“If I cc ould give zero I would. Driver left a card saying my parcel would be at the post office to collect the next day. It then took 5days to reach my local post office from the back of the van. When I asked customer service for an explanation I just get it is company policy to take parcels to local post offices or back to depot. Still doesn't explain why this took 5 days. Good luck with this clowns.”
“Terrible service. They informed us delivery was scheduled, x3 consecutive days, with timings . It arrived on the third one, late. No contact with us. I managed to track parcel but no reason stated. The driver dropped the box over the gate ( the content was fragile) , the lid has come off the box and he denied dropping it, I saw him do it. No apology. Contacted customer services and they suggested it is upto the driver to deliver, they don’t control his whereabouts, the timings sent are automated, very unhelpful and not courteous. I would suggest delivery companies never to use them . Awful experience”
“I sent a parcel via parcelforce next day guaranteed am delivery parcel was collected from the post office where I paid £17. Parcel went from the post office to the hub At the hub the parcel was missorted and sent to the wrong depot. The parcel was then returned back to the post office from where I sent it, then back to the hub and sent to the correct depot. Avoid this delivery company at all costs, they are absolutely inept and totally and utterly unreliable.”

“They delivered my parcel to another address in my town by getting Close and Road mixed up. The people at that address denied receiving it and they told me the case was closed even though the driver admitted the mistake. I ended up £130 out of pocket. To make mit worse the depot is in the same town 5 mins away. Disgusting avoid if possible.”

No one at Parcelforce is interestedsimply saying the parcel is now missing. I asked if the delivery was outsourced to a third party contractor to be told they couldnt possibly comment. I cant help but think perhaps its stolen. The parcel was parts for a mercedes sprinter van.

“Absolutely shocking , received my items today after 4 times being told it would be delivered and paying Saturday delivery and then receiving 1 of the items of the 2. Then to have been told no one was home when I waited all day , And was told a card was left with further instructions which obviously wasn’t because no one came back with the 2 nd item. Then Monday the same thing happened and Tuesday the same eventually my items came with the box in such a state half the items inside were missing or damaged ! Shocking will NEVER use again”

They send you a message claiming that your package will be delivered on a certain date then they send you another message giving you the exact time you should receive your package and finally they send you a message saying your delivery is delayed.
They are unreliable and they constantly get 1/5 reviews. Why do companies still use their services? Parcelforce is an embarrassment and should be taught a lesson rather than still being in business. Look at DBD and how professional they are compared to what's called parcel service.
My humble opinion is as follows: If you buy from a company and you see the Parcelforce logo avoid the purchase at all costs! Otherwise, when you opt for an express delivery expect your package to arrive within a week if you're lucky.”

No further update from their website, and they still didn't reply my complaint form.
Don't understand why they send me emails telling lies about the delivery schedule once they are not even trying to deliver:
"Your parcel from HONGKONG GEEKBUY INTERNATIONAL will be delivered by Parcelforce on Thursday 4 June 2020"
Hate this company, we all should STOP hiring their services IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY.”
