Tracker says out for delivery today (Friday). Spoke to depot asking for driver to phone me if he/she can't find house. Have been told that might not happen as they don't like using their own mobiles - Parcelforce don't issue drivers with mobiles.
The job that I should have completed on Tuesday still waiting to be finished.
Whilst I accept it's not their fault, I'm unlikely to use Screwfix in the future as long as they continue to use Parcelforce.”

YESTERDAY FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY WERE CLAIMING THAT THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND THAT WASN’T TRUE AND CLAIMING THAT THE DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER BUT THE ADDRESSEE REFUSED THE PARCEL THAT WASN’T TRUE EITHER. HOWEVER YESTERDAY AFTER WAITING FOR THE ALL DAY THE DRIVER REPORTED AGAIN THAT THE ADDRESSEE REFUSED THE PARCEL I WAS SO DEPRESSED. I CONTACTED LONDON SOUTH EAST DEPOT THE LADY I SPOKE WITH SLAMMED THE PHONE IN MY EARS, I THEN CONTACTED PARCEL FORCE CENTRAL LONDON THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL SHE MANAGED TO TRACK THE DRIVER AND MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED LATER THAT EVENING. FOR THE FIRST TIME A PARCEL FORCE DRIVER CALLED ME TO COLLECT MY PARCEL FROM DOWN STAIRS. AND LATER THE CENTRAL LONDON DEPOT LADY CALLED ME TO FIND OUT IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY PARCEL. I NEVER TOOK HER NAME BUT I SALUTE HER AND I WISH ALL PARCELFORCE STAFF WERE LIKE HER. I GIVE THAT KIND LADY FIVE STARS 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Have spent over 2 weeks talking to customer service agents who tell me complaint will be dealt with within a day or so, only for it to be ignored. Have gone through complaints twice. “I experienced an awful experience how Parcel Force East London Depot is organizing deliveries to their customers.
I needed receive a parcel within 48hr delivery but first attempt was only done in 72hours.This service does not work.
Customer service does not know what delivery drivers do. Luck of communication, unable to sort delivery problems.
Delivery drivers can make own decision not informing Parcel Force customer service.

24 hourt next day delivery bought and paid for item on Friday afternoon
suggested due to collection time already passed it wouldnt be collected until Monday (fair enough quite normal and acceptable)
so I'd get it Tuesday
Tuesday came and went then late evening all the tracking details appeared miraculously stating sms sent -customer failed to reply
LIE NUMBER 1 Disabled (don't leave house) and I HAVE NO MOBILE
nor do they to send an sms to
LIE NUMBER 2 - No attempted delivery - and no card left (LIE 3)
Rang and complained but took over a hour to get
through put on hold whilst they contacted the "Driver"
came back on and stated theyd attempt to redeliver
today if not tomorrow but in either case theyd call first
LIE No's 5 to 10 - Repeat the above for the next THREE DAYS and at
NO point did they attempt delivery or leave a card
simply put they repoeatedly altered the tracking adding lines from NOTHING at all to endless bullcrud stating SMS sent out foir delivery loaded onto van returned to depot sms failed to reply
threee long calls to parcel jackasses and three packs of lies and empty promises - so I filled in online complaint form as the costs were escalating calling them day after day whilst they mishandled expensive graphics cards for pc repairs leaving them inside damp cold vans overnight after night after night
PRESTO the online tracking altered to state CUSTOMER ADVISED TO COLLECT FROM DEPOT
despite my three consecutive days complaining in polite calm manner and challenging their lies of previous consults asking for rhym reason explanation and justification for such treatment... theyve been informed in no uncertain terms my predicament and that I cant and dont leave house as disabled .... SO WHY IN HELL HAVE THEY ADDED "ADVISED TO COLLECT FROM DEPOT" SOME 30 MILES AWAY!!!!!
IN SUMMARY THE ONE STAR LEFT IS FAR TOO GGENEROUS FR#OR THESE SCAM ARTISTS TREATINGCUSTOMERS IN SUCH A MANNER ON THEIR PREMIUM 24 HOUR SERVICE WHICH BY EUROPEAN CHARGES AND RATES IS RIGHT UP THERE WITH THE MOST EXTORTIONATE RIP OFF PRICING FOR POSTAGE IN THE WHOLE OF EUROPE AND PERHAPS GLOBALLY”
“The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. If you want to get things send, don't use this company. This is STILL ongoing as I write this. Booked a parcel collection only to spend 3 days waiting for someone to pick it up and more than 3 hours on the phone with customer service, more than 12 calls speaking to a different part of the country everytime, being promised different things by each person but no one ever updated my record and NO ONE PICKING UP MY PARCEL. I was promised an upgrade so my parcel would be delivered on time, but calling back the morning after to confirm the pick up, no one had heard of this and apparently getting an upgrade was only possible by confirmation by a manager, but they were always "in a meeting" or "not available at the moment". Apparently notes and emails were send to them but no one got back to me. Inisting to not get off the phone until I got through to a manager I was finally put through to somone who was the wrong manager for my case, and who basically brushed me off. I am currently calling them each hour to get through to a manager. I've been promised another pick up today, but I really don't have any trust in that. Seriously, don't use this phoney excuse of a courier service.”

“Total rubbish. No email warning of delivery, no offered alternative date, just dumped at a minor post office 2 miles away and not on a bus route. I walk with a stick so virtually impossible to get my delivery. Very, very poor.”

“I needed to send an urgent item to Canada and paid £45 for Next Day Global Express fully insured for £200 . The online service instructed me to download Customs forms to be completed and left in a plastic bag on outside of parcel for any inspections. The online service accepted the address and payment . The Post Office accepted the parcel .The one day service did not happen because the Parcel Force depot in the UK said that the wrong postal service had been used for the area and it should have been Global Priority. I asked for them just to add the necessary changes/stamp to that effect seeing as both services are the same cost of £45. But the Jobsworth company said the parcel needs to be returned to the sender and the Global Priority service purchased instead from the beginning. So now I will need to spend £90 in total instead for a parcel that weighs 500g. A new sticker was all that was needed. Also they had taken my phone number and e-mail address in case of any issues with the parcel and yet a day after the parcel was supposed to be delivered I had to find out myself using their tracking system that it hadnt even left the UK. Yes I totally agree with others that Parcel Force should be avoided at all costs. Use an international delivery service instead for highly important items if you need a guarantee they are going to be delivered in time or at all. I only used Parcel Force as it boasts of its amazing service.”
“On Thursday 17th October I sent a parcel express 24 so that it would reach its destination on 18th. I paid £24. On Friday the tracking was showing as still sitting in the hub so I started making phone calls to try and find out where my parcel was. I established that the parcel was actually still at the hub and would not be on a vehicle to the delivery depot until later that day and therefore would not be delivered until Monday.
I was not happy at all and the Customer services representitive said she would email the manager of the delivery depot and tell him to upgrade it to a Saturday AM delivery. I informed the recipient to expect it Saturday morning.
On Saturday the parcel was showing as sitting in the delivery depot so I was back on the phone. After many calls and speaking to people in Poole, Cormwall, Southhampton and South east London as the customer services system tripped me to the next available customer services person who was available nationally, we finall managed to get the lazy assed manager at the delivery deopt to look at his email, annd then he rang me to say the parcel was in a van on its way to the recipient. Result!!
Well!!, that is just half of the story. The parcel contained good s for repair and the recipient completed those repairs over the weekend and OI sent him the shipping label to return by Parcelforce (why on earth I did that rather thatn another courier I really don't know.)
The parcel was duly dropped at the post office at 9:30 on Monday 21st
for delivery on 22nd. Here I am writing this on 22nd because according to the tracking the parcel has been despatched, and that is it!! nothing else!!. I have started the phonecalls to customer support again, asked for an explanation, for managers to call me back - Yep, you got it NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING!! Customer support is just a joke. This company is a joke. I should have learned my lesson with the first delivery.
I don't know where my parcel is, no body will tell me. Tracking isn't updated and I think all I can actually be sure of is it isn't going to arrive today despite Parcelforce taking £24 off me and promising it would.
I am absolutel fuming!!!”
