“Allegedly attempted delivery twice but I've been here all the time and no delivery, no card. Someone is telling porkies! Nopw have to collect from the local depot. Nest time I order on-line if the delivery is going to be by Parcelforce, I'll not proceed with the order. Rubbish company, rubbish service!”

“Original Tracking Number JB9916908 On the 2nd September I was advised that this parcel would be belivered by Nick between 13.24 and 14.24. Someone was at our house all day. No Delivery , No Card. I tried to speak to some one and got a robot for re-delivery.Please stop blaming Covid 19 we are all back at work.”

“My Parcel was Picked up on the 6th August 2020 addressed to Nigeria. I tried to track it for weeks it kept showing “Exported” When I rang Parcel Force, I quickly realised how badly trained they were or should I say not trained in customer service. I kept being referred to different people ie their international section, Parcel Monkey which I used to access Parcel force service. I will never use Parcel force again and would not advise or encourage my friends and relatives to use them. The service is Poor and slow the staff have no customer service experience. Very, very bad services. Parcel that I was told 4 days took 4 weeks. Parcel Force concentrate on mail delivery within UK because you do that well as Royal Mail, you do not have the experience of international Parcel delivery, leave that to DHL.”

“Got a quote from their website, after entering the weight and size dimensions, quoted that to the recipient and when i went to book it right at the end of the booking it said, i cant use this service and the alternative went from £23 to £68, absolutely terrible site, in the end posted elsewhere for £35, dont use..........”
“Your Delivery system is wonderful Your Tracking system is terrible.
I was sending a parcel to an elderly relative for her birthday. I have been trying to track it to make sure it got there. The system was not updated often enough to be accurate. When it was delivered all I got was that it had been delivered to a neighbour at number 2. Number 2 where? It is an isolated community the driver may know where number 2 is, as a sender I do not. The address does not have a road name. Please think of the tracking aspect and the sender more.”
“Absolutely shocking service. I paid extra money for my parcel to be delivered next day. Still yet to be seen i needed that parcel, absolute scum!!!! The guy who was supposed to deliver hadn't moved from one location on the live maps. Disgusting!!”

“Sent a parcel out on the 25th Aug,Paid extra for next day delivery £17.95.Phoned the customer the next day No Parcel.Checked the tracking number and instead of being sent to Newcastle it ended up at Milton Keynes depot.Called the depot and a guy from customer services apologised and said he would get it sorted and send it straight away.Called the depot again today and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that her colleague hadn't even logged it on to process.Not Happy one bit,she as now sorted it for me today.If it wasn't for her kind help you would of got no stars.”

“Parcel missed while I was out. Taken to a post office in another town. Booked redliver via their website. Delivery never came. Customer service rude and unhelpful and blame me for it. Wasted all day waiting in for it. Their attitude is basically "too bad."”
“Ordered shoes from Office nearly 3 weeks ago for a special occasion (which was last week) - still no shoes, no attempted delivery (I was in), no card left TWICE. Now in dispute for a refund from Office shoes as my package is apparently back at the depot as of 8 days ago and they won’t refund me until Parcelforce have returned the item. What a sham! Put me off shopping with Office as they use such a rubbish courier service. No shoes and no refund - wish I could leave leave less than one star!”
“Waited all day for my parcel that was supposed to arrive today. Tracking said that there was a problem with my address and that the parcel was returned to the depot? As no other delivery company have had a problem finding me i assume that the company are incompetent and i wont use them again.”
“ParecelForce delivered a piece of art that had been punctured in transit straight through both sides of the package, thus straight through the art. Their claims process reimbursed for most of the replacement cost of the art, but failed to reimburse for the postage. Despite multiple follow-ups, they stated "I must advise that postage is not refunded on any claim for damage and, consequently, we will not be raising a postage refund in respect of your claim."”
“Fortunately my parcel was of very low value which is just as well as it appears to have been stolen. According to the tracker my parcel was delivered this afternoon and signed for by me. I was home all day, received nothing and signed nothing. Worse still Parcelforce has a photograph of my alleged 'signature' which consists of two scrawled initial letters, presumably copied from the name on the parcel. This shows that the driver deliberately faked a delivery to me and forged a signature to 'prove' it. He or she will be very disappointed when they open the parcel but not as disgusted as I am. Don't use this company.”
