Said they’d tried to deliver but didn’t leave a note and nowhere to be seen on my cctv, yet when I called to asked about my delivery the customer service I received was shocking. All they could say was the vans gps said it was at my property and didn’t want to hear anything else I har say until I said he was calling me a liar. Made him very angry and talked over me. Has to be the worst company to deal with.

I am rarely driven to write reviews however I must warn people how horrid and deceitful this company is. Their tracking is awful, we are in 2023 surely we can get up to date tracking or at least an estimated delivery time/window. Delivery drivers lie about attempted deliveries… again it’s 2023 and we have ring doorbells and cctv, we know if an attempt was made. They say they’ve left an attempted delivery card but somehow mysteriously there wasn’t one left, maybe it’s because NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE. Booked a redelivery via company’s automated redelivery phone line, but because of my awful experience so far, I decided to follow up with a call and speak to an actual advisor and surprise surprise the redelivery I just booked wasn’t even logged on the system. People are expecting important items! Mine is a specialist infant carrier for my premature baby!!!! I cannot travel until it arrives and she has several doctors appointments to attend soon. It’s awful just awful. I urge all companies to avoid Parcelforce as a courier.

A completely useless and abysmal organisation who tells lies!! Rearrange a delivery for today, waited in all day, tracking then confirmed a delivery had been attempted, lies, lies and more lies. The delivery was a present for my disabled Wife, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves, you are complete cowboys the worse Courier by far!!! Check the tracking Number for confirmation of your lies: EH555234905GB Good Afternoon Hannah Thank you for your email. Clearly you have failed to comment as to why your organisation tell lies i.e. we attempted to deliver your parcel?? You did not, we were in all day, my Wife is housebound currently with a disability. To sum-up lies, lies and more lies; over a 6 year period deliveries from your abysmal, completely useless organisation have been problematic!! You did not attempt to deliver, your driver would have been shown on CCTV, my Son’s dogs would have heard the door, a card would have been left; to sum-up you did not attempt a delivery at my property!! Today your tracking has been altered to incomplete address?? Why?? If your organisation had a modicum of common sense you would check my complaint against the parcel, and ask ‘Dr Robert Nicholas’ can we check your address with what is stated on the parcel?? My 4 year old Granddaughter has more common sense than you guys!! I do no accept your glib response and request an investigation by someone competent, if you have such are person? I paid extra money all the way from Japan for an EMS package and it took a week when it was supposed to take 3 days. I could’ve just used regular postal service for 10 times cheaper and they would’ve taken as much time if not shorter

They lie lie and lie, break perfectly working tracking systems to hide that they are not providing a reasonable service, they also blame others like customs, they use misdirection to try to get you to waste your time and blame the sender agencies and try to get you to waste your time ash's phone America and they put the phone down on you and dont put you through to a manager or tell you that it's an up to 48 hour wait but it dosent materialise.

Ordered something from eBay and the seller charged me a lot of money to cover parcel force 48. My confirmation email from eBay suggested it would arrive on 16 Nov at the earliest: that's 8 days when it should be two. A week ago today, the seller was informed it had despatched. The seller was contacted in 14 Nov that it would arrive 'today' so I waited in. Nothing. I had to go out for an hour this morning and apparently they tried to deliver at that time but they didn't leave a note or leave it with a neighbour or anything like that. Now I don't know where it is or when it might be delivered.

They are a nightmare. They currently have two of my packages. I am waiting in all day(a day off of work unpaid) to actually try and receive my parcels. Last time I drove to the depot 25 miles away and walked straight in and argued until I got my parcel which they were holding. It always seems to be difficult compared to the competition.

'tried to deliver' twice, didn't knock door or ring bell, didn't leave a note. Before the 2nd attempt I even left a giant sign on the door pointing to the bell. No customer service, no working depot number, no way to contact.

was asked at the post office what was in the parcel told her large ceramic vase she advised parcel for because it was large and bulky she did not say ceramics are not covered if damaged even though it was well packed marked fragile, it arrived at my buyers total smashed put a claim in to parcel force took two weeks to reply saying they do not refund for ceramics lost £150.00 for item plus postage !!!

sent parcel next day delivery Saturday for customer's job did not get there till Tuesday so customer sent back as arrived too late. Paid £34.00 and then £15 return and Pacelforce refunded me £9 YES a whole £9. I CAN'T BELEIVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL TRADING THEY ARE USELESSN PLEASE DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE RUBBISH AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS AS THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. I will never use them again so BE WARNED if you use them they don't care about customer satisfaction THEY ARE USELESS WELL NOT EVEN THAT GOOD

Parcel not delivered despite arrival in UK on 15.09.23 . It's 30.10.23 and still not received after 6 weeks. Called numerous times, emailed, enquiries requested on both sides, nobody able to help. I would give a 0 if possible, will never use them again.

A joke. They send an SMS phone call to say what time period it's going to be delivered. It wasn't. Then a note it's being delivered next day. No phone call or tracking online. We weren't in. Nothing the next day. We then 'arranged' online that it would delivered the next day and left one of their cards on the door to deliver to a neighbour ( a choice of two). No. Another we'll deliver it next day. Hermes, you're all forgiven!

Recently, 2 items sent have been severely damaged in transit. I believe that they were securely wrapped that with care they would reach their destination intact. The issue is that I don't know how roughly they are going to handle the parcel ... So how can I judge what packing is required. The level of packaging I used was sufficient that I could have delivered them to the destination without damage, SO WHY CANT YOU..dreadful service and poor follow up service ... I will use DPD or DHL in future. What was once a respected company can't be trusted anymore ...very sad.

Will never use again. Raised a claim after 3 weeks for non delivery of a parcel to South Africa. They took 3.5 weeks to respond that they could not find my parcel! By this time I already resent another parcel with another courier at extra cost. Unbelievably after 2 months Parcelforce actually delivered the parcel and then rejected my claim. I was not even entitled to a refund of the fee I paid them as they do not guarantee delivery in the timeframe they stipulate. Absolutely rubbish service!

How is this company still going?!?! Wish I could give no Stars! Told me twice they had attempted delivery but did not. Then stated it had been left with a neighbour but didn't say which one. After an hour of trying to get through to a person. I was told the number of the house where it was left. Which was a 20 minute walk away from my house. And they weren't even in. I still don't have my parcel. Disgrace.

Firstly I sent a parcel Express 48 that arrived 2 days late, entitling me to claim. I sent an email to claims. They replied giving a reference and my tracking number and a link to claim. Another. You've guessed! First two questions what's your reference and tracking number. The reference number was rejected, it was hyphenated, they don't accept hyphens. Why put one in. Then a few pages about mine and the recipient's details, and when I sent it - IT'S ALL ON MY TRACKING NUMBER. Eventually, 4 pages later I submitted it and it was rejected. I couldn't find out why so contacted chat. All my details again to get through to someone who had no more idea than me. A good way to stop claims. I gave up, I'll never get that hour back, nor this one.

The service of Parcelforce is very poor. I still haven't recieved my parcel. I've been waiting for around 5 days and they keep saying that they attempted to deliver the parcel but there is no proof that they did. They didn't ring the doorbell nor did they leave a card to let us know that they were here. This is not the first time and I find this service appauling. I contacted the customer service on the day and they still haven't solved the problem. On the same day, I ordered products and received them from another courier service and they were perfectly on time. However, Parcelforce has failed to do so and is stalling my order.

Parcelforce says that they can't find my package witch is really annoying as its a Iphone (STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!)

Parcel Force are terrible, Two parcels sent at the same time as Express 24, one took 5 days the other took 10 days, absolutely ridiculous forvwhat should be next day delivery. Contacted them and they actually don't care as they have been paid and they said you don't get a refund
