“Bought my car mid February and the service from Brett (customer sales) was astonishing. He was very attentive, getting straight to what we wanted as the customer. Only problem I encountered was after having my car for 4 weeks I had to take it back for repairs as the bolts for the brake discs has come away causing issues with noise and breaking. They fixed it with no fuss and I was provided with a courtesy car whilst my car was being worked on for the day which was unexpected. Overall a good experience with Peter Vardy and the team.”
“from knowing what car I wanted and stating what I wanted with it still resulted in get a sale pitch for stuff you've already said u don't want, then to get the car and have to go back week later to get it fixed, then having to hang about all day while they look it over and then they have to get it authorised do work on the car makes it even longer wait, there a lot going on and maybe if they stopped slowed down and and just gave it that person touch to save people hanging around waiting, not all of us have time to wait and even if we do still pisses you off, don't get me wrong my sales guy was great and a good one at that ( but then am paying his wages) would he of been so helpful if wasn't,”
“The car salesman was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the car.What let me down was when I picked up the car there was no mats in the car.This may be a small detail but any car That I have purchased was always supplied with floor mats,as was the previous car I purchased from Peter Vardy.It would also have been appreciated if garage gave a small gift to the customer as an appreciation for buying a new car from them.I was informed by a friend Peter Vardy used to give the customer a car cleaning kit as a thank you for buying a new car.”

“I did enjoy my experience, however, I spent a long time waiting around. On my first visit when an arrangement was made with a salesman for me to come in after waiting 30 minutes and not being seen I left as I had to be somewhere else. I did return and did purchase a car but I had to phone and chase things up and a few times left a message and was not called back. I'm currently waiting on my personal number plate details arriving, I handed in V5 document for my old car when it arrived and was told to come in any time during the week to get plates fitted. Luckily I phoned before driving over as is was not the correct information.”
“Bought a car from Seafield road branch in august. My daughter bought one in September on my recommendation so I was promised £50. The salesman wrote the voucher and passed it to accounts. I never received it. Visited branch in December. Salesman rang accounts was told it had been posted. Nothing received. Visited again January customer services emailed accounts told me I would hear that week. Nothing. Spoke to young girl about it again in February. She told me she would ring me and let me know what was happening. Never heard anything again. After service shambolic. My daughters car had a problem too was to take 2 days. There was a problem and it took 7 weeks. Every time she rang them she was always promised a callback but it didn't happen. Would have been nice to have been kept informed of progress.”

After that a manger from the Edinburgh branch contacted me an apologizied but when I said I would perhaps have a look at cars in the Glasgow branch he did nothing to encourage me at all no incentive to buy no heres what we will do for you to compensate No nothing
I had been dissappointed for a full week with a car I had put £250 reserve on told 3 times it was being brought through to Glasgow
then when I said didnt want it was told company had spent a lot of money on it for me ?
I then received the reg papers from DVLA for this car I think this is possibly illegal and will contact DVLA
So much for your handling of a complaint bought car from another dealer now in Glasgow
I would like this feedback to go direct to Mr Vardy but I am sure it wont

“Are keen before you pay then dont want to know . still do not have a manual for the car despite asking 3 times. Also picked car up on 01 03 16 as was arranged, paid for 12months road tax when i saw the confirmation it was purchased on 31 02 16 pointed this out when i paid asking for 1 month to be reduced from the bill and was told it would take a long time to re adjust the paperwork and if i paid in full you would send a cheque out in the post i am still waiting.
Had to wait 2 hours pick up car as it had to be sent back several times to have marks and scratches buffed out as your peter vardy promise says. This should have been inspected before we picked the car up.
Feel we were treated as second class”
