“Not even my parcel, first knocked on next door then mine then next door again argued what my house number was and the neighbour has a safe place which he said he couldn't leave it in so I took in the parcel for my neighbour adter his bad atritude and sarcastic manner. He then knocked again and demanded the parcel back and left! I messaged my neighbour and told her everything and the fact he told me he had to have a photo of the package with the home owner or couldn't leave it!?! Ridiculous, we take packages for each other most days.”

“Large parcel (bike) was due to be delivered today. Tracking states that delivery attempted at 9:32am but no one buzzed flat or left a card with further information (and no pre-delivery text message received). Impossible to reach a human via telephone, so had to contact Parcelforce via Twitter. Eventually an agent informed me (early afternoon) that the driver had been contacted and asked to return to attempt delivery. Now, it appears my parcel was returned to the East London depot at 4:11pm. Considering the depot is a 15-minutes drive from my home, it’s clear that little/no effort was made to return to attempt delivery. I must now wait until 3 January, because their driver failed to actually visit my home to attempt delivery in the first place. Clearly the driver(s) and/or company are incompetent. Recommend DO NOT USE.”

“Several failed deliveries because the drivers lie about "attempted deliveries". They don't even bother going to the recipient's address now. Just drop off the parcel at the post office. The customer service is just as useless. Parcelforce refuses to take responsibility for the inadequate practice that their drivers carry out. After numerous complaints I was told that the company resolves their complaints internally and there is no external body to regulate their actions. Basically they do whatever the hell they want to. Your complaint will be added to the pile of other millions of complaints, they will take no actions with the lazy drivers, they will carry on taking customers' money and provide a crappy service. “I would rate them minus starts if I could. They are the worst ever. The worst, no contest. I paid for a next day delivery. No sign of a delivery 2 weeks later, I have given up on it. Updates consist of "sorry, but we don't know when it will be delivered". I can't understand how they are in business. Do not, under pain of death, use this lot, just don't do it to yourself. Instead of calling their helpline, I suggest you put your head down and run at a wall as hard as you can, head first. When you wake up 10 minutes later that will have been a better experience and time better spent than talking to their customer service.”

Booked redelivery online twice - wasnt attempted.
Called to ask why - no explaination given, told deliveey would be reattempted on 29th (this was actually date it was retuened to sender)
Called again - advised it would be delivered this Friday but I needed my package so I was advised to go to post office, I didn't do it usual 2 hours over time and left work early to go and collect - they told me it was sent back a week ago!!!
I called again and told I MIGHT be able to get it delivered but it wasn't a guaranteed service. ('parcel watch' - what's the point??)
So I said fine - return it to sender, how long will that take? Advisor said he didn't have a clue.
So I said fine... I'll wait an undetermined amount of time for my refund from the seller, what about my costs - the postage, over an hour spent on the phone to be misadvised completely, how do I claim that back - I was directed to your online claim form WHICH IS ONLY FOR THE COMPANY THAT ARRANGED THE POSTAGE!!!!!
