“Ordered bikes from Cycle Republic got a text with a estimated delivery time slot which did not arrive called Parcelforce only to be told "sorry your parcel was to big" what a shambles I would have never used them but I have no power to choose the courier when I ordered my item please please avoid at all cost if possible.

I have a friend in Boston and we send each other gifts once a year, my package gets there within a week, no extra charges. Her package will be kept by these guys and will always charge me for it. It’s a disgusting practice and it’s a shame that they’re getting away with it.”

I was supposed to receive a parcel shipped outside of UK.
I paid for shipping itself (£40) as well as for some custom charge (£40).
Right after paying the charge and selecting the date of delivery, they just sent it back. However many time I asked, they never explained why they did it. Also, I have never received proper compensations at all.
I have not yet got the parcel that I was supposed to receive three weeks ago, but they do not do anything.
I have never used such horrible service ever in my life.”

“I can see that i am not alone with my review of parcelforce. I thought DPD were bad until i had to have a delivery from parcelforce!!! I bought some wheels and tyres from a company in Manchester over 8 days ago and i still do not have a complete order. they have been miss routed, lost and at the moment i only have 3 out of 4 wheels and tyres! Trying to speak to a human has been almost impossible. Word of advice, if you want to speak to a human choose a sales number. they allocate humans for the money side of the business! I have been trying to get through to the Manchester depot for about a day and i just get bounced to another depot. How does a company with such poor service and such poor reviews stay in business? I finally got given an escalation number today so who knows i might actually get my delivery this millennium!!!”
“what thieving company Parcelforce are there hidden charges for over size but not unsendable as we just didn't put in larger size so instead of charging us the extra £4.80 they charged us there extra which are £49 + vat surcharge we have just gone through out invoices and they have done this to us 24 times without any warning or and email frpm local rep and they expect me to pay it well jog on,, PARCELFORCE DO NOT USE THEY WONT WARN YOU”

“send a Parcel to Germany to my dad, as it was his Birthday. I paid 30 Pounds for it. The parcel didnt arrive, so I looked it up with my receipt. I didnt send it tracked but there was a number on there, i inputted that in the site and could see that a Delivery was attempted. I called my dad and said there must be a Card to say on where the parcel is. My dad never received anything. I could see on the website that the Parcel is in a Parcel shop, but it didnt give me an address where to pick the Parcel up from. I called Parcelforce numerous times, AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Don’t bother you won’t speak to a real person. I emailed, every email takes 3 Days to be answered too. My last hope was to call a Depot in Nottingham. Finally, I could speak to someone in PERSON. The lady told me the name of the Shop. Finally, after 2 weeks my dad has his Birthday present. Then I get an email from Parcelforce:

“Very poor service I asked to have parcel to be delivered to neaibour and they didn’t deliver it then I asked to have it delivered to my local post office and they still went to my house where no one was in, and I have spoke to many different staff members all with different story and have lied to me as well, and I still have not received my parcel, do not use parcel force the service is ridiculous. Never again....”
“Really horrendous experience! Still did not get my parcel sent within the UK. Tried to speak to staff on the phone and everyone gives me different info. Parcel got damaged, then supposedly repaired and at the end not delivered. What an awful experience. AVOID Parcelforce!! I got 5 other parcels delivered no problem with UPS at the same time, a much more reliable service.”
“I went to recieve a parcel today. The driver did not wait long enough for me to open my front door. I then caught him on the way back to his van where he told me your parcel is with a neighbour. The unprofessional driver never told me a house number nor did they put a card through the door containing this vital information. This driver needs training or a change of jobs. Very unprofessional to say the least. I just hope now the package shows up.”
“Very poor service, they don't know the difference between Southampton and Newcastle. Their re-delivery options are seriously customer unfriendly. Thank goodness most companies use alternative couriers. This one should surely be laid to rest as it has had its day.”
“Despite staying in for the parcel at the time it was supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying that no one had been in, and that they'd left a card with details on how to rearrange delivery. As there was no knock on the door or card left, my suspicion is that the driver simply lied about attempting delivery. Very poor.”
“Didn't attempt to deliver on Friday, just walked to the door and posted a card with bogus tracking#, drive of even though neighbour tried to stop them to take the delivery (as arranged) .I called to complain and sent CCTV footage of what happened. Agreed to redeliver on Saturday, box arrived and it had been clearly stamped on and kicked. Supposed to be signed for, driver turned up left box, then left.
What a truly unprofessional company.
When ordering anything online again I will make sure that the sending company doesn't use parcel force . I'll happily pay extra for literally anyone elses service.”
“Very bad company the parcel force i was waiting for collection they said they came but they didnt ring the bell and they left a card then i called customer service 5 times and every body said the same in the end nobody was coming!! When they said the next working day i was waiting from 8 in the morning and then i had a call ay 7pm that nobody was coming !! After i booked again i had a call that they wouldnt be able to come i dont know what to do so i cancel and i choose another courier!! Absolutely incompetent people!!”
