“Posted a parcel Express Delivery to Germany on 21 December. Paid over £70 for it to be delivered before Christmas. It never left the UK but was returned to us today (14 January) with a note saying the addressee had refused delivery. I have already filled in a complaint form for late delivery (having already spoken to their rude customer services). No response to this complaint and no way to update the complaint once submitted.
Don’t use Parcelforce.”

“I have posted a package before Christmas, the package was completely ruined and smashed up absolutely unusable costed me £600.
I have tried to make a claim but because I was off between Christmas and New Year I have run out of the 14 days so I simply got a; “sorry we cannot help you any further” answer
I find this unacceptable and outrageous, company hiding behind its terms and conditions while causing significant damages to clients.
I will not rest until this will get resolved not because of the £600, this is a matter of principle and decency”
“I sent a parcel to China and I paid for the express delivery service costing £90.52 and 32 days later it was still at the Coventry depot I phoned lots and lots of times about the parcel and I kept getting past around from depot to depot and no one seemed to know what was going on and finally found out that the parcel was lost I was told to bear with them and they would phone me back I was told this three times by three different people and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Please for your own sanity don't use this company I am fed up with contacting them”
“An absolutely appalling company, vile and mendacious agents promising deliveries that don't happen had to wait for my parcel days at it is still not delivered, phone agents in Newport depot in Wales are absolutely appalling and will lie to you making promises to get you off the phone and almost after a week my parcel still ain't being delivered even though it is just 30 minutes away. I'd say avoid at all possible costs”
“Wish I could select 0 stars. The first time I used Parcelforce, I shipped all of my personal belongings abroad and there was an issue at the depot. After chasing countless times I finally received the boxes however, I did not receive any refund or even a decent apology, especially after paying a ridiculous amount of money. Now I am waiting for another parcel, again it has been sat in the depot for two weeks and nothing is being done to rectify the situation. Please PLEASE do not use Parcelforce, their service is awful and they couldn't care less about your packages. Yes, there are delays due to coronavirus however, I have used other services/couriers and experienced no issues whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT USE PARCEFORCE.”
“Unprofessional driver Danier in Leicester city centre
Hi I just want to share bad experience regarding the driver in Leicester city centre (UK) who manage the area of LE1 5XH, called Daniel who is an unprofessional driver and always not leave notes, never ring my door bell, open a hole on my parcel or steal my parcel (shoes) one time.
It makes my receiving parcel process much more complicated and every time I need to wait days to weeks until I realize my parcel has not been delivered and tried to contact customer service to reschedule delivery.
I had a conversation with my neighbour who have the similar situation as well hence I want to write a compliant here to hope it never happen again.
I am so disappointed that every time I could never receive my parcel force parcel on time. Really wish parcel force could consider another better driver to service Leicester city centre and improve reputation.

“Complete joke. An import from Japan took 4 days to reach the local depot. It sat there for a week before delivery was attempted yesterday. Did it come, no. Went straight back to the depot.
No attempt, no card, no nothing. They say re-delivery is made the next working day and lo and behold it's still sitting in the depot today. If it weren't for the lockdown I could drive out and do their job for them.
It will be close to 2 weeks (assuming they actually delivery) if it comes on the re-scheduled day. 2 weeks to go from a local depot a few miles out to me. What a compleet joke.
This is a re-type from trustpilot if anyone thinks they seen this. I am completely seething with anger and I am posting everywhere I can.”
“My parcel was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. (from UK to Italy). I sent my box on the 15th of January and it hasn't been delivered yet (today is the 7th of January).
It arrived at the parcel center in Italy (GLS courier) on the 21st of December then it got lost and two days ago they finally found it in one of their centers.
The tracking page now says they tried to deliver it today but no one was there.
Actually, the receiver was at home and they didn't even leave the card in the mailbox.
This service is ridiculous.”

“I booked a Monday collection and waited in all day. The driver did not collect, but updated the tracking to say he had! The next day he finally did collect my two parcels in an unmarked white van outsourced to TNT. One of the parcels made it home for Christmas, the other has been lost. Parcelforce told me on the phone, and I quote, that it might be somewhere on the pile of damaged parcels as there is a lot. Thanks for making an already terrible Christmas worse.”
