Yet again i am left without medication, 10 days i have been waiting and their excuse which i dont believe is they cannot download my script, this then changed to they downloaded and its stuck in their software, but they seem to have no one in their I.T department to retrieve it, and i am know being told that the software makers need to sort it out, and its only my script that is affected, the most useless pathetic excuse i have ever heard, by a bunch of idiots, monkeys could do a better job than them, I am left with only one choice go back to my doctor, its only a matter of time before someone dies because these morons have with held medication.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. The organisation claims to be paid less by the NHS, that's great but beware, if the service is as bad as I experienced this week, it will cost a great deal more in terms of admissions or readmissions to hospital. The company received my prescription on the 20th May. The app kept stating that the order was with the pharmacists and was being labelled ready for dispatch. I called on the 24th to find out the normal dispatch time, it's 4 to 5 WORKING days, I could not see this on the web site so I, wrongly, assumed it would be turned around in one day like we see at any other local pharmacy I have ever used. When I called in to check progress, the system demanded to know my account number. This is not shown in the app that I could see. I just kept pressing 1 and the system eventually put me through to Olivia in customer services. My first question to her was, where is the account number in the app? She kindly accessed the app on her own device and agreed that it is not shown. Decidedly unhelpful app. Olivia then looked at my order and saw that one of my tablets was out of stock. I asked why I had received no message to state this, she was apologetic and said "that's our bad". Olivia was very good and put the prescriptions back in to the NHS system and sent me the codes needed to order from my local pharmacy. I collected the entire order today, one day after it being delivered my local, Boots, pharmacy. I asked for my account and personally identifiable details to be removed from the systems in line with the General Data Protection Rules. Olivia was completely unphased by this request which leads me to believe that I am not the first to demand such a thing. I have checked just now and the account still exists. So, my advice to anyone reading this review, so if you care at all about your health and are dependent on the prescribed medication, please please use your local pharmacy and not, absolutely not, Pharmacy2U.

Appalling service. Still waiting 4 weeks later for my 1st prescription! Showing as waiting for despatch for 2 weeks, then received a reminder to order the next month........still haven’t had the 1st one!! Despite emailing, and initially getting a response, they were then ignored. It would have been quicker to drive from Devon and collect from Leeds myself. I will be returning to my original pharmacy

Absolute rubbish. Have used for sometime but I think they are now overwhelmed with customers and cannot manage the demand. My prescription deliveries have got longer and longer overtime. i ordered some much need anti-epileptic meds on 29 April, it is now 15 May and I am still waiting. It was good for a time but now changing my pharmacy. Very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs. Long delays with deliveries. Number of times I had a message that payment can't be processed with plenty of funds on cards registered.b

Avoid! Absolute rubbish! It takes too long for orders to arrive even when they are in stock. If out of stock it takes months. Plenty of other online pharmacy’s that are far better than these jesters

Terrible terrible terrible. Their website is atrocious. Their operations are diabolical and their customer service is pointless. Months on and a I do not have a simple medication. I worry about people who urgently need medical action and rely on this dreadful company.

Absolutely atrocious service, I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs! I registered a new account on the 3rd of April and immediately booked a prescription, which should have been delivered on Monday the 8th of April. When nothing had arrived by Wednesday the 10th I contacted them to find out what was happening. I was on hold for nearly 14 minutes on my first call, after which the consultant simply accepted and ended the call immediately, so I had to call back a second time where I had to wait another 10 minutes to speak to someone. The consultant claimed that they had been contacting my GP by fax, and that they had received no reply after multiple attempts. I contacted my GP, and they confirmed that the prescription had been sent to Pharmacy2U on the 9th of April, so clearly these accounts differ greatly. I sincerely hope those reading this will think twice about using Pharmacy2U, we are buying medication, not a couch. Their failure to deliver medication on time could have life threatening consequences, it is not worth the risk.

The worst experience ever. Waited three weeks for my more important prescription, P2U then without any notification removed my order. Had to go back to my local pharmacy. Very difficult to contact, tried ring back, after about 4hrs the phone rang just two or three times, missed the call so back to the bottom of the pile again! Don’t be tempted, the tv advert is good but in reality this is a terrible service.

Don't bother. It'd be quicker to get a Chemistry Masters and make your own meds than use P2U. Got all the mail's saying prescriptions were due, dispatched etc however nothing. Tring to get hold of them well you may as well not bother. Eventually I received a call from the pharmacy I'd previously collected from telling me they had a prescription ready for me. I explained that I'd swapped to P2U. They weren't suprised. Fair to say my repeats are now being collected from the pharmacy again.

This is the first time I have used this company to order my mother in law's prescriptions. I placed the order on Friday 22nd March and requested delivery on the first available date from the drop down which was Wednesday 27th March. On Wednesday I received an email asking me to answer some questions as it was my first order. I replied and received an email back to say that the order would be processed. Late on Thursday 28th I received an email to say one item was out of stock and did I want the other items sending out or to wait for it all to be sent together. I requested that the balance be sent out. I received and email on Friday to say that the ordered been despatched and I could track the order via Royal Mail but I can't track it as Pharmacy2U didn't provide a number. It is now Monday 1st April and the delivery still hasn't arrived and my mother in law as no medication left. In have tried to ring with now answer and I have emailed but got no reply. I think this may be the first and last time I use Pharmacy2u.

Had a tumour removed at the end of Jan. It didn't go well and needed a further emergency operation. During 4 weeks of intensive care i lost 32 pounds in weight. On leaving hospital my doctor prescribed Ensure drinks twice a day. Pharmacy 2U were unable to meet this request - and worse didn't let me know they couldn't until my wife pressed them. I found their customer services defensive and unhelpful. Have since cancelled them

Pharmacy2U ( NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE ) This firm claim that you simply order your prescription with them, they then contact your GP who accept and issue it to their own pharmacy and it is then delivered for free. My prescription was issued by my GP on the 19/03/2019 so the rest was down to them but when I had run out of medication on the 25/03/2019 I immediately contacted their chat line and was dealt with by a person who did not have a clue as to the information she was trying to give me and even attempted to make claim that my order was placed later than it was on the 21/03/2019, subsequent emails from the firm stated the same despite my having an email to the contrary and proof at my GPs surgery showing the date of the 19/03/2019 and it being issued. I placed another review on a different site naming the person and the firm objected claiming it was defamation but how when it is the truth ? . Pharmacy2U have since apologised and inform me that the person I mentioned is now undertaking further training so that means that this person without experience was allowed to advise on conditions and situations that could be life threatening to someone desperate for their medication. I have had to contact both my GP and my local pharmacy who inform me that as the prescription was issued on the 19/03/2019 a replacement cannot be given till it has been found. Further investigations show that it has been with Pharmacy2U and I have today received confirmation it was sent out today the 28/03/2019 TEN DAYS AND EIGHT WORKING DAYS AFTER IT WAS ISSUED and as it could take a further 2 days to get to me it means I have now gone SIX DAYS without my regular medication resulting in my being in considerable pain for almost a week. The communication from this firm seems to suggest they are more concerned about their name being soiled than caring for their customers. BEWARE !

Seen the TV ads and received a brochure through the door. Sounded like a fantastic idea for someone like me who does not like to leave the house. Set up my account a few weeks ago and made my first order. I had issues uploading my exemption proof as the upload button on their website does not work but I did manage to upload it via their app. I received an email saying my exemption evidence was not accepted although I logged in and it was all showing as accepted anyway (the person who emailed me just did not understand that Income Support is claimed as a couple so may be addressed to either the patient or the patient's partner - something they really should understand!). I kept a track of my first order and was surprised to see that only half of my items had progressed to dispensing. I rang them and requested a ring back as they were busy but as the ring back did not come for several hours I was able to get into web chat in that time. I was informed by web chat that my Drs had not authorised the other half of my order so to contact them. I duly went to my Drs who informed me this was a LIE, they had sent authorisation for ALL my items but that they regularly had problems with Pharmacy2U and now advised all their patients never to switch to using them. She was able to sort out the mess for me and re-order the full prescription to be sent back to my regular pharmacy. I finally got my ring back from P2U who again insisted that my Drs had not sent the authorisation. They have not able to explain why P2U had not bothered to inform me that they were never intending to send half of my medications but were happy to leave me without.

My mother has advanced dementia and has been without her medication for days. You can never get through on the phone. When you do speak to someone they lie about when your medication is being sent. Will never use them again !!!!
