“my mum sent a package 3 weeks ago to Sweden it still hasn't arrived we were told it is in Sweden very rude staff even hung the phone up on me we got help here to track it and it still hasn't been sent or gone through customs here so no Xmas presents from grandma this year and paid extra for faster delivery complete waist of time and money”

“I was expecting a delivery so i asked my husband to not leave the house on the timeline given for delivery. An hour after the timeline my husband about to go out he found the parcel on the door way. He messaged me and i checked my email, it was deliver after 10 in the morning. Signed by the driver himself (got no complaint about that coz of the pandemic) but leaving my parcel unattended which is full display to the passing public is not acceptable.
Please hand the parcel to the person not leaving unattended. Thank you!”

Parcel force are excellent at over promise and under deliver. They are good at letting you wait all day and never turn up. Of course they don’t inform you either that they’re not gonna be delivering. Why do companies use them. Still no delivery”
“I waited at home all morning, then receiving a text saying
'We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 10th December 2020 at 11:34 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next'.
But the driver never rang the bell and didn’t leave a card, so I don’t know what to do next.
There’s no customer service to talk to. This service is appalling.”
“You can pay for the posting of a parcel at a post office, but when you are entitled to a refund due to late delivery you need to go online and complete a lengthy registration and refund claim process. I was advised that I would then receive a cheque! for the refunded amount.... I am still waiting.... I cant help but think this refund process is made harder than it needs to be to stop people bothering applying for money they are due... very poor show.”
“I just noted it said ‘help customers by talking about service’ I don’t think anyone needs to read the review, an average of 1.6 from 1800 reviews says it all. I am waiting for a parcel which I know they have had for a week. Their system doesn’t even recognise they have it, tried to find the status, but trying to get a human to talk to is impossible as far as I can see. Totally useless company. Please don’t use.”
“My parents sent me a parcel. Accidently there was mistake with phone number, but its not a big deal for delivery, as address was right.
So, after a more a week waiting I finally checked a tracking number and what I saw. My parcel was deliver somewhere in other city and somebody took it, even signed it. By my parcel and things I needed. Just waiting what they gonna do now, as they completely f.... up delivery city, street etc.”
“Parcel shipped from USA. Forms recieved, filled out and returned. Not a word from them about customs charges or delivery to me. They're now shipping ut back to the sender. They also pass the blame to the sender, USPS, even though the package is in the hands of Parcel Force. Pathetic.”

“If I could give NO stars I would. We wrapped a package so well it was virtually indestructible. But Parcelforce managed to destroy it even though the inside of the box had been reinforced with plywood. The contents were totally broken, the outside packaging had gouges in it indicating that something heavy had been dropped on it or that our package had been dropped. Will NEVER use again. In this day and age, unemployment what it is, wouldn't you think employees would value their jobs and take some pride in it. But they just don't care. DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE.”
“Absolutely disgraceful. Zero stars! Driver lied about failed attempted delivery. Never came near the house. Supposedly returned to depot and out for next day delivery. Cambridge wouldn't acknowledge this, so now tracking changed andstates 'damaged' to cover themselves.
2nd parcel the following day taken back to depot marked insufficient address. Checked with depot and the address was correct. Adviser said she'd investigate and would ring back. Never called me back.
This is a costly service which has 'mislaid' two cases of wine at Christmas time.????”
“1st parcel returned to depot failed attempted delivery. Driver never came to the house or left a card as tracking stated. Now parcel 'missing' though it was supposed to have been taken back to the depot.
2nd parcel the next day returned to depot again for insufficient address. Checked with Cambridge depot who confirmed the address was correct and promised to investigate and ring me back. Never rang. No idea where my two deliveries are. Not good enough just to not bother to deliver, after all, this is 'supposed' to be a delivery service!!!!!!”
“Paid for next day delivery to an elderly relative and at 9pm on the day of delivery the package still hadn't arrived. This has caused so much stress and confusion for my elderly relative who has memory issues and who waited by their front door since lunch time for delivery.
I am shocked that there are no contact details to speak to someone and the tracking service is abysmal. It has shown that the package is in the central hub all day.
I thought that I would be able to trust a service related to Royal Mail but what a let down. I definitely will NOT be using this service again. I will be applying for a full refund because there were time critical events scheduled around delivery today.”
