Where to begin, for the third day in a row my package has failed to be delivered. This company is a complete an absolute shambles, they cannot follow the simple instructions of " please leave with neigbour" two days in a row mind you and then today they failed to find my address even though I've had two missed delivery notes. Check out Lee Evans parcelforce joke on YouTube because it is the most accurate description of this company of complete morons

Parcelforce tried to deliver on consecutive days at the same time when everyone is at work. Parcel taken to "Newcastle" depot, which is near Beamish in county Durham, not even the same county as Newcastle but cheaper business rates. Not that there was any way of finding out where it had gone. The post office in Hexham told me to try on line, as they can't handle parcelforce mail. Its the way it was sold off, I was told. So I travelled 40 miles to collect the parcels, which, surprise surprise, were both smashed. Absolute pirates I would never trust with anything I cared about. And no compensation, because glass is not covered. Avoid using parcelforce at all costs.

Parcel sent to Germany cost £40 then held in depot and sent back to UK Liverpool depot no reason given even though the parcel was sent from Wigan. 5 days trying to contact Liverpool with no luck. Disgraceful

Absolute garbage! Lost two parcels of mine and damaged another. Terrible to get in contact with as they’re too lazy to even message or talk and just send you a claims link. They owe me payment for the costs of parcels they damaged and lost.

Unfortunately the driver was unable to ring the doorbell or knock on the door, but he managed to put a card through the door telling me to collect it from the post office. 24 hour service?

Had a tracked parcel to Walton Hall and Gardens that wasn't delivered due to "unable to locate premises". Walton Hall and Garden covers about 1/2 a square mile with brown tourists signs leading to it. How can somebody not find it? The problem with this company is that they don't contact you by phone if there is a problem with the delivery and the drivers have a designated time for each drop so if there are any problems they will abandon the delivery due to time constraints leaving the customer to pick up from a local office. Customers are indirectly subsadising the cost of delivery. Its a common practice, it used to happen at my other business address.

My parcel was sent back to vietnam! For months we have been trying to find out why our parcel was sent all the way back to vietnam. Records show for whatever reason parcel force sent it down to England, held it there! No letter to say they had our parcel, and no customs letter either. We were assured on the phone that it is an automated service and letters were sent out that never arrived at our home. Now our parcel that we already paid 150$ to be sent to Scotland is back in Vietnam! Considering how parcelforce don't deliver north of Perth (we are in the highlands) non of this makes any sense!

Item brought from Ebay. Seller posted 48 hours delivery on 03/09/18. Post Office gave parcel to Royal Mail instead of Parcelforce. Parcelforce on-line tracking says it is in their possession. Telephone tracking says "it will be delivered today" - that was LAST Thursday. Parcelforce now say Royal Mail have parcel and they will not do anything until Royal mail transfers the parcel to them. Absolutely shoddy and appalling customer service! I give one star for the sole reason that I am un-able to give 0 or minus rating. I will never use Royal Mail or Parcelforce again. They deserve to go the same way that BHS went - and the sooner the better in my opinion.

Paid extra for Next Day - it was in the van and a couple of miles away but then they went back to depot. If I knew it was too much trouble to drive two miles I would go get it from him, so frustrating when you have to take another day off when it may or may not come. I would avoid buying from any company using this courier to deliver, literally any other is more reliable. Tracking then says driver could not find address but left a card. I wonder where.

In spite of staying in, the parcel force delivery left a card inside our back door. He cannot have rung the bell, nor shouted f he hadn't noticed it ( in the middle of the door!) Now we have to stay in tomorrow as well. Very disappointed

Waited in and received text to say delivery attempted and card left. Untrue. Rang depot totally unhelpful never rang back as promised. Tracked down Parcelforce CEO and spoke to his staff. Despite intervention still no contact from depot. Apparently delivery attempted to a locked and closed up church! Extraordinary behaviour. Please introduces minus rating. Spoke to the seller - a corporate account. Distribution manager said " in the process of changing from Parcelforce due to level of complaints from customers".

Day one - Advised delivery will take place between 5 & 6. Waited in but no one showed. Day two - Apology for no show & advised parcel will be delivered between 6 & 7. Went to work. Got home at 5 to be greeted by a card through my door saying they tried to deliver at 4 but no one home! Rang the Bristol office & received another apology & promised Saturday delivery. Day three - Waited in all morning & no show. Completely inept company who lie and amazed their still in business. Why does anyone use them?

Birthday present for recently bereaved cousin gone missing. Driver said he delivered to a neighbour, but no card was left for recipient to detail which neighbour. It is a country area where neighbours are not right next door, but friendly and they look after one another. It is odd for a driver to say he has done this, as he had to drive right past the local Post Office to get to my relative's house, and the obvious place to leave the parcel would be the Post Office if the recipient did not come to the front door. There was a surname signature, but it is a common name in that area (and not the name of the recipient). Did the driver realise the present was a bottle of wine and keep it? I hope not. Awaiting news from ParcelForce, but am also letting the wine supplier know about this: especially as his Mum's title was given to Royal Mail and as our future King I am sure HRH Prince Charles would like to know about dodgy deliveries of his Highgrove products.

Second time in a week that this shambles has opted not to knock on my door before popping a “missed delivery” card through my door. Second time in a week Parcelforce have inconvenienced me because their delivery people seem to be incapable of actually delivering.
