Zero stars if I could: This isn’t coronavirus it’s just blatant incompetency ... 48 hour I paid for ... now on the 9th working day and it’s saying national Hub. Disgrace!! Why offer a service you can’t commit too.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR COMPENSATION - IT'S A SCAM. I have been mis-sold a financial product. I was sold compensation cover for Parcelforce which is useless. This was for an item clearly labelled as fragile. The product turned up damaged, requiring repair. I have waited over 1 month for compensation to which I am consistently told that the addressee must fill out a form despite evidence of the damaged item being provided. The addressee is not engaging in the process and they have no other way to process my compensation. This is not detailed in their terms so currently, they are in breach of contract. Appaling customer service.

One star is too much ordered a gift for my partner who I don't live with he was looking at the van outside his house, driver messaged me to see how to get in a second after the text before I could send back with instructions my partner informed me he had parked outside twice and left discusted even had courage to add to my order which was placed through Amazon that we refused the package, he didn't even knock on the door he was right outside appalled but by looking at reviews this is a terrible service maybe with the amount of one starts you should improve and garuntee I won't get my money back

Customer service and delivery is beyond appalling. They send items to wrong depo and then lie on there tracking app to say they had tried to deliver twice. 2 days i have waited for parcel. Disgusting excuse for a company.

EVEN ONE STAR IS MUCH for this company.I can't believe this big company is that migiruble .. So the parcel witch is with full insurance and thay suppose to pay it back because is broken, smashed(one of the many) and I now how safety I wrap it up . This item cant be broken just like this I'm sure some one just threw it away or literally jump on it with PURPOSE have no idea why. .......I'm very disappointed and I don't even know how they still exist and who work in it. .. very unprofessional . Meny people around me are not happy too(meny of the parcels just disappear but you know better than me? And all this people witch complen it's not without a reason)Im stoping to use Parcelforce. Thay are many BETTER and CHEAPER companys .People if you want professional service for a speciality delivery DO NOT USE THAM ! FOR ME this is NOT correct ,FEAR ,,company,, ..just problems,headache very slow working progress 90% of the items I send by tham the clients reserve with demege and I do protect the items very well before sending very very well. Its literally impossible to be broken or damaged but thay still manage to do it . What a magician's. SHAME!

Any review i make could not do justice to the appalling company called parcelforce, they go way beyond incompetent. It has now got to the point that i will not order from any company that uses them.

Box arrived to the customer opened, items worth more than £100 were missing from inside. Contacted parcelforce, send them invoices and anything they asked. Never had my money back or even the cost of the delivery. Absolute jokers! You will regret using their services if anything goes wrong! I HAVE GAVE ALL THE PROOF, GIVE ME MY MONEY YOU ROBBERS.

Ordered a gift for my other half , parcel status was delivered/signed by “Mrs Myself” , never received it , isn’t left with my neighbours either . Utterly disappointed as now the birthday gift will be delayed and will have to look for something else . I would love to give 0 stars

Paid for next day delivery, no mention they do not work bank holidays or weekends when I paid. Ended up taking 5 days with no apology or refund as “that’s just how they work”.

PARCELFORCE STOLE MY PPE PACKAGE and if I could give 0 stars I would. My mother tried to send me PPE from overseas so I could protect myself during this pandemic. And they did cost a lot to her. A package arrived in the UK very quickly and smoothly, and after a few days, I got a message from Parcel Force with a tracking number and delivery time. I work from home so I'm there 24/7, I saw a Parcel Force van through my window that day, however, I have no idea why but driver left without trying to deliver a parcel, or contacting me (they had my telephone number). I called Parcel Force and they only said that couldn't deliver my parcel (couldn't give a reason) and they would re-deliver the next day. Guess what, nothing happened, long story short, after many many calls, they said that my parcel is missing now somewhere in their depot and they cannot locate it (which I don't understand as the driver obviously had it at some point and I have a proof of that!). It's a very valuable parcel as it relates to my health, and they are keeping it in their depot! I think you can call it a THEFT?! I'm definitely not gonna leave it like that, I'll use every possible resource I have to make them responsible for it.

These guys are absolute criminals. They will take your money and NOT SEND YOUR PARCEL. My parcel to Denmark came back after 4 weeks and no apology - no explanation, nothing. The refund procedure is so arduous and complicated that I haven't managed to get it back - they make it as hard as possible to claim (4 forms filled and still more information to put in!) and it really is a joke. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

If I could persuade companies that send me goods to never use ParcelForce I would. The amount of bad reviews your company here has says it all I have more issues in previous years than fingers with you guys my latest issue. My parcel was due for delivery to be tracked Wednesday 29th. It says delivered on the tracking. No parcel or card arrived. Called up checked info etc. all correct told I would get a call back. Nothing 30th- Call same process nothing Call today 1st May- Guess what... We`ll call back. No one is calling back. I ask for the rep on the phone to get me someone higher up to call the depot NOTHING. Why do you have people on the front line first lying about deliveries then 2 the phone representatives just fobbing us off? For god sake do something to help your customers this is disgracefull and I am without a 250£ item right now with nothing

Worst service ever. Customer service is not supposed to answer with “I suspect” ... they are supposed to help and give facts. Refund procedure is a joke. Now am not getting my money back because my parcel has magically reappeared (and being sent back to me!), when 2 weeks ago (nearly a month after I sent it), they didn’t know where it was. Never again.

Utter rubbish, the drivers cant be arsed to deliver package. Its as simple as that. Sat watching the tracking showing some clown obviously sitting in a carpark. Next update that they “didn't have sufficient delivery address” took me all of 10 seconds to see my house on google street view. Its not complicated.

From hell. No accountability from anyone (drivers, customer service) impossible to get through to, constantly fob you off with excuses. Try to always, always avoid.

I placed an order, which consisted of 3 boxes, all of which came on 3 seperate occasions, no notice of when they were coming, I had to chase them up on separate occasions and got bad headaches from the stress of it all

Paid for 'express 24' for delivery of an urgent item, plus insurance. The parcel remained in the Post Office, where I'd dropped it off, for three days without collection by Parelforce. On the third day I returned to the Post Office, verified that the package was still sitting there, waiting to be picked up by Parcelforce and decided to cancel the risible 'express service' that Parcelforce purports to operate and paid again for it to be sent via Royal Mail, next day delivery. Parcelforce's website is diabolical and their customer service is practically non existent. You can't find a phone number that will reach a human - in typical fashion their automated voice mail greeting and Kafkaesque phone system refers you back to the website. I emailed and did not receive a reply for over 30 hours. So, I resorted to using their 'chat' function (when I finally found it) on the website and proceeded to suffer a long exchange to secure a refund. I now have to wait for up to 7 business days for my money back.

I had to use parcelforce 48 express because my mothers day gift was 1cm too long and cost me £12.12 to post, this was not a problem for me, all I wanted was my mother to receive her gift before mothers day. The actual item was a collapsible walking stick and a card all of which weighed less than 3 grams . It took 5 days to get there a distance of 65 miles ffs ! I complained to parcelforce , who made me jump through hoops with on-line form filling, proof and complaint handling, then the pond life that judge my case thought £2.53 was justifiable compensation. Shame on parcelforce a company I shall never use again and hope no one else will.
