Job was completed efficiently. Engineer was informative ,courteous,polite and friendly. A very good service and would recommend and use Plumbingforce again.

Had a shower with no cold water feed coming through. Happened to bump into a technician in his work van at a petrol station, had a quick chat, took the company details and he was booked in that Friday. Quick and efficient. Fixed the issue and now have a normal shower again. Slightly pricier than independents but very quick, very efficient and would certainly use again. Thanks very much

On time, & very helpful with advice, although my shower is about sixteen years old, Sam advised me to think about a new shower as it might be cheaper in the long run. He took it apart to check it out, but was unable to cure the problem.

Very disappointed. First time I called I got a response within the hour despite it being 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it was fixed. Unfortunately the blockage came back within 6 days and I called again today at 7:30am. I was told somebody could be with us by midday, this was then changed to 3pm, I was then called to say by 6pm and then called again to say it would not be today. Not the 1-3 hour response the website offers on a hot day when a toilet blockage is unpleasant and we have guests this evening. I had stayed home all day and options given for tomorrow were stay in all morning or all afternoon - so I declined and will look elsewhere. Frustrating.

Absolutely useless! Happy to grab your credit details and promise a three hour service. Not so good at delivering. Between 9 and 1 became between 1 and 4. At 4, no news. When I call: "can't do it today." Great to hear at 4 on a Friday afternoon. No hot water for the entire weekend? "Not our problem". Never, ever, would I go anywhere near this bunch of incompetent unreliable discourteous amateurs!

I needed a boiler service and phoned at about 10.30am and was surprised when I was told the engineer would be here by lunchtime! He arrived before 12noon and did a really good job. No problems at all. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them next year for the next service.

Great service! The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the solution required to fix the leak. Give good advises on not to let it happen again. Got the job quickly, with no fuss. I highly recommend them to anyone need their service.

Telephone service extremely efficient and knowledgable. Appointment given within 24hrs. Notice of arrival useful and accurate. Engineer Martin Crook was friendly, informative and helpful. Will definitely use the company again and recommend to others. A great service from a customer who expects high standards!

Plumber didn't show waited in all day Saturday you need to have more plumbers on your books wasted our day and had to pay extra to get one to come on Sunday

Very disappointed. Having waited in Saturday for a fixed appointment - they did not show and had to call to find out they had no intention of doing so. In re-arranged appointment was told they could not do the work because a kitchen unit needed cutting (5 min job) and was charged £94. They wanted to charge me again to do the actual work.....am sure it is what the terms said but no sense for keeping customer happy and an advocate....would not recommend......

Called and was told that an engineer would be with me "Between 3 and 5pm" on Friday. 5pm came and went, so called to find out where the engineer was. "He has had a problem with a bad leak and cant make it until Monday" Sounds untruthful to me. probably just plain forgot to let the engineer know...... An enginner did turn up on Monday and did the job required. NOT overly impressed with the service as I had a wasted journey and a 40 mile round trip on Friday. Have you tried to navigate the M4 / M5 junction on a Friday evening? Nightmare..... Shan`t be recommending these people and certainly wont use them again.

Excellent service. I called them around 13:45 (after I managed to cut through a main gas pipe under my floorboards!) and the guy was out at around 16:30. He did all the work well within the hour. He was very friendly and had a high standard of work. No mess and all checks necessary made. Would well recommend.

This is frankly the worse company i have dealt with , cancelled at 4pm on two Saturdays in a row, due to sickness, over running jobs , unsympathetic trades Men who range me and were keen to just cancel the job as they couldn't offer any genuine apology!

I initially contacted 'plumbingforce' on Friday 30th June. I was told somebody would contact me before 2:00.. They did, but unfortunately they explained their engineer would not be available, so they said somebody would contact me before 6:pm. At about 5:pm sombody did contact me and explained that their engineer wouldn't be available today, so somebody would contact me between 8-12 the next day. At around 12:00pm sobody told me that the engineer was on his way. At around 2:15pm, still no engineer. A lady named Michelle told me that the engineer had been stationary at the side of the road for about an hour and a half and couldn't be contacted. Where was the engineer, in a pub, at home, whereever he was he couldn't be contacted. The whole experience of 'PhumbingForce' was very frustrating. Why didn't the engineer contact base. Even if he had broken down, why didn't he contact somebody, so they could contact me, pathetic, unprofessional and they've wasted nearly two day of my time, time I could of spent getting professional/reliable customer focused help.

I live in a rented house in Derby together with some other student colleagues, I had an engineer from plumbing force named Martin Crook, come over to change a gas hose in my house. Its not the most difficult or tiresome job to do, but unfortunately we did not have access to the gas meter because it was locked away in my colleagues room who was not available at that time. Martin could have easily done the job and avoided any further delays but he insisted that without following the right procedure he was not going to lift a finger to do any work. He insisted that prior to doing his job he had to carry out an inspection of the gas meter and perform a gas safety inspection to ensure there was no leaks or whatsoever, and even with the intervention of my landlord to lure him to get the work done he did not budge. He also said he was not going to append his signature to any work report without the necessary checks being done. I realized that Martin is very professional and by adhering to safety regulations in UK, sad incidents such as that of the Grenfell Tower in London can be averted. Other engineers MUST emulate him. Aside this quality he showed, he did an excellent job and confirmed that there were no leaks, he was also generous enough to service our gas cooker. At the end of it all, i can confidently say it was definitely worth the wait.

Peterborough.I booked a time slot to gain a gas safety cert. I was told between 8am and 11am. I was then informed that it wouldn't be until between 2pm and 6pm. Then it was cancelled for that day comletly after having someone wait in. I was told by a very snooty lady that "its the industry we are in" Wounldnt touch them with a barge pole

The response was very quick and everything explained. Engineer Martin Crook rang 30 mins before arrival, very courteous and in difficult circumstances (position of macerator) and also due poor fitting did an excellent job. He explained the initial problems with leaks and blockage issues and also explained the work to rectify this. Martin was very professional from start to finish and every step of the way explained reasons for work carried out and also made sure everything was satisfactory when completed. Would recommend strongly. Thanks Martin and Plumb Force for your time.
