“I would give 0 stars if possible. Had the most abysmal experience with Parcel Force. They delivered two separate parcels to a neighbouring address and logged a non-existent address on the tracking so I could not go and retrieve them. Spent weeks calling their customer service with a variety of non helpful advice (sending me to neighbouring businesses they thought the packages might have been delivered to) as well as multiple empty promises that the delivery man would go collect it and re-deliver and later that a manager would call me. In the end I lost two expensive purchase from abroad and had the absolute worst customer service experience imaginable. Would recommend never to use this service.”
“my parcel was sent from california got here in three days (to heathrow) its been 7 Days now and despite contacting them paying customs charges of 37 pounds and them promising to deliver today its not here maybe it wont ever get here i dont much like the global shipping from the usa but at least you get your parcel i think i have lost the 200pound car part due to parcel force incompetence”
“Terrible service, parcel should be delivered on the Saturday (8th). Contacted 3-4 times CS without success now parcel left in the post office with working opening hours...”
“The service deserves 0 stars. A friend sent an item over to me from the UK to the Netherlands by Parcelforce "Global Priority." I paid 61 pounds. I was told the parcel would be handled with care. In short, it arrived in three pieces. It was sturdy pottery which had clearly been dropped from a height really hard to break like it did. After mailing numerous photos in the claim process, I have now been calmly advised that my complaint is now "closed" as the sender needs to file the complaint. I will not ask my friend who went to a lot of trouble to send the item to me to make the complaint. How convenient for Parcelforce. These days intl delivery should be a piece of cake. The "service" was a sham and a waste of money. The post office is on its last legs and now we see why. I have learned my expensive lesson.”

“They said they attempted delivery and left card. Then the item was returned to the sender. Totally appaling service. The sooner Royal Mail and Parcelforce go bust the better. Not even worth 1 star. My heart sinks when I see that an online trader is using them and I often don't buy if this is their preferred delivery carrier.”
“They claimed to send an SMS message about my delivery. They did not. They then claimed they had attempted delivery. Again, untrue.
The van, already an hour later than promised, went past, turned around, then drove off! TERRIBLE.”
“I posted a wall clock and took out additional insurance to cover the £175 value. The clock arrived literally smashed to bits despite considerable care taken packaging. Parcelforce state that clocks are not covered by insurance - must have appeared in the small print somewhere - certainly not obvious. Really poor service and over £200 out of pocket due to lack of care by the courier. Absolutely disgusted.”
“Shocking service. EMS document sent from Japan never got to me and it was returned to the sender in Japan after 7days. No notice left for delivery, customer service telephone no not working, emails rever got replies. Luckily sent another document by DHL which arrived in two days. So in total, the whole thing cost a fortune!
Do not ever try and send anything by EMS, once a parcel tood one month too. Should have known better.”
“Forever getting it wrong.
Either they say no ones in or cannot find the address.
Well parcel farce don't deliver. Unless they are invisible. Because CCTV at two houses have not seen them.
Complete liars.
This company should be out of business by now or if it was an animal put to sleep”
“Package was sent 23jan Bristol to Manchester they sent to solent kept their 3 days then sent Manchester it's been sat in Manchester depot 4days they promised delivery on 3 separate day saying address not correct even when tracking into shows correct address the receiver cannot claim compensation even tho you paid £12.00 for 48 hour delivery they don't care tell you lies and expect you to take it if it wasn't owned by post office they would all be out of work”
“Parcelforce is a joke
44£ to send 300g to Fr with their express service. 2 days later it's still in the UK.
To send 3Kg from Fr to UK it cost £20 and it arrived in less than 48h.”
“Found Paecel Force Birmingham Depot realy helpfull.

“Bought a ironing board on line got a tex to say it will be delivered on the Friday, no delivery, gave it 2 days contacted seller, to make enquire, they told me , Parcelforce had lost it they will send another one express 24 , guess what it has been delivered to wrong delivery office , you could not make it up”
“30th Jan, still waiting for parcel they supposedly attempted to deliver on 6th and 24th Jan (know they didnt as no card left on either occasion and know I was in and have just been told 'the driver probably couldnt find your road' (satnav can find road and other delivery companies have never had a problem but apparently Parcelforce drivers dont have satnav)!. Customer services have been variable - some appalling, some apologetic but for a company whose business it is to deliver parcels, the service is diabolical.”
