“I would seriously not recommend anyone to use this service previous three deliveries I have had confirmation the item has been delivered I have not received the item it has come out on another delivery I have had one item that disappeared within the Sorting Office and was found on a Shelf presumably ready to go home with someone else the latest item I paid over £100 for to include next day delivery and I was stood on my drive outside my house at the time that Parcelforce think they tried to deliver so I am fully aware they did not I later found a card with no time on it put through my door very quietly saying it would be delivered the next working day which is Tuesday next week the automated system has told me that they will not deliver it Tuesday but it will now be Wednesday next week this service is disgraceful and getting worse rapidly”
“Firstly they overcharged me(£89) for my package coming from the USA and then they did not deliver the item on time having the excuse that the address does not include the company name even I mentioned Ground floor reception in the building in my address detail so postman did not need company name he could just deliver the package to ground floor reception,, the postman name was CHRIS who was the regular postman for our building and he knew me from my name but he did not bother to come to my building to deliver the package and he also lied about leaving card at the reception,
Parcelforce even forgot to post my package to the next day having the same excuse even I gave them the address,
their customer service is rubbish have no idea what they are talking about,
they don't deserve even one star if I could i give them no star at all,

“I paid for Express48 in order for it to reach another company in time for one of their employees to complete leaflet distribution for us. It was over 72hours before it arrived. Parcelforce tried to blame the Post Office for not advising them of the parcel being there - even though they should pick up parcels daily. Because the parcel arrived late we lost the shift with the other company and had to pay over £100 for a service we did not use!
They issues a measly 25% refund (£3) because these are their T&Cs for late delivery. The least they could have done was refund the full payment for postage (£13.14).
Do not use them if you are in any rush for anything to arrive. Also check their T&Cs before posting anything as if there is a problem all they do is hide behind them!

“Eventually received a parcel after waiting in for three days and being told it would be delivered each day. Had to run down the road to catch the driver after he had passed our house. The driver's English was very poor and he had difficulty reading the address.
Really poor service!

“Their depot is approx. 50miles from the my home address -so bad luck if you miss delivery, Will not leave in specified location at house but insists
on sign. Tracking OK but cannot wait in all day 7am to 6pm for a parcel---needs am or pm specified”

I spoke to someone called Stuart this morning and was i was very surprised to his rudeness with a great attitude as soon as he picked up the phone. I called to change the post code to the parcel I sent that failed delivery because they couldn’t find the post code to match the address in their outdated system I guess. But was no need of such a rudeness.”
“Arrived home yesterday to be in for the expected parcelforce delivery time. Received a text after the time saying the delivery person had been earlier and left a card: There was NO card or evidence of attempted delivery. I had wasted a trip home.
I was informed a second delivery attempt would be made beteween 12pm and 1pm the following day. I have stayed at home to receive the parcel and it is now nearly 4pm and NO DELIVERY!!! I need to be somewhere else and I have waisted my time and could be doing my job, instead of waiting here all day for Parcelforce.

“Package sent to me. Sender sent me a screen shot copy of receipt showing the Tracking Number. For a couple of days I've entered the tracking number, and their website is not recognising the tracking number as shown on the receipt. Will I receive the package? Who knows! Not the first time I have had problems with Parcel Force. I would never EVER recommend them to anyone.”
“They are the worst!!! I already lost money twice because of them, first item arrived damaged to my customer second item was sent to Manchester (!!!) my customer is based in North London (!!!) and guess what... it was damaged too! I contacted Parcel Force they just apologized!”
“The worst delivery service at all time. Never call, never care about the customers. The worst support never helped. Once I waited 2 weeks when they finally deliver the parcel. But not to me, to the nearest Post office.”
“I give up, I’ve tried redelivery on their website, no place to leave delivery instructions i.e. 'ok to leave without a signature' or 'leave in a safe place' , so I waited in all day and no parcel. They then delivered when I wasn't there and left another card.
This is the 4th parcel that has been delivered to the post office is in the middle of town, at the back of a library, with no access to parking, always a huge queue and a little old lady has to wind her way through the building to the store to find the parcel and get back again.
It drives me mad and I can’t keep spending literally hours of my time trying to retrieve a parcel. The whole point of on line is that it is easier and will be delivered to my address.
No idea what is happening to the latest parcel now but I don’t want to spend my Saturday morning in a long queue at the post office to find out.
The supplier can have the parcel back and refund - I won't be ordering with suppliers who use Parcel force in future.”

“Bought something from IKEA and they used Parcelforce to deliver it to me. Never got it. Stayed 3 times at home - each time after a whole day I just get a "delivery attempted" message on my tracking number, with no card left, no one calling my front door or my number. Called a few times to sort it out, people on the phone were nice and recptive but overall had no affect on how the driver's just don't make an effort whatsover.

“What a awful courier, I paid for 48 hr delivery posted the item to the post office in the morning, they didn’t collect until the next day and despite being late collection didn’t upgrade to 24hr, I have used this company three times now and every time there has been a problem, the last time the driver forgot the label, the time before that my parcel was left in the van so it was late, I won’t be using them again, if this company doesn’t up it’s game it will collapse, it’s a slow process but it will happen, it’s a cutthroat game with lots of options, customers will just wise up.”
“Pathetic service. Assume you work hours that enable you to go to some random Post Office that they choose,to collect the parcel, not taking into consideration that you might not drive,or even know the area you have to get to.
Hoping though that you will pay the redelivery charge instead, so they make more money out of you, even though a delivery charge has already originally been paid whilst placing your order.
Plus the delivery person failed to put a ‘Sorry we missed you card’through the door.
Expecting you to track everything via your phone.
Some people in certain work areas are not allowed their phone in the workplace to track a parcel delivery whilst it’s in progress.
If Parcel Force can’t deliver a parcel try these things first;
1. Leave a card through the door
2. Ask a neighbour first, not assume the customer has the time ,energy & transport to get to a Post Office of your choice.
3. Stop trying to make more money from a person to pay extra for a re-delivery charge,which didn’t need to happen in the first place.
4. Stop making assumptions about what the person you’re delivering to can & can’t do to get their parcel back”
“After an initial debarcle with my initial delivery (card pushed through the door detailing PO parcel would be left at - only it was the incorrect PO written down...so after some major chasing and a promise it would be picked up and redelivered within a 5 day window......but this did not happen) a manager at the Reading depot was absolutely BRILLIANT and made sure package was retrieved today and redelivered direct to me! Hurrah! I cannot rate this chap highly enough - he was efficient, professional, apologetic and GOT IT SORTED! Thank you! You've turned a bad experience of parcelforce into a very positive one!”
“Dropped a parcel off onFriday at Post Office - Parcelforce failed to collect anything from there that day so sat there until Monday. Now Wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered by today-it has not and even worse they can't find it!! Its worth st least £150 and cost a whopping £26.10 to send' now it seems they have lost it!!!
