The engineer Lee was outstanding. He went over and above what he needed to do. My elderly parents had their gas supply cut off, due to an internal gas leak which was discovered whilst ground works were being carried out in their street. Lee was able to establish the problem very quickly and contacted national grid as part of the leak was due to their ground work. He waited with my parents until national grid arrived and waited at the house until national grid had completed their work. Due to my parents being elderly, I was so grateful that Lee was there to put their minds at rest. Follow on work is needed by Plumbingforce which has been booked in as an emergency. I would highly recommend this company and as a landlord myself, I will be using them for any future works and servicing .

Mr Maxwell came out to do us a quote to fit a new boiler as ours was on its way out. He said he was free to fit the next day which we were delighted with. He turned up just after 8:40am, pretty much worked right through until 9pm and only taking a short time for lunch. His work ethic was unquestionable, he was polite and had an excellent level of workmanship. WE couldn't be more happier with Mr Maxwell. Superb service from him.

Matt was very efficient and courteous. I like it when visitors take off their shoes without even asking. He checked everything thoroughly and I couldn't fault his attention to detail. What I wasn't so happy about was that I was told I would get a call 30mins before he arrived which would give me plenty of time to drive from Newdigate to Dorking to let Matt in. I rang your office twice to make sure that this would happen and gave them an additional tel no.Instead I get a call form Matt after he had just arrived in the car park and he said that he was not informed that he was supposed to call me 30 mins before. So I had to rush to get to Dorking so Matt would not be hanging around, this should not have happened and I was very surprised it didn't, especially when your price was higher than I could have paid. The work was good but the organisation did not work.Thank you Barry Wiles In

I requested plumbing force to send me James as he already worked on my boiler before. It was due for service. James serviced, fixed the dropping pressure & the leak problems that we had for ages with our boiler. We are greatly thankful to his work. We strongly recommend plumbing force

Dan Symes came at short notice to fix a leak. We hadn't been here for a few weeks and the place was wet! We were appreciative of his courtesy and excellent manner as well as his plumbing expertise. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Due to a leak and having no water, I called plumbing force at 8.30 and was greeted by a friendly and efficient operator. I had been told that my plumber would contact me in half an hour which he did and arrived at my home to fix my water boiler. He came at 9.30, sorted and checked all the boiler,radiators, gas meter in a professional manner and made the process of having my hot water and heating easy and non stressful. I would highly recommend mr maxwell and this company again. Having dyno rod to try and fix the original problem who I admit were appalling, this company were fantastic.

I found the call ladies very curt and a little bit of sympathy would not have gone amiss. The total cost of the repair to my boiler was over £500, £200 of which was labour. It took the engineer well over 4 hours to reach me despite being called after 3 hours to say he would be with me shortly. This left no time for him to obtain the spare part as the suppliers were closed by then so it went onto the next day. I could not fault Dan Symes the engineer who carried out the job most efficiently

We are a self managed block of 12 privately owned flats. Due to a carbon monoxide detection in 1 of the flats all 12 had to have gas cut off by National Grid. Plumbing Force engineer arrived 8am the next morning as scheduled to check safety of all flats and reconnect. The engineer was very polite and thorough with his work. Thank you for an excellent service.

I hear the service provided today was very good, so thank you for this. Very good that your engineer called to confirm the action required, then implemented it. The only negative (and hence not full marks on the survey) is that you advertise yourselves as Emergency call out, and promised me someone on Saturday by 2pm. Eventually called the house at 5pm to say you weren't coming. Had I known this, I could have made alternative arrangements, and prevented subsequent plaster damage. So, great service today, but poor effort on Saturday

Engineer arrived when he said he would, and within 3 hours of call to the main number. He identified the issue and explained what the problem was, and resolved it within half an hour, testing the boiler, hot water and heating.

I called Plumbing Force in the morning and the engineer arrived in the afternoon as promised. James was very patient as I was asking a lot of questions but he patiently explained everything perfectly and even advised me on the heating system of a property I will be moving to in November. Great service and an excellent advocate for your company. On all fronts, a five star service.

They arrived 4 hours after my call, the guy that came to help was BRILLIANT and his work was excellent... It also wasn't massively expensive! Will be using their services again shortly.

Our boiler was shut down by Worchester engineer yesterday due to a flu fault. Almost made me cried. I quickly found this company on Google. When I described the problem I was offered a slot the same day. I chose the next day slot. Scott arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. He explained everything to us and carried out job smoothly. He made this very expensive experience more bearable. I am sorry to hear that so many people were disappointed by this company operations but we were the lucky ones to get an excellent service. One happy customer.

WORST COMPANY EVER took 2 days off to get some simple plumbing done. Day one was a no show. Day 2 after a no show again, I called in again, for about the 7 time, and was told as I wanted to complain she was going to cancel my appointment. WORST COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE
