Horrific service, waited 6 days for an item I bought on 24 hour delivery, it got sent to another country "by accident" finally arrived today smashed into a million pieces, clowns.

Jokers. Tracked my parcel and on 27/09 was "preparing for delivery". On 30/09 was saying out for delivery. And then on 01/10 was again "preparing for delivery" Wa**ers....

I can see that i am not alone with my review of parcelforce. I thought DPD were bad until i had to have a delivery from parcelforce!!! I bought some wheels and tyres from a company in Manchester over 8 days ago and i still do not have a complete order. they have been miss routed, lost and at the moment i only have 3 out of 4 wheels and tyres! Trying to speak to a human has been almost impossible. Word of advice, if you want to speak to a human choose a sales number. they allocate humans for the money side of the business! I have been trying to get through to the Manchester depot for about a day and i just get bounced to another depot. How does a company with such poor service and such poor reviews stay in business? I finally got given an escalation number today so who knows i might actually get my delivery this millennium!!!

what thieving company Parcelforce are there hidden charges for over size but not unsendable as we just didn't put in larger size so instead of charging us the extra £4.80 they charged us there extra which are £49 + vat surcharge we have just gone through out invoices and they have done this to us 24 times without any warning or and email frpm local rep and they expect me to pay it well jog on,, PARCELFORCE DO NOT USE THEY WONT WARN YOU

Total waste of time! I cannot give them no stars which is a shame because 1 star still means something. I can understand why they are called Parcelfarce now. two delivery attempts and both failed. Miserably!! Choose another delivery company if you want a company better than this. Any company will do.

send a Parcel to Germany to my dad, as it was his Birthday. I paid 30 Pounds for it. The parcel didnt arrive, so I looked it up with my receipt. I didnt send it tracked but there was a number on there, i inputted that in the site and could see that a Delivery was attempted. I called my dad and said there must be a Card to say on where the parcel is. My dad never received anything. I could see on the website that the Parcel is in a Parcel shop, but it didnt give me an address where to pick the Parcel up from. I called Parcelforce numerous times, AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Don’t bother you won’t speak to a real person. I emailed, every email takes 3 Days to be answered too. My last hope was to call a Depot in Nottingham. Finally, I could speak to someone in PERSON. The lady told me the name of the Shop. Finally, after 2 weeks my dad has his Birthday present. Then I get an email from Parcelforce: Dear Nicole Please accept my apologies for any concern this posting may be causing. It appears that your parcel has been posted using our Global Value service which doesn't include any tracking facilities. For further information regarding deliveries to this destination please click here. If your parcel has not been delivered 30 days after posting, the sender can submit a claim by clicking here . If you need help with anything else please reply to this email or if you would prefer to speak to one of our advisors please call 03448 00 44 66. Calls are charged at national rates. Steve - Email Team So the guy at Parcelforce is telling me seriously he cant tell me where it is????When I phoned the Depot and they told me the adress? STAY away from this Company. Staff clearly dont want to do the job. No sorry no effort at all. That is NOT customer service. Thinking you can fob People off like that. Never again

Very poor service I asked to have parcel to be delivered to neaibour and they didn’t deliver it then I asked to have it delivered to my local post office and they still went to my house where no one was in, and I have spoke to many different staff members all with different story and have lied to me as well, and I still have not received my parcel, do not use parcel force the service is ridiculous. Never again....

Really horrendous experience! Still did not get my parcel sent within the UK. Tried to speak to staff on the phone and everyone gives me different info. Parcel got damaged, then supposedly repaired and at the end not delivered. What an awful experience. AVOID Parcelforce!! I got 5 other parcels delivered no problem with UPS at the same time, a much more reliable service.

I went to recieve a parcel today. The driver did not wait long enough for me to open my front door. I then caught him on the way back to his van where he told me your parcel is with a neighbour. The unprofessional driver never told me a house number nor did they put a card through the door containing this vital information. This driver needs training or a change of jobs. Very unprofessional to say the least. I just hope now the package shows up.

Very poor service, they don't know the difference between Southampton and Newcastle. Their re-delivery options are seriously customer unfriendly. Thank goodness most companies use alternative couriers. This one should surely be laid to rest as it has had its day.

Despite staying in for the parcel at the time it was supposed to be delivered, I received an email saying that no one had been in, and that they'd left a card with details on how to rearrange delivery. As there was no knock on the door or card left, my suspicion is that the driver simply lied about attempting delivery. Very poor.

Didn't attempt to deliver on Friday, just walked to the door and posted a card with bogus tracking#, drive of even though neighbour tried to stop them to take the delivery (as arranged) .I called to complain and sent CCTV footage of what happened. Agreed to redeliver on Saturday, box arrived and it had been clearly stamped on and kicked. Supposed to be signed for, driver turned up left box, then left. What a truly unprofessional company. When ordering anything online again I will make sure that the sending company doesn't use parcel force . I'll happily pay extra for literally anyone elses service.

Very bad company the parcel force i was waiting for collection they said they came but they didnt ring the bell and they left a card then i called customer service 5 times and every body said the same in the end nobody was coming!! When they said the next working day i was waiting from 8 in the morning and then i had a call ay 7pm that nobody was coming !! After i booked again i had a call that they wouldnt be able to come i dont know what to do so i cancel and i choose another courier!! Absolutely incompetent people!!

Claimed to have attempted a delivery when I was in and never heard a sound. No card was left because they never attempted a delivery. Was waiting for an urgent parcel and then tried to call them to find out what was happening just to be unable to speak to anyone regarding the false claims and attempt to trace down the parcel. It is by far the most frustrating position as there appears to be a total lack of customer care and support. Will defiantly not recommend any one use this highly incompetent company at all.

There is no word to describe the level of service this company provides - beyond AWFUL!!! just shocking Will never use these people again and hope you don't either. Was sitting at home and instead of parcel I received a card. Guess because parcel is large. Phoned customer service and they are NOT helpfull. People stay away from this company. BAD BAD BAD KEEP YOURSELF AWAY!!!

Hopeless company. They had a responsibility to write to us notifying of duty to be paid on a parcel. We had sent it to ourselves via UPS and it arrived in Parcelforce hub on 22 Aug and then at Gatwick Hub on 23 Aug. We only found out the parcel was in the country when we managed to get in to the tracking system. Luckily my husband was able to get to the depot and retrieve the parcel before it was returned to the US. Operative at depot could not have cared less. Stated it was 'not their job' to write to us about duty payable. To add insult to injury, the next day a letter arrived from Parcelforce stating it was a final reminder for the duty payable and that the item will be returned 21 days after it arrived in the depot. This 'final reminder' was sent two days before that deadline and didn't arrive until four days after. We've had no other correspondence at all. We could have lost two art prints that we paid over $350 for. Parcelforce wouldn't have cared. No idea why UPS, who provided a fantastic service at the USA end, has teamed up with this bunch of cowboys. Beware!!!

Wouldn't use parcel force again Paid £91.00 to get parcel to Grantown on spey, 48 hr turnaround, still waiting 5 days later at time of writing, Will use other next time, 48 hour means a week if you live north of the central belt / highlands Scotland
