goes back to their depot one CANNOT reschedule a delivery! Appalling stuff! Now called the goods company and hopefully they may sort this mess out, somehow. Parcelforce is an absolutely USELESS company.”
“Worst delivery experience ever. Fail to deliver on agreed date/s, never leave cards when they eventually do turn up, tracking is hopeless, customer service apologise and offer to ring back with updates, which they never do. Avoid at all cost.”

“Tracking information said it would be delivered, the van passed my house did it stop did it hell. Tracking said it will be delivered, spoke to a person who has after 15 minutes on the phone. The package had gone back to the depot and will be delivered the next day. They are absolutely garbage.”
“Have had several bad experiences when receiving goods sent by Parcelforce. In my experience they are the worst courier out there and I would never choose them myself. I understand the delivery staff are paid according to the number of successful "drops" they make. This means the staff I have come across do not attempt nextday redeliveries or offer the option of choosing a redelivery day. They don't get paid for them so offload any undelivered items to a collection point. In my case this means a post office several miles away with no nearby parking. There have been times when I've just not attempted to collect.”
“Dan and staff at exeter depot useless and no help, spent 90 mins being passed from 1 person to next. Only wanted to make a simple customs payment. Was told i couldn't do it over the phone, which is a lie as the paperwork i was given specified it could be paid over phone. Even my local pist office which tried to help told me the exeter depot was useless!!”

“Large parcel sent Parcelforce 48 and disappeared before reaching the first hub, called 20 times different departments spoke with one of the management team who asked me to call back in 3 days and when I did it they had changed number, now can't talk to no one. Dodgy company, dodgy drivers dodgy managers.....you got more chances to win Lotto then getting a parcel delivered. Their security system was designed by a decorator, their drivers have the license to steal or to get items lost......they don't care...is not their staff! Instead of sending parcels through them I reccomand you to give them to charity, at least you know they will end up for good cause. One star review is way to to much...I would give them minus five stars. Dodgy dodgy dodgy....watch out”
“First of all was asking for my parcel to be left at my neighbour as I am working 8-5, but they tried to redeliver it.I booked redelivery for saturday but no one showed up or left any card.I have sent an email for customer support but haven't recieved any reply.Booked another redelivery, finally came to me.”
