“I would give them a - if I could. I was charged £20 for a next day delivery, 48 hours later still not delivered. Was put in van for delivery at 7.49 am this morning and still not delivered at 13.38 today. No wonder the post office is in Dutch a mess. We need to close the post off and give us a service that cares about it’s customers”
“I would give zero stars if possible. I paid £20 (yes TWENTY POUNDS) delivery charge for what?? Supposed to be delivered Wednesday so I sit in all day - nowt, similar Thursday. On Friday I am told it will be delivered between 0850 and 0950. At 10 the tracking app tells me that a delivery was attempted but failed and a card would be in my letterbox to tell me what to do next. RUBBISH. I was in and waiting, no delivery was attempted and no card was put though my letterbox.
This is the third time they have done this to me. I tracked one as he drove past the security gate to my apartment complex, stopped, I presume looked the gate and then drove on by. Every other courier company seems to manage it but not this lot.
Avoid this shower like the plague - before buying anything online ask the supplier who the delivery company is and if they say "Parcelforce" tell them you are taking your business elsewhere.”

Said made delivery attempts when I was at home. I tried to redeliver to post office. Didn’t happen. All just awful when it could be so easy.

“Utterly useless liars. Twice in two months "a collection attempt was made" - no it absolutely wasn't. I only used them as you don't require a printer but never again. You have been warned. Parcelforce is a public sector company so they can get away with this kind of behaviour - privatise it now!”
“Ordered some trainers from Schuh last week payed for next day delivery. 7 days later no delivery and when i went on parcelforce website to see where they were it states I had a missed delivery. Ring doorbells dont lie! No one has been to the house to deliver anything and no calling card left either to state they have been . What an annoying situation when you cant actually speak to a human Parcelforce you are absolutely awful. Hopefully schuh will stop using you too as I will be writhing in to complain. Avoid this company if you can its a sham shouldnt be allowed to do this”

No idea where my parcel is now, no idea when it is going to be re- delivered, All customer services closed because it’s a public holiday and showing their compete disregard to customer service.”

If you want to pay money to someone and give them goods that will never see the light of day again, then this is the company for you. What you send won't get to where it's going any time soon, and the "tracking" in the 21st century is laughable:

I spoke to the company I ordered from as I would be at work the next day and they arranged for delivery to my neighbour which they ignored and tried again to deliver to me. “Slow service, delayed at depots and now using extortion tactics regarding "customs fees" for their shareholders and the government. No way should a piece of metal and a helmet be cleared at customs yet be held to ransom for "Value" added tax and other fees, how is anyone adding value to something they haven't touched or worked on.
People need to stop letting this BS continue.”
“I sent a parcel to Australia on 8th March and paid extra for priority delivery, its now 27th March and the parcel is still "being prepared for export". This is the LAST time I use parcel force”
“Waiting for an eBay purchase. It was collected in Leeds and is still in Leeds 5 days later, no delivery date showing. Called customer service who know nothing. Asked to register a complaint and was given a complaint number but told there would be no follow up. Demanded a call back but the man who called me knew nothing and could do nothing. Parcelforce don’t work weekends, are clearly incompetent and demonstrably don’t care about customer satisfaction. One more part of our once good Royal Mail gone to the dogs and which won’t exist in a few year’s time. Could it be that these ex-monopolies just can’t handle the world of competition? Best avoided - use any of the others. They’re all poor but Parcelforce the worst by a big margin.”
