“I received a parcel yesterday from a very credible company ,but my parcel was delivered ripped open and the majority was missing ,i asked the driver what was going on and he just shrugged his shoulders and was not interested ,I declined the delivery and am now £144 out of pocket .Come on PARCEL FORCE DO THE RIGHT THING AND COUGH UP .”
“Do not waste your time sending anything with parcel force. Item was wrapped correctly and broken.
After 5 weeks messing around with claim department they turn it down and blame me.
The worse part is they don’t respond and just close the claim.

“In my opinion you have furloughed as many workers as possible and the ones left cannot cope, instead of employing more workers. Have you ever heard of disposable gloves for workers and masks. COVID furlough and tax payers money is not for making a profit. My parcel is still in the UK and has been posted Priority Mail on the 8th July, which is 6 days ago. I complained to Customer Care only to be told I accepted the terms and conditions. How else can you proceed if this box is not ticked. Your company is honestly not fit for purpose. It misrepresents nearly every advertised paid option e.g. Priority Mail, Express, 24 and 48 hours etc. All this means is you take honest money and do what ever you feel fit with everyones parcels.”
“Delivery driver won't drop parcel off, spoke to customer service and said I've left a note on door with several instructions etc why can't they ring me when there outside. Woman from parcel force " our drivers don't have phones" then in next breath " I'll call the driver to see what's happened" this is after several failed deliveries this after I spoke to another customer service assistant days before about a failed delivery and she had "booked my parcel for redelivery" phoned up realising how shocking a delivery company is at delivering parcels I better check only to ring if my parcel will turn up only to find out.....it's not even been booked for redelivery.. customer service is the worst I've ever known!”
“Horrible service, missed collection of parcel. Re arrange delivery twice and nobody show up both days. Instead Tuesday Parcel was reschedule for collection following Monday. Try contact customer service and 12 times been disconnected. To cancel booking I was told I need pay £9 and for redelivery £7, this is a joke. Never use this company again.”
“Ordered a next day 24hr pick up/delivery by ParcelForce, the two parcels were picked up on time on the selected day Tuesday 7th July, followed the tracking from Poole to EDINBURGH via the website which showed arrival at the Depot 07.10hrs on the Wednesday 8th July. Thats where everything seemed to stall - nothing moved until the Friday 10th when the parcels were sorted and eventually put out for delivery, that said they gave an hours delivery window which they missed by an hour. I challenged their Nextday 24hr Express to be told that they were very busy and had SUSPENDED their service guarantee in MARCH 2020! My gripe is simple - HOW can the advertise and sell a 24hr service at a premium price when it is not achievable - surely this is a trading standards issue? Pandemic or not they are selling a service they cannot deliver!”
“Do not use Parcel force. This company are corrupt and if your item is smashed by their incompetent drivers you will receive nothing. Please check them out on youtube where you will find much video footage of the treatment you will receive.”
“Really the worst company every. do NOT send anything with them. The third time they have my parcel in the depot since 3 days and they don`t do anything with it. The parcel is delayed again and I called them. They lied to me and assured it will be today but it`s not. AVOID THEM!”

How is it possible that my shipment is collected by a parcelforce courier but never makes it to the local Solent depot. It should not be hard to narrow down a search for a high value and large awning which surely must have been stolen by staff? Why can I get no answers and just told I will be sent a form. “Two very disappointing experiences. First medical equipment which took over two weeks to arrive. Second a parcel from Costco containing food (some perishable) and vitamin supplements(now out of supplies). It has been sitting in the Liverpool depot for the last six days and still no sign of delivery, despite contacting customer service and being assured it would be given priority. Would never buy from a company that uses them in future. If I could have given less than one star I would have done.”
“International parcel went missing on 19th June. Told to put a claim in on the 28th June. Registers for claim was not sent a reference number after two complaint emails about this now have a reference number but it won’t let me up load photo evidence totally useless service. I only put 1 star as there is no option for zero. Will never use Parcelforce again.”

They just leave a card in the letter box by main Farm gate, for me to collect from local post office
My wife and I are currently shielding due to health issues
Do I now have to go to the village because of some lazy driver...I've been home everyday since March

I have contacted the original supplier and also 'Parcelforce' have allegedly contacted the depot following making a comment on social media. That was 3 days ago when it was already 5 days late. In total it's been with Parcelforce in the local delivery bay for the last 107 hours awaiting dispatch.
There is no way to get this resolved.”

“The worse service not worth one penny , not respecting customers, each time there is a problem.. parcel is missing for weeks, driver is to lazy to stop so just note as I wasn’t home - every time. I will not use their service ever again.”

“I ordered something and was due to arrive yesterday, so I stayed in all day and then when going on the tracking later in the day, it said we missed the delivery - so clearly never rang the bell!? So today it said it was being redelivered today so this time I stayed outside the front of my property all day! (As I really need this package as its to fix my car!) Anyway with staying out all day, the tracking now says I missed the delivery- BUT NO VAN EVER SHOWED! absolutely appalling”
