“I've been waiting for a parcel from Germany to UK, and wondering where it has got to I checked tracking. According to the tracking website Parcel Farce delivered it three days ago, but clearly not to me, and no card has been left either. Apparently it was delivered to my next door neighbour, but they haven't got it! The name on the signature isn't my neighbour's either!
Why is it every time this company is involved there are delivery problems.
I'm now going back to the retailer that sent the package to see what they can do.
I found this review site when I typed 'why are Parcel Force so rubbish' into Google. Lo and behold - nearly 1300 negative reviews! How is this company still in business?”
“Total failure of systems and staff at Parcelforce: Parcel from Australia sat in depot for a week but Parcelforce failed to attempt delivery and failed to ask for Customs Duty. When I rang to see why not delivered they took payment for the duty and their handling fee, saying delivery next day. Not delivered next day and their App failed even to find their own tracking number. Following day and still no delivery. 4 conversation later and told now finally scheduled for delivery - tomorrow! Centralised customer service staff try to be helpful, but system seems unreliable and no staff to answer phone all day in local depot as it's a training day. You might think thats a bit overdue. In frustration, called the escalated resolution number - that too is not manned today, according to their automated message - quite literally beyond belief. I'd give them negative 10 stars if the option was available.”

“My parcel PBZO1896972002, had unfortunately, been sorted to the wrong delivery depot. But Belfast depot did not forward it to the correct depot, and still keep the parcel”
“I have never had so much trouble recieving a package. 2 attempted deliveries, no card left, parcel not left in safe place...I doubt whether any attempt was made.
Customer service rude and uninterested. I will not use them or companies who use them again, just too much hassle.”
“I sent a small parcel from Weymouth to South Wales,48hrs express, on the 7/10/19£12.00 it is now 15/10/19 and the express hasn't left the station!!!!!!!????!???????? no sign of it! Don't bother phoning customer services they palm you off,who is the numpty delivery driver? Probably fishing in tiger bay! What a shambolic company, can't be bothered, parcel farce! Just tell us it's lost and gone forever?rubbish.”
“I was due to receive two parcels. Two parcels confirmed on the van, however One parcel turns up. I was told the 2nd parcel would turn up on the same day 12-13.00. No parcel arrives. I check online which says parcel is at depot. Then the app says the parcel is at the post office. I go to there, but no parcel present. The app then again says it will be out for delivery again to the post office. Again no parcel present. Still waiting to get my 2nd parcel...”
“I received notification of delivery between 12.30 and 13.30 in the morning via text message. Around midday I checked on the live tracking on the ParcelForce App and saw the van was a couple of miles away. Checked again an hour later and the position hadn’t moved!
At about 14.30 I received another text message saying delivery was attempted but nobody at home - absolute rubbish! After eventually managing to speak to the depot (took about 30mins ), I was told the van was back at the depot.
Van driver obviously decided it was Friday and he or she wanted to knock off early, so lied about the attempted delivery. He or she should be sacked.
I changed my daily plans to accept the package which was required on that day - totally unacceptable, and as I have security cameras showing the drive, I have evidence that no delivery was attempted. Disgusting service, and not the first time this has happened with Parcelforce, so will never use them gain.”
“Parcel Force are to be avoided at all costs, do not use.
We sent a parcel to the US which needed additional clarification at US customs. PF were given the information immediately but they took over 5 days to pass it on to US customs by which time the parcel was returned to us in he UK. We attempted to claim from them as it cost £162 and they came up with every excuse possible to reject our claim.”

Notifying me about upcoming delivery, i am taking 2 days off work to receive delivery, waiting but they never show up, no notifications, no any communication. After 2 days waiting in vain, loosing my 2 days salary, i go back to work. And then every day after that they are trying to deliver it to my empty house. What an idiots!!! I haven’t seen such a stupidity!!! Where the hell you’ve been when i was waiting for you, putting all my life on hold? Delivery is a coordinated process between receiver and courier, if you promise delivery to the client on a certain time, die, but for fill your promise! Client changed all his plans cos of your imbecile driver, but you just couldn’t care less. You are the worst scum. I wish you would die slow death. “Ordered something on next day delivery, driver didn’t show and then took it back to the depot at 8PM after me waiting in all day & left me with no instruction about redelivery. Waited in again, with poor customer support from parcelforce themselves, barely responded on Twitter with useless info, tried ringing to be hung up on numerous times and my parcel left in the depot all day & then when it finally arrived the box was damaged and so was the plastic package envelope.”

Not the first time I had to deal with them, always a problem.
The driver never knocks on the door, just leaves a card saying they tried to deliver, leaving me waiting like a t**t for nothing, instead of getting my sleep as I work night shifts.
Unfortunately I didn't have choice for courier company.
If you call them to make a complaint, they direct you to their terrible website, where you can read complaint have to be made by the sender.
AVOID AT ANY COST THOSE PIECES OF S**T !!!

“Seller sent product by Parcelforce, driver threw packages down, was obviously not happy about delivering them. In future I will Not buy from anyone that uses parcelforce. Nasty experience!”
“Absolutely useless, paid a lot of money to send a parcel, which arrived damaged. Paid extra for full protection but trying to file a claims report was practically impossible. So in the end, sending something with Parcelforce has cost me the price of the contents and the price for sending and I have nothing to show for it. An absolute Disgrace of a company”
