“My previous PC was supplied by PC Specialist, PCS, 5 years ago, and the only reason it has been replaced is the increased hardware requirements of the software I use. Before ordering my new PC from PCS I looked at a number of other suppliers and none of them could offer the range of named components as PCS at a reasonable cost. It's been 10 days since the new PC was delivered and I am thoroughly satisfied with everything.”

“To date I have found the whole experience in using PCS to be excellent. After placing my order I was kept informed almost daily on the it's progress, including a 3D view of the assembled machine! The packaging used to ship the computer was robust and even included protection within the case itself, which gave me added confidence that I was dealing with a professional and competent company. Unfortunately my PC did develop a fault with the network card which meant that I was unable to connect to wifi . Raising this as an issue with PCS was done through their website support from, which was simple enough. The response was both supportive and quick, with a return collection arranged by PCS; my computer was actually collected today. Going by my dealings with PCS so far, I am confident that they will fix this problem and that I will have my computer back soon. Thoroughly recommend PCS!!”

“It works perfectly, thank you. I am no expert, but my only criticism is that I cannot get it to connect to wifi, except via a hotspot from my old PC, so am relying on ethernet connection. The reason, it has been suggested to me, is that the wifi aerial is inside the sturdy metal box, so it is difficult for the signal to penetrate. As I have very fast fibre broadband to my property, my old boosters are somewhat reducing the internet speed I should be getting (950 MG per s) to about 100. One solution would be to buy new boosters and remain in ethernet, but is there an alternative, like attaching an external aerial?”

“Order process including info associated with each component/option, updates during build, delivery, setup and running have been great - can't fault them. My only panic was when it arrived and I saw the graphics card in the box and I thought "I have to install this myself?!" - it took me quite a while to twig that the (PCS) build swaps out the huge fan/cooling unit for the watercooled system! It's good getting all the leftover parts/manuals etc. I still have the ones from my previous PC order from PCS 15 years ago :) The machine is great - runs very quietly and stays very cool - am hoping it will keep me going for another 15 years!”

“Wasn't going to write a review but they emailed me twice now, when I frist got my pc I would have given the 5 star, however after 3 days of my pc arriving the gpu stopped working, so I emailed tec support which didn't reply for 4 days, I called them after waiting a day after being told by customer services that they reply within 24 hours, the first guy I spoke too was no help said he would get back to me the same day after looking at the log files I sent, so I had to call again, to finally get someone that was willing to put the time in to help after 2 hours on the phone he sent me the gpu replacement (would give him five star). Overall I wouldn't buy from here unless your lazy like me and don't wont to build your pc your self or don't know what your doing”

“Absolutely faultless service. PC worked perfectly from first power on and rus exactly as I expected. Paid extra for the 3-day dispatch, and I received the PC on the day after dispatch. PC was packaged very well and very securely. 100% recommend and will definitely be using again when I upgrade.”

“From start to finish, the service provided by this company was top-notch, from the website with its helpful sample products and my original enquiries regarding the specification, through delivery, up to and including some post-delivery questions that I had. And the machine itself is pretty much exactly what I wanted: it purrs away below my desk delivering all the power I was looking for and finally making the unplayable games playable. If it sounds perverse that I couldn't offer a full five stars, well, it's for a perverse reason: it's been built too tidily. The cables are tied and pulled taut to within an inch of their lives, there is no simple access to add extra cables to the PSU, and even trying to move the fan controller would result in a mass of unconnected connectors. The warranty may say I can add or change components but the build doesn't exactly make it easy. It's neat, sure, but when I want to add an SSD I shouldn't have to start dismantling the entire machine. All in all, another great machine from a great company with just this One Little Thing ...”

“This was my first time ordering with pc specialist. I had pricechecked my pre build with other leading sellers in the UK and none of them could match pc specialist’s quote. Ordered my pc on Wednesday, paid extra for 3 day dispatch. It was built exactly as quoted, stress tested and it was ready to dispatch by Friday. Incredibly quick service and pc is exactly what I had hoped for.”
