Never ever use this company. According to them, they tried to deliver my parcel once and it's obviously a lie as I work from home. They didn't even have the decency of leaving a card and I found it out accidentally. I rescheduled the delivery and they came on the wrong date and now the status of my parcel is "delivered". Obviously, I haven't received anything. It's impossible to speak to their customer service and I only managed to send a complaint by filling out a form. Waste of money and time plus dreadful service!

Awful company. They claim to have attempted to deliver an item, guess what??? They never even tried to deliver !!!

I sent a care-package from Ireland to my son, who has been in a hospital in the UK for months without any visitors due to the Covid lockdown. He never received it. Today, a month later it has been returned with a sticker saying 'No Answer" - Really??? No answer at 4 pm on a weekday at a HOSPITAL!!! Obviously, no attempt was even made to deliver the package. Abysmal and dishonest - another shower of cheating spivs who've captured an essential service. Shame on you ParcelFarce. I will lodge a complaint with the Irish postal service through whom I paid for this 'service'.

We have been working with Parcel Force as a company for over a year. Barely any of our deliveries have been fulfilled within the requested and paid time. We always had issues with nearly 90% of the parcels booked. Their customer service is extremely difficult to be reached and also the staff members are very rude and not helpful at all. Worst logistics company ever!

They made me stay at home waiting for pick up and then lied about trying to pick up my package!!! Worst service ever!! it's now day 2 and they still haven't picked up the parcel!! I paid for 48 hour service and its more like 96 hour!!

Awful service no customer service ... been waiting for a parcel in Spain for 2 months they handed over parcel to gls Spain and it’s been sat in their hub for 6 weeks and said they can’t deliver because parcel is to large.. why would parcel force take a parcel that was to large to deliver and it’s only a chair now no one wants responsibility for it and out of pocket by £200.... Would not recommend these companies to anyone

useless wont give any indication of when the parcel is due so you have to sit in all day and they wont leave it or give you to option to leave it if it requires a signature

Worst service ever! I had a parcel coming from the USA. They failed to deliver to my address for 3 times. On calling them, the answer was always "The delivery driver did not found anyone at home". I work from home and in two occasions I was at home all day. No one showed up; neither they left a card. Eventually, I had to go to ParcelForce depot to collect my parcel.

Delivery driver is rude arrogant and abusive to customer. Parcels damaged severely with broken goods. Parcels opened with foot prints on the inside of lid. And the outcome the customer is to blame According to management there without even considering the poor treatment from their unprofessional drivers. Would never recommend or use Parcelforce again.

On 22/07/2020 I sent an envelope size A4 containing 3 pages of letters not weighing more than few grams to ISTANBUL , Turkey with Parcelforce company. I was charged £42.18, promising to be delivered within 3-4 days. In fact It took 9 days. It would have cost me under £15 with Royal mail recorded delivery and less days. My advice is avoid ParcelforceI, they are useless. Note: I found out that UK Governments offices , such as HOME OFFICE , does NOT recommend people to use ParcelforceI for sending documents. I give ParcelforceI UNDER one 🌟.

It would have cost me not more than few pound sterling had I sent it with Royal mail recorded delivery and would have arrived in less time. My advice، DO NOT USE Parcelforce services if you want your parcel arrive fast. Note: I have found out that the UK Government official offices such as ( HOME OFFICE ) DO NOT recommend sending documents with Parcelforce.

Don't even bother sending parcel internationally with parcelforce. It will be extremely delayed and damaged.

Shame in the name of Shipping company. Worst shipping company i ever deal with it. First and last time. Pvbi8552203001 was my tracking number. First day they failed to deliver the parcel. When i spoke with them they agreed to redelivery the parcel on next day. I wake up 7 o'clock and waited whole day but unfortunately didn't came up i phoned them and they said sorry due to size of parcel we couldn't deliver today and again promised me to deliver next day. Again same things happen unit i get my parcel after one week. Honestly worst company ever.

You fill out a form online and the reply is generic and vague as to your parcel query. If by some chance you get to speak with a staff member they sound bored and monotone in their communication. We are all under pressure during this strange time and having to deal with unique and confusing situations but does Parcelforce Customer Services have to be so dreadfully poor and inadequate in their replies? I sent my parcel out via Post Office last Monday 20th and am at a loss still as to where it is in their system. The staff member I spoke to sounded completely disinterested, I am not even convinced they are going to start a search for my parcel. If I managed my own workload as Parcelforce manage theirs I doubt I would still have a job. I never want to use their services again.

Do not choose this company! I am expecting a parcel from abroad which has been confirmed to have arrived already in the UK however when I go to the tracking option it is still not even marked as arrived. So apparently it is stuck in a warwhouse and all this information I know only because I finally contacted the sender company abroad! When I tried to speak with parcelforce all their employees seem utterly disinterested in helping and trying to find where it is. They just keep repeating the same sentence to try and call again! As if I haven't tried already. The worst part is that I know the parcel is here somewhere but the courier company that is suppose to deliver it doesn't know where it is! Absolute joke. I have to admit I doubt the authenticity of thier 2020 award since it seems to me that is made up to cover for their complete disorganization. It also looks like they are taking advantage of these hard times to dismiss people and not to do their job properly!

Do not choose this company! A complete joke! I am expecting a parcel which is confirmed to have arrived in the UK however is stuck somewhere in a warehouse. And all this information I got from the sender company. When I tried to track it here no one was willing to help and check for me. All their employees sound like an automatic machine repeating to wait and try again?! I even called Customs UK myself and they confirmed that all information is available to the local courier company only. Sounds like they awarded themselves for being totally disorganised and using the current hard times to dismiss people. I am honestly appalled!

I sent a parcel out on 13th June 2020 it got as far as despatch depot and that's where it stayed, it was never delivered ,I have opened a claim as yet still not resolved ,they refuse to accept proof of value which was £360 ,I have sent proof via screen shots but because this has taken so long I had to issue a refund to customer so all photo's show that the customer was issued a refund of £360 so they keep refusing to take my claim any further. I am unable to contact parcelforce by phone as they have removed phone numbers for the claims department I can only assume due to the amount of claims they are receiving ,so all contact has to be made by e-mail ,if you ring and get through to customer service all they tell you is they can't help you and tell you to ring the claims phone number even the live talk feature on the web site doesn't work so this has been going on now for 6 weeks and still no nearer to resolving my claim, my advise to anyone is to not use this company they are shocking ,not sure how they got an award for customer service for 2020.

After asking parcel force to deliver to the nearest post office because they are incapable of delivering to my home I am told by the automated service (Cannot speak to anyone) it will take 4 days. This company is a joke.

Do not use this company. Claimed to have tried to deliver (we were in) and left a card ( no card). Finding where your parcel is now is impossible. Use DPD they offer a modern delivery service.
