“Very dishonest company. They indicate free shipping at $59 threshold, but charged me a $5 delivery surcharge because of where I live. However, I have never been charged one of these and I do a lot of online shopping.
Customer service was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I posted a review to trust pilot as well and the company attempted to have it removed. Apparently they prefer you to be silent when they scam you.
I wish there were better companies out there. I've been purchasing from Adam & Eve for years, never had an issue.”
“I ordered a male product that was supposed to spin. It did not work. Also, beware that they accept returns. I didn’t want to send it back and get a replacement because I don’t know where that replacement has been. Gross practices. Wasted $50.”
“I purchased an item from Pink Cherry. The item would not work. I sent them an email and they sent me directions telling me how to get it to work, such as switch the batteries blah blah blah. The vibrator worked, the tongue movement worked, the sucking did not. Eventually they told me to send it back. To my surprise the return shipping, $14.00 was at my cost. That is not appropriate to expect a customer to pay for return shipping when the item is within the thirty day time period and was received broken. Furthermore, when you email them they get back to you within a couple of hours. When I emailed them concerning my concern of asking a customer to pay shipping they ignored me. This is the first time purchasing from them. I did not bother using any coupons or discount codes. I will not purchase from Pink Cherry again.”
“They do not cancel orders! I added items to a cart for a later date but the order somehow went through charging my card through Apple Pay! I reached out immediately, I tried to call and got no answer so I had to chat with someone. She said there’s nothing she can do because the orders been shipped! There’s absolutely no was it’s been shipped because I never even received a confirmation email. She told me all I could do was refuse the package. It’s absolutely ridiculous do not buy from here!”

“Ordered my toy off of pink cherry. I got it. And it came defective. Charger didn't work, you didn't work. Didn't even turn on. Let it sit on the charger for 1 hour. Didn't work. I've gotten better products off of adam & eve and Amazon. As for the customer service team, there number doesn't give any representative, tell you to go to their website, which would be better if i didn't have to do a run around just to try and get the toy exchanged or something else. 100/10 do not recommend buying off of pink cherry. You'll get better prices off of Amazon and adam & eve.”
“We purchased an item and it was defective. Instead of replacing it, they suggested videos on how to fix it. Are weeks of trying to fix it, I never could use it and now I have to pay to have it shipped back , wait for them to send it to wherever and then they’ll send me a new one. So at least a 3 week wait for something I may never get back. Very unhappy with the product and customer service on helping fix the problem!”

Their item description did not match the product received including the color, sizes, defective and even the listed functions were all wrong on all of the items purchased. They would only replace the items with the exact same as sent and not what I wanted as posted in their descriptions. They require me to pay the shipping both ways as well! False advertising and Bait & Switch plus rude and time wasters!!”

“Paid for faster shipping at checkout. Got an email saying it would be delivered normally. Responded that I paid extra for faster shipping and they wanted a screenshot of the promise date even though they already had it. I said either upgrade the shipping like I paid for or cancel this order. The response back was we can’t do that because it already shipped. “The product was a good Thurster. However it did not last the 60-90 minutes on a charge. It lasted a few minutes overheated and stiop working. They do not have a refund policy and we will see if they replace thier junk defective product. I would advice you not to buy form them as thier products are junk!!!”

Submitting a complaint gets you an automated email back just telling you it’s fine and keep waiting. If you call the customer service line provided all you get is an automated message that hangs up on you.
Save your time and money and do NOT purchase anything from this company because you will lose your money and never receive your purchased items with no way of cancelling, refund, or even speaking to a human being.

“I have tried to order 3 times. Each time I received an email several days later,saying they took my payment but the refunded me because my address didn't match my card. They kept telling me to use PayPal and being very rude. They need to be reported because they shouldn't take the money in the first place if they're just gonna lie to me and say everything doesn't match. I am very upset right now. Don't waste your time. I'm warning everyone.”
