An absolutely appalling company, vile and mendacious agents promising deliveries that don't happen had to wait for my parcel days at it is still not delivered, phone agents in Newport depot in Wales are absolutely appalling and will lie to you making promises to get you off the phone and almost after a week my parcel still ain't being delivered even though it is just 30 minutes away. I'd say avoid at all possible costs

Wish I could select 0 stars. The first time I used Parcelforce, I shipped all of my personal belongings abroad and there was an issue at the depot. After chasing countless times I finally received the boxes however, I did not receive any refund or even a decent apology, especially after paying a ridiculous amount of money. Now I am waiting for another parcel, again it has been sat in the depot for two weeks and nothing is being done to rectify the situation. Please PLEASE do not use Parcelforce, their service is awful and they couldn't care less about your packages. Yes, there are delays due to coronavirus however, I have used other services/couriers and experienced no issues whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT USE PARCEFORCE.

Unprofessional driver Danier in Leicester city centre Hi I just want to share bad experience regarding the driver in Leicester city centre (UK) who manage the area of LE1 5XH, called Daniel who is an unprofessional driver and always not leave notes, never ring my door bell, open a hole on my parcel or steal my parcel (shoes) one time. It makes my receiving parcel process much more complicated and every time I need to wait days to weeks until I realize my parcel has not been delivered and tried to contact customer service to reschedule delivery. I had a conversation with my neighbour who have the similar situation as well hence I want to write a compliant here to hope it never happen again. I am so disappointed that every time I could never receive my parcel force parcel on time. Really wish parcel force could consider another better driver to service Leicester city centre and improve reputation. Thanks.

Complete joke. An import from Japan took 4 days to reach the local depot. It sat there for a week before delivery was attempted yesterday. Did it come, no. Went straight back to the depot. No attempt, no card, no nothing. They say re-delivery is made the next working day and lo and behold it's still sitting in the depot today. If it weren't for the lockdown I could drive out and do their job for them. It will be close to 2 weeks (assuming they actually delivery) if it comes on the re-scheduled day. 2 weeks to go from a local depot a few miles out to me. What a compleet joke. This is a re-type from trustpilot if anyone thinks they seen this. I am completely seething with anger and I am posting everywhere I can.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. (from UK to Italy). I sent my box on the 15th of January and it hasn't been delivered yet (today is the 7th of January). It arrived at the parcel center in Italy (GLS courier) on the 21st of December then it got lost and two days ago they finally found it in one of their centers. The tracking page now says they tried to deliver it today but no one was there. Actually, the receiver was at home and they didn't even leave the card in the mailbox. This service is ridiculous.

Lied about attempting delivery. They had 2 mobile numbers - my personal one they contacted with misinformation and yet no attempt to contact with correct information. No card with tracking details on. Disgusting. Do not use them under any circumstances. ZERO STARS

1 star but not even worth that, absoulutely dire service. Couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery because they couldn't find the right postcode for the venue!

I booked a Monday collection and waited in all day. The driver did not collect, but updated the tracking to say he had! The next day he finally did collect my two parcels in an unmarked white van outsourced to TNT. One of the parcels made it home for Christmas, the other has been lost. Parcelforce told me on the phone, and I quote, that it might be somewhere on the pile of damaged parcels as there is a lot. Thanks for making an already terrible Christmas worse.

When drivers cant be bothered to pick up or deliver they just lie and say they attempted. This has happened more than once now. They are completely unreliable.

If you want to overpay and not have your items delivered on time, or even worse lose your parcels, then use these guys. I bought one of the top services (Global Express - next day service) for critical legal letters and they lost the packages. It‘s 6 days later, no one has a clue where it is and I keep being told it‘ll 100% go tomorrow. They finally opened an investigation but that takes upwards of 7 days for any response. I needed these there 5 days ago, and maybe I’ll get a response 14 days after I shipped the items. HORRIBLE, USE FED EX.

It was extremely frustrating awaiting for the Parcelforce delivery that never arrived today 23/12/20. On 18/12/20 at 17:40 I called Parcelforce Gatwick depot to arrange a redelivery and a lady took my call and confirmed of this. I waited the whole day today for this which means I lost the whole day and unable to do my food Christmas shopping. I rang the Parcelforce depot again today to complain of this and Barry was apologetic on behalf of his colleague who failed to put this on their system and arranged another redelivery on Christmas Eve. I am flabbergasted because I may not be able to do my last day of my family’s food Christmas shopping tomorrow awaiting for this redelivery. It is absolutely unacceptable to be put in this situation on Christmas Day. I hope they will improve their service in the future.

My 83 year old grandmother sent me a parcel from the US and apparently already paid over 100 dollars to ship it from there. I then receive a letter in the post saying I have to pay Parcelforce 65 pounds to receive my package for customs duty, excise duty, import VAT and a clearance fee....Absolute joke. This company is really a shark. I've never once had to pay any fee for receiving a package from abroad before.
