“Watch out, if it break down in warranty it will take 2 weeks (and only on a working weekday) for a replacement part to be sent”

“I purchased my very first gaming laptop with PC Specialist and found the entire process a breeze. I ordered Saturday delivery and it came 100% on time in perfect condition with zero issues. The laptop was built exactly how I asked for it and the setup was easy. Would recommend PC Specialist easily for any computer purchase.”

“I have used PC Specialist before , the process of building your own laptop is very easy with lots of options to select from. I built a specific laptop for my son for college , the build time and delivery was less than 1 week. When activating the laptop it worked perfectly and was ready to use within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service , strong product knowledge , market price was comparable with other sites.”

“I don't know where to begin to be honest. I bought a tower with PCS in late 2017 and it never failed me, it's still going strong. I decided to upgrade recently and there was a sentimental reason for it. My father had passed away and a new build was something we'd chatted about a while before that happened. Because I was looking for a particular build, I exchanged emails over multiple weeks with a customer service agent that was genuinely one of the kindest service agents I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to. I'm also going to specifically be giving giving feedback separately on him via PCS because of how useful, thoughtful and understanding he was. Communication is excellent, the staff know their stuff and my build was an expensive liquid series custom loop, so there was a lot more to it than your average tower. It arrived on a pallet via palletways, perfectly wrapped. When it arrived I was concerned because my Rog Strix 4090 box arrived with it and I thought I'd have to install it. I immediately rang PCS and got through in about 5 minutes, pretty good response time for a Friday. The tech matey explained that because my GPU was a custom EK waterblock,they send the heatsink separately because I've obviously still paid for the 4090. I now have the option to sell this myself because I have no need of it. We had a hilarious exchange of emails over my mistake (I'd not actually even looked inside of the tower at this point) and again the service was excellent. If you want the warranty and peace of mind, please go here. I know if I have an issue, it gets sorted. I had to RMA a fan on the last tower and it was difficult to reach, so they picked up, fixed and collected it within a week. Not a bad word to say. This isn't sponsored or anything, it's just a honest opinion from someone that was going through a rough time and got treated with respect and empathy over something that at the end of the day, is pretty trivial in comparison to everything else. 10/10. I wouldn't go anywhere else. For some reason it won't this site won't let me upload videos or photos. I'm assuming it's to do with the file size as my phone takes high quality pictures and they're quite large, which is a shame.”

“I think this is the 3rd PC I've bought from PCSpecialist. Delivered on time. Tidy build inside although if there's one criticism it's that the leads have zero play, making moving/removing components a little difficult, but I'd rather it was like this than messy. The PC I bought this time is even quieter than I'd hoped and everything was as expected.”

“This is 5th computer I've bought from PC Specialist over the years and won't hesitate to come back for the 6th. This time it was a laptop - but still just as good value for money, plus a great quality product. Specified to my own requirements but still delivered to me inside a week. Great stuff !!”

“PC Specialist was recommended to me. Their website was clear and easy to use and helpful in creating the specification that I wanted. Build time was estimated as five to seven working days and the laptop that I ordered was delivered exactly one week after ordering. I had some difficulty in installing Microsoft Office, but customer service was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem quickly. On the basis that PC Specialists did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, had a clear web site, kept me well informed from ordering to delivery and offered good customer service, I too would recommend them.”

“I decided to use PC Specialist on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm really glad I did! The website is easy to navigate and the PC configurator is very easy to use. The configuration options were slightly overwhelming at first but after a bit of research I decided on a CPU and graphics card and the rest was pretty straightforward. I went for the 5-day build, which actually ended up as a 2-day build and I received my custom built new computer within 4 days, which I think is fantastic service. During the build process I received frequent updates as it went through the different stages and I particularly enjoyed receiving a 360 photo of my new PC. I wasn't expecting that and it was a nice touch! When the PC arrived I had it up and running in a matter of minutes and I couldn't be happier with it. I will definitely be recommending PC Specialist to my friends and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.”

They are fast, reliable and they sure do know their stuff, so if your stuck or have a question about anything just bob them a message as they are so helpful and will assist you anyway they can.
