It is using to much battery and is very difficult to use a Samsung is far better.

Faultless. I ordered my iPhone pretty late in the day and it arrived the next day. No complaints at all. :-)

I pre ordered the new S5 so I'd have one when it was released. Despite doing that 2 months in advance, despite calling the day before release to check all was ok, on the day of release my pre order ceased to exist. Nobody could find it, I wasn't on their system, nobody knew who id previously spoken to, it was just a huge mess. It took me a month to sort it out, then when they acknowledged it, there was another delay in it being dispatched. I was supposed to get a Samsung tablet and Google play voucher as a pre order bonus and goodwill gesture, yet it took 2 months for the tablet to arrive and i had to chase to get that. It's now been over 3 months since I received the phone and still no sign of the Google play voucher. This is extremely poor service from a company as large as this. Although I did question whether this was being run out of someone's garage at one point when (according to customer services) 'the man' (singular) who deals with posting items out wasn't in to dispatch my phone and he would be back in after the weekend. Not impressed one bit. My advice to anyone else is not to believe what you are told, because you will keep getting fobbed off, and to keep chasing constantly because it is the only way you get anywhere. Had I not already pre ordered and invested a lot of time in this already, not to mention working on the principal that a company as large as this should be able to fulfill promises and assurances it makes to customers, I would most definitely have gone elsewhere.

The iphone arrived quickly but with no instructions or even how to open the box, get it going so i had to drive my wheelchair to the nearest Phone4U shop with it, and guess what the Phone4U shop only wants to sell phones, not get its own phones working one I'd just received from Phones4U. they sent me over to Vodaphone a shop across the road. Vodaphone couldnt port my vodaphone number old phone to new. but they did get the phone working and then told me to go to Carphonewarehouse as they were very good at technical and they will help you! Although I love the apps on the I phone, out and about it can't connect, the MAP facility directions when driving cant connect to internet yet it has a 3G vodaphone good signal, that was across the south east of england. sometimes it works. But I make calls stillby my old phone and use the phones 4 u iphone at home to search web and Facebook use apps very home wifi and partly as I have to keep it on charge, its always too low to do what I want otherwise. It has a goodcamera on it, and i like the screen dont have pain pressing buttons now,

Very poor service. Bought a contract phone and direct debit details were not passed on to phone service provider, so I incurred a charge. Phones4u would not take blame and I received very poor and rude service from online staff when trying to resolve my problem. Instore staff were great help in sending me in the right direction and eventually got the fee paid for by phones4u. Will think twice about purchasing with phones4u in the future, especially online!

this phone promises everything i needed, specifically a quality music player. the jack connection was faulty from the moment i plugged my headphones in! i tried connecting it via audio lead through a speaker, to check my headphones weren't at fault. another epic fail! the sound played out of the phone instead of the speaker.

Although the transition from Orange to EE in May was initially good the person from phones for you assured me my direct debit and phone number would remain as normal. WELL.....after being billed for two mobile numbers (mine and one new number that I didn't ask for) and being told this new no. was now removed I'm still getting letters referring to it. I'm also getting REALLY ANGRY putting it politely that after telling EE that I hadn't had a bill in 6 weeks (I'm now 3.months down the line) they said that one would be sent only referring to my old and current number. Finally get a large bill and told no DD has been appointed to my account at all and that next month (August)it will activate after restarting one. In the meantime after calling about my account which I can't even access online because of my account being linked to the new number that shouldn't have been created ill have to fork out a small fortune and can't make a complaint because they don't have a complaints dept!!!!! So no between phones4u and EE iwon't recommend either AGAIN. EE are the worst mess I've ever dealt with and phones for you customer service advisors dealing with new phone contracts should be more competent

I brougjt a ezperia m2 2 weeks ago online. Got sent the wrong sim. I didmt no so i put it in the fone wheteupon it got stuck. An exchange was agreed. I was supposed to have been sent an envelope to return the fine and it still hasnt turned up. Would have been sorted if i could have exchange my fone in store rather than waiting for the non existant envelope.

I am extremely unhappy with the phone and the level of service I have received, I clearly stated what usage I required from a phone NONE of which I am getting. I agreed to pay more per month for my contract as not only was I sold on the fact that the Iphone 5c could perform all of the functions my Blackberry did but offer more services which I was interested in. The phone does not perform satisfactorily at all and I can barely use it, all that works is the text messaging but there seems to be delays on sending and receiving and often I have to retry the message. This is so disappointing as I use my phone a lot for organisation, work and personal. I understand my bill is due and is £38.00! I was also promised that if I agreed to a fixed amount of £34.99 per month that’s what it would remain at as there were caps on any other usage so it was not possible to pay more than agreed, something I was not happy about with Orange. I am obviously loathed to pay this as I do not feel I am receiving the service that I am paying for. I have logged a complaint with the specific complaints detailed but I have had no response to date. I would be grateful if you could look into this and get back to me via email as I cannot receive phonecalls. I have received a phone call from someone in response to this complaint (which I requested no phonecalls as it is difficult to receive them) and was basically told that I had the phone for over two months (which I have been waiting for a response for) and to go into a shop to get it looked at which is an unacceptable response.

Had no end of trouble when I upgraded this time round. Had a faulty handset and despite them saying they had sent a return envelope out 3 times it still didn't show so had to send it back myself. Also was told direct debits would stay same to find out that they weren't and I hadn't paid my bill on time!!

The purchase of my upgrade was quick and easy. However my cash back was never put through so I had to call up and request that. Also the insurance I took out through phones4u was not set up as requested either so I will now be arranging phone insurance through a separate company
