Businesses please stop using this rogue delivery firm. In my case they didn’t even bother to try to deliver - the status just went from ‘out for delivery’ to ‘at the depot’. Businesses should be aware that if they say they use parcelforce for delivery many of us will just choose to buy from someone that doesn’t. Why bother to spend your money on something to just become a farcical hassle.

If I could I would give it zero star. Was sitting at home in my flat all day to wait for my delivery however got an email notification that they tried but I wasn’t at home. I live in a flat so they just cannot be bothered to ring up or knock on the door.

We paid for a parcel to reach a customer within a week. It's been four weeks and it still isn't there! What's even worse is the customer service rep didn't care or apologise for the abysmal service. They just said "Yeah, there are no guarantees for delivery". Perhaps not for an exact week but for it to be FOUR weeks late and still not there is appalling. I will not be using them again.

Had a parcel sent through Parcelforce. It’s had one scan when it was collected and nothing since, when I spoke to someone on the Parcelforce live chat team, I was told that it wasn’t scanned by them, when the only 2 options are Royal Mail and themselves. They’re useless and completely pointless having a tracking number as you can’t even use it when you get given one

I arranged a collection for two parcels on 20th September, which were prepared and left at the hotel reception. As I had to leave, I trusted that the collection would take place as scheduled. Unfortunately, despite rearranging the collection six times and repeatedly contacting customer support, the parcels are still not collected. I paid £90 for this service, yet the driver claimed the parcels weren't there. It seems they couldn't be bothered to either check the reception, where the parcels clearly were, or even call the phone number provided for assistance. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, with very poor organization on their end. Customer support has left instructions for the driver, yet every day they claim the parcels aren't ready for collection. My issue remains unresolved. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Parcel is ready for delivery at Gloucester warehouse , bit being a Saturday and closing at 12.30 they can’t be bothered to deliver despite it being tracked . Don’t recommend, don’t understand why companies use them when they don’t deliver and parcel just sat there . 😡

A dreadful service throughout. A parcel from Germany has taken 10 days so far and still hasn't arrived. It has been in the UK for 8 days and in the local delivery depot for 3 days (2 after payment of customs charges - only paid after I complained and was given a code - It took 3 days for the customs payment letter to arrive) I booked delivery (using the Parcelforce system) on a Friday and it did not arrive. I expect I will now have to wait until Monday for delivery. Despite using the Parcelforce customs and delivery booking system I received an e-mail at 11:40 on the day my goods were due delivery that stated they might not come on the agreed date! 13 days after I paid for my goods! This is a stone age service.

Firstly 2 days in a row I got a text saying a delivery had been attempted but no one was in, both days here was no card left, so i used the automated phone system to say that I would collect from the depot. I start work at 7 so on friday finishing at 2.30 I set off on the 12mile round trip to collect the parcel only to find the depot is only open from 8 to 10am on a week day and I now need to return on saturday between 8 and 12 to collect... even though this parcel will easily fit through my letter box! Not happy!

Made no attempt to deliver, said they did and said they left a card stating if my parcel had been returned to depot or left at local post office. They didn’t come here, they didn’t leave a card, I don’t know where my parcel is and therefore what I can do about it. If they said the driver had run out of time I would be annoyed but understand, but instead they lied to avoid refunding me the cost in accordance with their terms of carriage. Annoyed about the experiance. Fuming about them living to me, ambivalent about the delivery cost and refund and concerned as to where my stuff is

I have had two parcels `refused by addressee` even though they never came to my house. Within 4 hours they returned `the parcels to sender` each time and of course the sender never received them back. How can this be acceptable? I have made complaints but no action seems to have been taken. £238 OUT OF POCKET

Totally incompetent when it comes to importing goods. Imported goods from Ukraine, where we have a tariff free agreement to support them. Parcelforce ask if the goods were made in Ukraine, confirmed that they were. It took them 3 weeks to clear the shipment for customs (Fedex take less than a day). After 3 weeks they sent a letter detailing the duty charges (there shouldn't be any duty charged), despite the goods coming from Ukraine and wouldn't deliver unless £700 duty was paid. Utterly useless. It's the same every time we have the misfortune that an import goes via Parcelforce. It takes weeks and they usually mess it up.

Terrible delivery experience. The tracking system is almost nonexistent, and I received little to no updates. The driver falsely claimed an attempted delivery, even though I was home all day. Customer service confirmed the driver was in my area, but there was no evidence of any real delivery attempt - no card, no message, nothing. Completely unreliable service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars, otherwise I would.. they employ liars for drivers and incompetents for advisors. The driver claimed he "attempted" to deliver three times, yet there was no card left none of the times. One of the times, my husband stayed on the main road and not a parcelforce car drove by, yet the driver claimed he attempted delivery. The "communication" between departments is shocking as, after I arranged for redelivery, my parcel was not at the post office. I managed to speak to someone who promised I would find my parcel at post office the next day, yet I received an email that they would attempt delivery at my house again. They are completely useless and don't get how companies still use them after so many bad reviews. To top it all, apparently the manager of the drivers would conduct an investigation on driver Teddy, who lied about attempting deliveries, but conveniently I would not be privy to the result. Do not use them, otherwise this behaviour would be encouraged. Wasted out time for over a week to get hold of our parcel.

I am absolutely livid with Parcel Force! I had been waiting on an incredibly important package, something that couldn’t afford to be delayed. And they have delivered it to the WRONG HOUSE! There is no note that has been left, and the image is not a house I’ve ever seen around where I live. How does this kind of incompetence even happen? And the ordeal doesn’t stop there—trying to get hold of anyone at Parcel Force has been a complete disaster. I’ve spent hours on the phone being transferred from one useless department to another, only to be given the runaround. No one seems to know where my package is or even care. Emails? Ignored. Customer service? Nonexistent! They’ve completely wasted my time, and my package is still MISSING! This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with, and I wouldn't trust them with anything ever again. Avoid them like the plague if you value your time and sanity!

They are an absolute joke . Parcel came from Europe to Uk quickly. They have now spent a week with " attempted deliveries" ,told me it was available to pick up at their depot then refused to give it me . Now back on attempted deliveries and left it at a post office miles away ! Avoid them !

I was waiting for my delivery all day long, they gave me the 1 hour time slot.they did not turn up.nobody ring my door.i will never use this delivery service.
