“Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! I arranged for 2 chairs to be collected and delivered at the same time. One arrived in intact. the second had a leg ripped off the other hanging off. The chair was dumped at the door (I was in and therefore did not sign for it). Turn out they don't insure furniture. Whey then did they accept the extra £40 insurance when I specifically gave detailed description of the item? I have asked for a refund on the extra insurance, but they either never reply , or when it is escalated they juts don't answer the question. I will NEVER use Parcel Force again. No care for items and they never respond properly to complaints!”
“DHL decide to pass my parcel to Parcelforce in the UK after my item coming over from Germany. Parcelforce have the item 2 weeks before deciding to send a letter out to say they have itanf there is a customs charge. They also only give 3 days from letter recieved to pay it or it goes back. Charge paid and delivery date chosen. Recieve a text to say parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Attempted delivery at 1.45pm. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!”

“I have never, ever in my entire life experienced worst service from any company in all 50-something countries I have visited and lived in. I paid for the Express24 service, of course, nothing was delivered the next day, but that's just the beginning. The following day they delivered half of my parcels to the wrong address, to the wrong person, completely ignoring all instructions I have given. Literally, had my valuable items with random people at a random address. When I asked how the hell is that possible I was given a response - our driver is new and he made two mistakes - delivering at the wrong address and to the wrong person. 48 hours after my parcels should have been delivered I was repeatedly promised that they will arrive the next day (Saturday) or in the worst case on Monday. Today is Monday, nothing has arrived. When I called and asked they said they don't know why promised to call me back with details and didn't. I have been robbed by that company and their hideous service has caused me severe issues. I will chase them for a refund until they restore every penny. I will also make sure that every possible person I can reach knows about my fantastic experience with them. If you're sane, DO NOT USE THEM.”
“I purchased item from Screwfix. Received text from Parcelforce with "tracking" function saying item out for delivery on 02-09-22. Never happened and no com's. I checked "tracking" service on text again on 03-09-22. Same status i.e. its out for delivery today and yet again delivery never happened. The Parcelforce web site is not intuitive, I cannot find out how to complain electronically via their web site or text. And god forbid they should actually offer a telephone service!! Im old now and despair of the way customer service has been significantly eroded over the past 30+ years. Annoying and worrying in equal measure.”

“i sold a bike on ebay payed fo the post then was told that parceforce could not deliver a bike so had to drive from burton on trent to leicester and deliver the bike myself.IT was a waist of money no help at all.”
“I sent a Gaming pc via parcel force to a customer. When he received it the box was damaged even though i wrote fragile and this way up on it. The graphics card was broken in transit and one of the motherboard connectors had snapped even though i packaged it tight. The graphics card even had a stand underneath it to stop it sagging so i can honestly say someone must have thrown or dropped the box hard.
Absolutely shocking delivery standards for £30.

“I paid in full at the Post Office and due to weight package had to be delivered by Parcel Force to Ireland. I completed the necessary forms. My parcel was returned to sender on the basis of not filling in a HS code. On the Parcel Force postage form it clearly says “HS No. (if known)”. I didn’t know so left blank. Fair enough right? The “if known” is a bit misleading on basis of my experience of no HS code no delivery. I have and continue to try to let Parcel Force know they need to amend their form template to prevent other Customers suffering the same experience. Parcel Force continue ignore my feedback.”

“Awful service and delivery. I got something expensive to deliver to me. But I wasn't home and have texted them to redeliver my parcel in two day while I am home and I got confirmation that they have received my redelivery message. But the delivery person delivered it to a stranger anyway regardless my redelivery message and without my signature. I can't believe they would randomly deliver something very expensive without the recipient's signature! When I got back home trying to contact them regarding the issue, they directly said my tracking number was invalid and it was not by ParcelForce and quickly disconnected the service to me. Really some BS there! anyway. Really Awful delivery service and experience. Be careful guys”
“Worst service. Paid extra koney to have a small envelope delivered from Londo to Cambridge. It takes 1 hour by train and they have wasted 3 days and the package has still not even left London.
Keys were urgently needed and this guaranteed service causing serious damage. Will sue them for sure.”
