A perishable item , got a text for delivery it didn’t arrive wasn’t even attempted delivery for 2 days when I made sure someone was able to accept it , went to sorting office and picked up . Parcel force says all fine as they delivered it , no delivery attempt was made . Would be better if information was accurate and they just told you to go and pick it up . Hugely disappointed and not what they charged for .

Absolutely rubbish service , had to rebook it 6 time and still not collected , will never use again

Soooooooooo unorganised. The result being no presents for Christmas!!!! They left no note, told us the wrong collection shop multiple times and now my parcel is being send back to a different country

Utterly useless. They can't even follow thier own simple instructions. If nobody is home either leave in the designated safe location, attempt delivery with my neighbour or take to my local post office for me to collect! They don't do any of these things, they take the parcels back to the depot and then ask you to either collect, over a 2 hour round trip which i will not do on principle or pay to have the parcels redirected to the post office that they should have delivered to in the first place. Parcel Farce a complete shower of sh*t!

Waiting so long to end up receiving a package at the wrong address is beyond praise. Last year there were no delivery issues, but this year something went wrong. Are you paying your employees enough? Otherwise why are they such lazy pigs? Disappointment.

Nothing but inconvenience and expense caused by Parcel Force this year. I had one parcel come from Denmark, sat in a Manchester depot for 5 days (about an hour by road from where I live) and when it did move, it was too Millom - completely the wrong direction! Eventually reached me after over a week in the UK. Latest saga is a parcel delivery attempted and left at a Post Office that never opens at the weekend, do I have used the PF website twice to rearrange delivery and worked from home / took annual leave to be in. The redeliveries were not done and the website lost track of them and says the item is still awaiting collection. If I can't arrange collection tomorrow, it will be getting sent back to Germany. I'm having to ask a huge favour of someone now. I don't have these problems with ANY other carrier and I order a lot of stuff. The companies that use them are unfortunately being filled by their 'national carrier' type image, but I think company is on the road to nowhere. You have wonder if they even care.

Absolutely avoid this company. I've been home all day waiting for a delivery, sat on my sofa in view of my front door and received a text half hour after the drop off deadline saying that no one was home. Lies. Impossible to find complaint procedure on website. Very difficult to get through to a person via customer services line. I missed a day of work for this and will have to do so again tomorrow. I'm forwarding my complaint to the company that used them also. Literally never again. Not remotely worth paying the extra £40 for the delivery.

Avoid. Lied about me not being available for a collection I waited in for. I have CCTV proof that no one came. Will never use again

24-hour delivery service but no delivery for 5 days, there is no excuse other than you want to steal the parcel!

Possible the worst delivery service in the world - they lost my suitcase even though they sent a message it would be delivered that day - don’t use them if possible

i ordered a gold playstation 4 controller and guess what? IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME 9 YEARS AGO! AND IT HASENT CAME TO MY HOUSE DONT USE PARCELFORCE ITS RUBBISH

Simply the worst courier company in the Uk. Ex state monopoly that exclusively employs lazy, robotic jobsworth types. Depressing on every level. Sums up everything that is wrong with British business. Non existent customer service, make a complaint via their hilarious online form and you will see for yourself. Backward company.

I would use UPS. when parcel force are good its fine but when it doesn't its just hell, the company doesnt care and the staff just seem to read a script and lie to you to get rid of you.

Parcelforce, the worst ever!!! They should be shut down and investigated!!!! I have my crystals and gemstones sent to me from Australia, for my business, laying in a depot in Gloucester. It has been there for 2 weeks, only a few days ago I got a letter saying that a fee of 78£ must be payed, and it will get sent back to Australia within 20 days of receiving this letter…I only got the letter a few days ago. It gets worse…when I was about to pay the fee, I find out that they have my residential address down as the delivery address, and I am NOT on my residential address, the that is NOT where it is addressed to, that is NOT what the sender wrote on the parcel. I called them, got to speak to a lady who kept saying that their “system” says residential address…I kept saying your “ system” has got it wrong, the sender has sent it, to another delivery address where it is supposed to go, where I am right now, and have Christmas markets coming up, where I am supposed to sell my products. She hung up on me rude cow, Casey! I called again, and that lady said, that I should take screenshots of the proof of where the parcel was sent to, and send the email to a certain department, which I did. Again… waiting…for them to get back to me. I have lost so much time and money because of this, I could have made sales online as well. I am in Essex, there is no way I am going to Cheltenham to pick up the parcel, it costs time and money, and already costs 78£ Customs fee. Having it redirected from Cheltenham to Essex, would also cost extra as the parcel is 15 kg. AND it is not safe because Royal Mail has “ lost” a lot of mail recently, also not reliable. There are no words for how furious I am😡🤬😡🤬😡 I would go on an rampage in their depot but that would land me in jail, so I will find other ways of holding them responsible. I will get a lawyer and do anything I can to get them prosecuted. I have had to cancel the Christmas market, so lost a lot of money, but also all the stress and hassle, I and the sender have had, when it is all the fault of Parcelforce. All THEIR mess!!! They should compensate me for all this, and I will do my best to make them pay for this outrageously bad service, and incompetence!!! I will go to the local newspapers and even live in Tv if I have to!!! They are holding up everything and delaying and causing a hell of a lot of chaos WTF!!! Is going on here?!!! Parcelforce sort it out NOW!!! Sort it out!!!!!!!!!! Karina

It says the parcel delivery was attempted just now, but it is simply a lie! I am literally waiting for it by the door and tracking it online every few minutes. Nobody approached my house to deliver it. There was also no card left. A whole day wasted waiting for the delivery! Absolute timewasters! Further to this it is impossible to complain or even get in touch with them as online form just does not work!

Awaiting an I.portant package. Terrified as they are probably the worst company for deliveries. Recieved an email about delivery and waited in. No show. Still waiting days later . Am.i surprised.no .

My heart sinks when advised that a parcel will be delivered by Parcelforce. The chances are it wont be. Their most recent non delivery was because it was late and I had gone away for 6 weeks. The senders tracking number tells me the parcel is ready for collection from the original vendor, no it isn't. The return tracking number on the card is not recognised. So, I Phone ParcelForce who answer quickly, one plus point here. However the chap quite cheerfully told me they only keep tracking. records for four weeks so couldn't help so it was lost. made it sound quite normal, it is for ParcelForce. So, go back to vendor and make a claim. PS. Have t award one star to make the comment!
