“Pharmacy2U are a diabolical company.
Deleting medications from your account, not answering phones, giving robotic answers when questioned about prescriptions that are unavailable or not sent.
GP unable to get through to them to discuss medication. In fact my surgery was on hold for 20 minutes before having to give up!
What kind of service puts people's lives at risk by playing God?
My advice is steer well clear of this company. Keep your feet on the ground and go to a pharmacy with real people to serve you and not to Pharmacy4getU!”
“I ordered medication on the app which went through and I got a message to say that they were getting the prescription through the GP but a week later I still haven't had my medication so I tried to check online and through the app but both were down and I was unable to reorder. The phones are always busy. Terrible service.
I had to ring my GP to reorder the prescription. Now I am trying to call the customer service centre but am in a never-ending queue. This is only the second repeat order.
Very annoyed as website is always down and does not work. It is better to go to your local pharmacy. Not happy at all.”
“I have now had 5 orders from Pharmacy2U and all of them required me to phone them to sort out issues. The trouble is they are expanding rapidly after a national ad campaign and don't have the staff to cope.
I have a regular monthly repeat prescription. I like to plan ahead - so order a few days ahead. (I also have a back up prescription of lower dose tablets in case of stock issues). Each time I have ordered the order is either rejected because of out of stock (yet P2U don't have flexibility to substitute the other dose that is in stock), OR they change the order and quantity blaming the GP. This ends up with an endless cycle of re-ordering weekly rather than monthly, and the risk of me running out. I brief the GP, I brief P2U but there is a disconnect and the order changes - every time. So if the next order fails I will revert to driving to the pharmacy.”
“Left without medication for over 2weeks , worst service I have ever endured I gave them a one star because I had to submit a review on how poor this company is, I believe it has contributed to my stomach becoming worse. Don’t bother phoning customer service waste of space.”
“Repeatedly fail to fill prescriptions, or send medication that wasn't ordered instead of the ordered medication. For both me and my wife. We use different GP surgeries and in each case Pharmacy2U blame the surgery. My GP tells me they have lots of similar problems with this company. Save yourself the hassle and deal with your local pharmacy, this delivery service just does not deliver.”
“My son has been left without 2 medications (both of which help keep him alive), I put in the prescription almost a month ago and they kept arguing that it was an advanced prescription so they couldn’t put it through (it wasn’t advanced), so I went straight to my dr to do the prescription which then got sent to pharmacy2u, another 3 weeks on and it still hasn’t arrived. After going backwards and forwards of them trying to blame me for doing it in advance and blaming my dr for not putting in prescription, and not having much else to say, they have messaged saying it is out of stock with their warehouse! One of the drugs I have been able to obtain a small amount of through 111 but the other is not easy to get. So angry. Not the first time it’s happened. Avoid!”
“My disabled partner has been using this service for a short time as a needs to a must. On his prescription was ONE nasal inhaler (thankfully not a life endangering drug). In the first instance, along with his other meds, FORTY THREE of these were delivered, he contacted Pharmacy2U and they apologised. In the next couple of days a further SEVENTY SEVEN were delivered. ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY in total!!!! They then told him to take them to the post office (note - he's disabled and it was THEIR fault). He again explained he was disabled, they advised that someone would get back to him in a couple of days and arrange a courier collection. That was almost three weeks ago..........all the while, someone is scratching their heads wondering why the NHS is in financial crisis. Needless to say the box is still sitting here. Disgraceful, think he'll go back to using the local Pharmacy.”
“Apporling customer service.
This company endanger s peoeples life's with catastrophic mistakes.
Avoid this company at all cost go to your local pharmacy so much safer and more trustworthy”
“Shocking service. Spend longer chasing missing deliveries than it would take to go to a pharmacy.
Even the doctors surgery is saying it causes nothing but problems.”
“Less than 50% success rate at delivering medication at the stated timescales. Customer service tend to lie to try to get people off the phone.
Takes less time to go to a pharmacy than the hours spent trying to find out where missing medication has gone too.”
“This seemed like a perfect solution to ordering repeat prescriptions for my parents. However their Dr warned me not to use them.
At first, I thought he was just old fashioned. Then however, there was a delay in an order. It was for a serious medical condition my Mum has.
9 days after much chasing up i eventually got someone on the phone who told me, yes we can’t get that medicine anymore (a standard treatment for a common condition).
There was not even an apology or any concern about the fact they hadn’t let me know that and my Mum was going to be without medication.”
“I have ordered from pharmacy 2 u about 5 times. Only 1 time has the process actually worked. Recently they have sat on my prescription and it has been stuck in the dispensary for days. When I query they simply release the prescription back to me & I'm back at the pharmacy again. They are a totally unreliable service. I will not use them again. Twice they have been out of stock of an item and again sat on the prescription for days.”
“Terrible customer service. Placed my prescription order on the 6th Dec with pharmacy 2u, 18th Dec still not received. Rang to enquire and was informed that the Drs had not sent both parts of script. I was then informed that it was my responsibility to chase up with Drs. Can't chase up what I don't know about. Now left with no medication over the Christmas period. Very poor service, won't be using again”
“I take Levocetrizine 5mg tablets four…
I take Levocetrizine 5mg tablets four times a day, and there seems to be a license/supply/demand issue with this particular medicine, so I called few pharmacies around London back in October 2018, that’s when I came across this medication on your website, I was informed you had stock for 65 tablets, it took few days to get an appointment with my gp and eventually I got a prescription, when I called back I was informed you had an even bigger stock and that I could get up to 215 tablets and because I was so heavily dependent on this tablet, I was desperate and wanted all the tablets I can get, so I once again I had to go and get a prescription from my GP.
I rang in the morning of the 2nd inquiring about these tablets and was ensured you had them in stock, the prescription was already sent to you by my GP that same day. I called up later that day to request the medication and was told that I needed to fully signup including all of my re-occurring monthly medication which I later found out is not true. When I called on the 2nd and I spoke to that same lady that signed me up I clearly clearly said I don’t want to register for all of my repeated prescriptions, however she went and asked her manager and her manger and her both claimed in order for them to issue this prescription I actually had to sign up fully. So I did feeling obliged if I wanted to get the levocetrizine I was so desperate to get hold off. Few days later Kaliam from Pharmacy2U called me on Nov 7th at 3.45pm and explained to me that YOU DON’T HAVE my Levocetrizine in stock and that you'll post the remaining prescriptions by post. I explained to him that I only subscribed for repeat medication only to get hold of Levocetrizine repeat prescriptions; he then went on to tell me that they are like any normal pharmacies where you can just request a one off prescription without fully signing up, and that I didn’t need to sign up fully, so when I asked him why I was forced into it, he informed me that he will raise a COMPLAINT and he would listen to the call; so on November 8th at 3.40pm he called me again to tell me that he listened to the call and that I do have to apply for every repeat prescription to use. I instantly suspected a cover up and I rang General Pharmaceutical Council general enquiries who informed me I do not have to sign up with any pharmacy for repeat to use their services and any pharmacy doing that would be breaking the law.
Although I'm upset that they couldn't source the medication I actually signed up for, that is not what my complaint is about! It's about deceiving me to subscribe to your services FULLY when all I needed was a medication prescribed just like any pharmacy! Its really apparent that this is the practice these guys use to get more customers by abusing and lying to your potential customers,”
“Very poor and awful service. Today is 18th December 2018 and it pass over one week and still waiting for the medication. Please I aware everyone for not use this miserable service. Get your prescriptions from GP and go to pharmacy by yourself. Take less time. What is the point of opening a business than can not cope with the orders and lack of acknowledge in pharmaceutical/ medical service. I am shocked how NHS is partnership of this bullsh*t service. I would give -1 starts.”
“They put life's at risk due to incompetence caused, then the likes of Katrina and Vern withold info when trying to resolve issues and refuse to provide info legally obliged to obtain.
Don't waste your time and put your life at risk by dealing with this crucid shambles of a company they... No wonder the movie rentals went bust this will follow”
“Total shambles. Took over 12 days to receive my prescription when I could’ve got it from the chemist within 48 hours! Getting a response from them was even worse with them saying I should’ve given them 7 to 10 days notice! Their email was totally blasé and had lack of ownership or the need of help. Ended up missing my vital prescription and so I have cancelled it and come back to my original way. I would avoid.”
