Worst service ever And rude customer service who are of no help and have no understanding why people are upset when they sit in waiting for parcels all day whilst drivers lie about "attempting to deliver" Would urge companies to steer clear and use more reliable delivery companies

Downloaded the app watched my parcel sit at Nottingham depot for 3 days then when it arrived the outer and inner box damaged even though it had fragile stickers all over the parcel. Brand new iPad inside

I had two delivery times given today. First one was just after 8am. No one arrived. Then drivers changed. A second time was given for just after 2pm. Again never arrived. App seems to show fellas at home with his feet up🤷‍♂️ And Royal mail have the cheek to criticise other companies who are in competition. Shocking. Always got an excuse but never an apology 🤷‍♂️

Out of the five or six fruitless attempts at trying to use this pitiful excuse of a service, not one time has a parcel been delivered to my house. I have left specific instructions via the live chat (credit where credits due- quick responses) as to how to get there and the driver has never bothered to follow them or even try to contact me. You’d be better off strapping your parcel to a particularly stupid pidgin and throwing it out a window. Waste of time and money.

Total joke said about 2 various times the parcel would be delivered it didn’t come then I called them and they said it would come at 6pm then it didn’t so I called them again and they said it would come at 7-8:30pm and guess what it didn’t absolute joke of a company

Total joke of a company. Collected parcel and some how delivered a total different parcel with my labels on to the customer. So my parcel is lost and can not be located and someone else’s parcel is sitting with my customer which they will not collect back and cancelled my claim as tracking information shows delivered even when showed photos of the parcel they collected to the one that got delivered. They mixed up parcels and will not refund or help in any way. Shambles of a company Don’t waste your time with this rubbish service

Absolute joke of a delivery company. My parcel got delivered a week ago to the wrong address, so iv rung the main depot asking where it has gone. I was told that they needed to investigate and would ring me back on the same day, latest the next. Received no call. So I rung again and got told the same thing... Surprise suprise, no phone call. So I phoned again, this time I got an automated voice that asked my to put in my tracking number and I asked for redelivery. The voice told me that I would have to pay 5-12ÂŁ to get a redelivery despite this was not my fault! In the end I ended up personally checking shops and all houses nearby for my parcel and finally found it at a pharmacy.. Not happy!! Would receive better customer service from a plank of wood.

Delivery didn’t arrive on the time they gave me and i had to leave for work. I rang them I arranged redelivery to my local post office. Which they customers service said they did that. 2h later they said my parcel was delivered to me. Rang them they called the driver he said he did delivered if on top my mail box. Its public place you stupid and anyone can take it. Yeah so my parcel disappeared. Rang them they said he came back after he delivered it to me. He wrote message on my door that the parcel was 100% delivered to me. So i was at work and the only option is my ghost did sign for the parcel. James if you reading this I'm coming after you. You MF Thank you for reading Just don't forget they are crapppp I wish I could give minus start

Everything went wrong from start to finish. Wasted 3 hours of my life trying to pay a customs charge. Eventually paid the invoice. Waited for my parcel the next day... and waited.... Only to find it’s been sent to another business. So I had to go and collect from where it had been left. I’m not one for moaning and slagging off companies. However Parcel Force.... you really need to seriously book your ideas up. I’m so glad I don’t use you guys regularly.

Where is my parcel? Three days I have now waited and wasted waiting for it to arrive. Parcelforce contact me telling me what I already know then tell me they have contacted their depot management and my parcel will be delivered today. Well it's still not been delivered!!! This company is an absolute joke they lied yesterday and said it had been delivered I have cameras and was waiting in all day for the third time I might add and No one delivered anything no card anything!!! This should have been delivered Monday now going into the fourth day. Terrible service really bad.

Zero stars if I could: This isn’t coronavirus it’s just blatant incompetency ... 48 hour I paid for ... now on the 9th working day and it’s saying national Hub. Disgrace!! Why offer a service you can’t commit too.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR COMPENSATION - IT'S A SCAM. I have been mis-sold a financial product. I was sold compensation cover for Parcelforce which is useless. This was for an item clearly labelled as fragile. The product turned up damaged, requiring repair. I have waited over 1 month for compensation to which I am consistently told that the addressee must fill out a form despite evidence of the damaged item being provided. The addressee is not engaging in the process and they have no other way to process my compensation. This is not detailed in their terms so currently, they are in breach of contract. Appaling customer service.

One star is too much ordered a gift for my partner who I don't live with he was looking at the van outside his house, driver messaged me to see how to get in a second after the text before I could send back with instructions my partner informed me he had parked outside twice and left discusted even had courage to add to my order which was placed through Amazon that we refused the package, he didn't even knock on the door he was right outside appalled but by looking at reviews this is a terrible service maybe with the amount of one starts you should improve and garuntee I won't get my money back

Customer service and delivery is beyond appalling. They send items to wrong depo and then lie on there tracking app to say they had tried to deliver twice. 2 days i have waited for parcel. Disgusting excuse for a company.

EVEN ONE STAR IS MUCH for this company.I can't believe this big company is that migiruble .. So the parcel witch is with full insurance and thay suppose to pay it back because is broken, smashed(one of the many) and I now how safety I wrap it up . This item cant be broken just like this I'm sure some one just threw it away or literally jump on it with PURPOSE have no idea why. .......I'm very disappointed and I don't even know how they still exist and who work in it. .. very unprofessional . Meny people around me are not happy too(meny of the parcels just disappear but you know better than me? And all this people witch complen it's not without a reason)Im stoping to use Parcelforce. Thay are many BETTER and CHEAPER companys .People if you want professional service for a speciality delivery DO NOT USE THAM ! FOR ME this is NOT correct ,FEAR ,,company,, ..just problems,headache very slow working progress 90% of the items I send by tham the clients reserve with demege and I do protect the items very well before sending very very well. Its literally impossible to be broken or damaged but thay still manage to do it . What a magician's. SHAME!

Any review i make could not do justice to the appalling company called parcelforce, they go way beyond incompetent. It has now got to the point that i will not order from any company that uses them.
