A litany of incompetence at all levels. I identified between five and seven systems failures in their processes, during my three hours on the phone. This was simply to ascertain if they had received documents regarding clearance of my parcel through customs. At one point I was directed by a parcel force operator to UPS, to be told "I might have been victim of a scam" At another point I was directed Inappropriately to UK Customs, who told me this was "an ongoing problem with parcel force", and directed me back to them. I spent three hours of my life on totally inappropriate phone calls, being run around the houses, and in the end they still couldn't answer my simple question. I complained, requesting that in view of the considerable waste of my time and anxiety they had caused, that they should waive their 'handing fee'. They refused saying my request to waive the fee "had been rejected'. This is after acknowledging they had multiple systems failures. They can treat customers like this because they know that they have their property as a ransom, and you have no way of getting your property off them unless you pay up. Therefore you are powerless. This I believe is illegal. I had a genuine case for not paying their fees, but now will be forced to, or they will send my property back to Ukraine. The UK government should investigate their practices.

This company is terrible. If you are setting up a business or thinking of changing courier- don't use them! Really rude staff, they lie and they shrug their shoulders at the situation. I can't believe they are still in business! I complained that the driver didn't deliver when he was supposed to and took it upon himself ticking my consignment off to rearrange the delivery date meaning I lost a whole day sat in like a prat waiting. 7 phone calls later and 3 promises to call me back. 2 promises to redeliver to local post office and guess what I still don't have the parcel. I don't hold out much hope to get it in one piece when it actually arrives...

They're a disgrace! They made me wait way too long to admit what I already knew: they lost my parcel or likelyeven stolen it if you read people's experiences of this company. I sent a parcel via a Belgian postal courier at the end of September. As soon as it hit the Coventry depot, the tracking stopped and the parcel didn't get delivered. After waiting a week I started contacting their Customer Service team in various ways, what would become a 2 month struggle to get decent information. From getting the wrong advice to plain lies which cost me money and precious time, I finally got somebody to do their job which is to actually locate the parcel. For the 8 weeks in which Parcelforce tried to make me do the work to locate the parcel, they took about 2 weeks to search for it and then called it a day. A big parcel which had a tracking number and address + phone details stuck on it, was 'lost'. And again; it's up to ME to waste time and money to claim with the Belgian postal courier. They're so incompetent it's mindboggling that they're not out of business. If I have a say which courier is going to deliver any of my packages again; I will make sure it's NOT Parcelfarce. There should be a large-scale investigation against this company as it cannot be they can lose packages en masse without taking any accountability. Plus what ex-employees have written about this company, they don't seem ethical AT ALL. Absolutely disgusting shady conduct!

Everything went wrong!!! Delays delays delays. Wrong tracking number on the card. Rude customer service. Avoid at all cost!

Would like to say a huge thank you to parcel force employee's Gemma and Isabel in north East for helping me get my sons contact lenses to him abroad , never sent overseas before they were both such a great help. Many thanks for great customer services.

From the text message which to.d me I had a failed delivery whilst being at home and waiting to the incompetent staff at the East London depot and head office it is amazing PARCELFORCE is still in business. POOR BEYOND WORDS

The drivers always stick the labels wrong ,when u asked them when .they don't even bothered and rushing out,that's why I got 1 item sent back,he brought it back and acting like he doesn't know anything.WHAT is the point of employed unprofessional staff.come on parcel force,I don't just pay u to repeat your mistake.yeah parcel force is big,but if your staff didn't even think that we are customers,then you m might lost thousands and thousands customers in the future.

I ordered some expensive shoes and I got a confirmation email and text saying they'd been delivered to my neighbour 'Mrs Padger' at number 42, but first of al there isn't a Mrs Padger in my town, let alone next door, and also they didn't say which street they delivered it to because none of my neighbours had the delivery so I rang up parcelforce and they were unkind and rude and very unhelpful and basically said I needed to check again because they said they were delivered so it's not their fault. Basically I'm still waiting for them to send a picture of the door they left them at, although if they haven't delivered them around here then I'm not sure how a picture of a door will help me... just really bad service it's ridiculous. So disappointed.

Absolutely horrible service. I would never ever use Parcelforce for anything. Expensive, no delivery, parcel sent back to the USA before I could get it. Horrible. Really horrible experience.

If only i could rate 0, horrible! Payed for next day delivery and they never turned up so was sent back to depot to redeliver the next day, came to next day and was not delivered once again!!! Stayed in 2 full days for nothing!!! Hopefully will deliver the 3rd day waiting in! Next day deliver i payed for not for 3 days later, well thats if it comes! Thats my sister birthday present a day late!

the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! NO TIME SLOT, NO CALL, JUST A MESSAGE ON WHAT TO DO NEXT,,, AND OF COURSE PAY. the first time bad experience: I was at home and nobody ring the bell and then i find a message that my parcel has been deliver somewhere at a off licence. so need to collect by myself. the second one this week, after a delivery attempt they told me that my stuff will be available for collection at XXX post office, went there and nothing, I called them and i ve been told the parcel was too big to be let there... so now i need to go to the SE depot. You guys need to sort out yourself and deliver a better service... NO DELIVERY ON SATURDAY? are you kidding me? please

Parcel force banged on my door 0655 and 6sec later on my neighbours door. They sent me a txt @ 0645 adviseing me that they where attempting delivery same day between 0710 and 0810 then sent me a txt @0815 that my parcel would be delivered today?????? What a load of incompetence,the items i ordered from SELLFREDGES where out of date food, so i sent them back ,the same complete idiot came to collect the out of date food parcel,he did not seem to know what he was doing and had to phone his office for instruction. Rubbish service PARCEL FORCE INCOMPETENT.

I have never seen such expensive delivery services, charging for every change (change of address, delivery on a Saturday, ...), no timeslot for delivery (just a date!), ... Basically, super expensive and would not recommend.

I am disabled person.parcel force banged on my door 0650 in morning 4 sec later banged on neighbours door. Parcel force sent me a txt adviseing of delivery AFTER 2300 AT NIGHT to expect delivery .as other people i dont leave my phone on all night. 0830 THEY SEND TXT YOUR PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY . Its like the parcel force man was so angry I THINK PARCEL FORCE IS RUBBISH.they need to review things and not say its ok because where busy towards xmas.

I ordered something from China, all went fine until it reached the UK. My parcel was held with Parcel Force, until I paid them an extra £41 for custom charges. I paid the charges on the same day that I received a letter from them ( they had the parcel for a few days before I received this letter.) I made the payment on a Friday and I was told that I would receive my parcel on the next working day, Monday. ( Saturday would of cost a further £12!) So Monday came, I waited in all day and no parcel. Tuesday, still no parcel. I sent Parcel Force an email, along with a message on social media, and I was told that someone would call me back to explain why I had not received my parcel yet. A couple of hours later, I still had no phone call, so I got fed up of waiting, and called Parcel Force myself. I was then told "oh someone must have forgotten to put your parcel in for delivery, I will organize for it to be delivered tomorrow". So here we are THREE working days later, I am having to sit in all day yet again for the third day ( Parcel Force don't really care if you have a full time job or not!). I have no idea what time the parcel will turn up as Parcel Force don't like to make it easier for you and give you a rough time guide of delivery. So here's hoping it will actually show up today! I won't hold my breath! You'd think as they have messed up my delivery, they would kindly have it delivered to me early morning, but no! its almost mid day now!. If I do get it today, I expect it will be 6pm tonight. I will be checking every purchase i make in the future, as I won't be using Parcel Force ever again!
