My second 1 star review of this excuse for a delivery company! We ordered fresh produce from supplier in Whitby for delivery yesterday- still not arrived!! Supplier confirmed collected by ParcelFarce(sic). Apparently ours is not the only order “gone astray/lost/stolen” take your pick. Totally, utterly useless service and “couldn’t give a damn” customer set ice. They really deserve to go bust. Avoid at all costs

Tracking my parcel on website disclosed nothing more than LIES from LEISTER PARCELFORCE.This even got worse when I phoned from Peterborough I was informed that Parcel was delivered and signed for WAIT FOR IT+++++++++++ IN LEISTER ++++++++ NOT IN PETERBOROUGH AS WAS STAITED ON PARCEL SO YES UNFORTUNATLY ALSO THIEVES

One attempted delivery card left indicating my parcel had been returned to the Basingstoke Depot. On (finally) getting through by phone to this dept at 8a.m.I was told the parcel was at Aldershot. After another wait to get any response I am told ther are no more drivers available to deliver today ( it’s now 8.25a.m. )I understand this parcel is of fresh food.It was sent in good faith at cost to arrive by Christmas. I am informed by Parcelforce that this will not be happening. I do not recommend this delivery at all. Appalinservice

No update on my order in two weeks with nothing showing on tracking despite paying for priority. When you try and call you have to wait for lengthy times. When you finally get through the customer service advisors are extremely rude and do not want to help

Denied parcel had arrived from the USA. No help to trace it. Was told different stories on how the shipment was processed before getting to the UK, even though I was told it hadn't arrived!

I sent 5 parcels to Europe, but one never reached its destination. Since then, the calls that I had with the customer service team have been a nightmare. I called and wrote to the customer service several times, receiving a lot of contrasting information. The parcel seemed to be lost, a customer service staff ensured me on the phone that they would re-package it, send me pictures and send it back, which did not happen. Two days later, I received an email saying that this was not possible, without clear explanations on what should be done, whilst I made clear that I didn't want to receive the parcel to my sender address, as I'm not living there anymore. Unfortunately, this is what happened. After 5 weeks, the parcel turned up at my former address, damaged (someone tried to open it as the content might have seemed appealing). On that day, I called and spoke to 5 different people at Parcelforce, who gave me contrasting information. Someone even told me that the parcel had arrived that morning and that my mum signed for it, which was not true. Someone else told me that nothing could be done. At the end, someone at my local depot depot told me that they could organise the pick up and gave me an email address, which was wrong. Again I tried to call several times, I left a message to be called back, without success. At the end, someone has organised the pick up to send the parcel to Europe... After two months. I'm still unsure whether it will reach its destination. The whole situation has been unbearable due to: - damage to the parcel - delay in delivering the parcel - bad customer service (contrasting information, lack of help, except in one case) - long wait on the phone to talk to someone, which also meant waist of money for me I would not recommend sending an international parcel with Parcelforce.

Placed my order to send gifts abroad home on 19/12/17 and they said they would collect my parcel on 20/12/17 to arrive in time for Christmas. I took the day off to be at home but no one came by 5pm - I decided to call them to see if they would come and apparently the driver never got the job to come pick up?!?!?!!!! The said they would come first thing next morning and instead came at 4.09pm next day. As a result my package will not arrive home in time for Christmas. I should have paid more to use a real courier service. LESSON LEARNT PARCELFORCE IS A NO GO!

Wish I could give no stars. They've had a bog standard package in their useless hands for over one week now stating delivery address issues, despite them delivering to the self same business address every day of week. Eventually got through their customer service system and spoke to a real live person who said it would be delivered today. Still waiting. Should be renamed Parcelfarce.

Disgraceful company! Their staff STOLE all the kids Christmas vouchers out of my parcel and charged me twice the price of the next courier for the privilege - THEY EMPLOY THEIVES!!!! Use any other company!!!!

I sent a Christmas gift to the UK. It was supposed to arrive by Dec. 13. I found out it's been held at Coventry (even now-which is Dec. 21). I found out they are charging 26 pounds because the item is coming from outside the EU. I told them I would pay because I don't think recipient should be charged to receive gifts. I asked how/where I can pay but totally ignored. They ruined someone's Christmas and left me so angry and disappointed. Why even charge me "handling fee" when they are not handling anything at all? This company is very rude, customer service is terrible, not professional, not reliable, I will avoid them like a plague.

INHUMANE. INEFFECIENT. INCOMPETENT. DISHONEST. OUR SON'S CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM GRANDMOTHER "LOST" AND CAN'T BE LOCATED, DESPITE US HAVING BEEN SENT A LETTER FROM THEIR GLOS DEPOT DEMANDING £60 FOR IT TO BE RELEASED. THEY HAVE OUR MONEY. WHERE IS OUR PARCEL? THIS IS THEFT BY ANY OTHER NAME.

Still waiting for a next day delivery having been assured that the item to be delivered was on a van at 8.15am yesterday Rubbish service ........................... Do not use !!!!!!

Lost Christmas presents, No information on tracker for 14 days, unlikely to receive anything, really unimpressed and to top it all off, the email detailing parcel type, etc was sent to the wrong department...

Company paid for a express 48 hr delivery. We waited in all day today as tracking said out for delivery today and required signature. Not arrived and checked tracking and states returned to depot. May not even get tomorrow. Will be 72 hours !!!! Not impressed !!!!

Delivery expected between 14:03 and 15:03 - never arrived. Received a further text at 17:24 to advise delivery attempted and card left - this was a BLATANT LIE - no card left, second time we've experienced this problem with parcelforce.

Very slow and unreliable service. I had to take the day off work to receive a delivery. Was stuck at home all day waiting for the parcel to arrive and it's 6pm and no delivery yet. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 mins and then someone hung up. I called again and waited another 20 mins until a very rude lady answered and was not helpful at all. She gave me another number to call to reach the depot in West london, then she just said that if I didn't get it before 6pm then I'm not getting my delivery today. I had to take a day off for this delivery. I was put on hold for another 25 mins until another guy answered, his name was Josh or Joshua (not an English accent) i started explaining to him the situation but then he just hung up on me. AVOID this company at any cost. Very unprofessional and unreliable. You would be better off with ANY other service. Total waste of time.

I waited in all day from 7.00 am for a delivery (there is no delivery slot) which didn't happen, even upon phoning at 5.00 that evening I was told that it would still be delivered. The next day when looking at the tracking it said that an attempt had been made to deliver which was an absolute lie as I knew I had been in all day, also there was no card put through the door. When phoning customer services I spoke to the rudest man ever who told me that I cannot say there was no delivery made and when I said no card was put through the door he said "we have run out". They would attempt to deliver again that day but I said I had to go out and couldn't wait in all day again and was just told it was tough! Rude, rude, rude do not use this unreliable couldn't care less company when there are others out there
