They were able to help within 2 hours. There was additional work that needed to be done and the quoted price was too high however I gave them 5 stars as they did help in emergency. Work was neat and clean after.wonderful

Call centre got my phone number wrong so the engineer wasn't able to tell me he would be running late, but he still arrived within 4 hours of initial call. Complete strip and clean boiler but was not able to identify any specific cause of the burner not lighting - although in the end it was working perfectly. Expensive, but the engineer (Dave Maxwell) explained what he was doing and why and left the inside of the casing looking neater than it was before - and, of course, we had hot water again.

Phil was most pleasant, helpful and efficient at his job. I would have no hesitation in engaging Plumbingforce again, and would certainly recommend them.

Booked in a boiler service, i was asked the time and day i wanted tgis was freat booked it in. Then i was called to rearrange three times for the same day but eventualy told the engineer could not attend till the next day again was was rearranged he eventualy cane and the service was fantastic the engineer was professional and very friendly i would definitely recommend him.

Only had a boiler service but the engineer was brilliant, had a call to ask if he could attend earlier than planned which was no problem. The job was carried out efficiently, the engineer (C. Miller) was friendly and professional. Would definitely use plumbing force again and please to say I was pleasantly surprise given they have a few not so positive reviews on here.

This call-out was in response to an emergency due to a gas leak. We were so relieved to have what could have been a serious problem sorted out so quickly.

I was told they would arrive between 8 am & 12. The person didn't arrive until 4:30 pm, leaving my wife and 2 young kids at home all day.

I had an emergency call out for an under floor leak, Ricky arrived within the specified 3 hours and called before hand, once located the leak was more extensive than we thought, what could be done on the day was, Ricky returned early a day later to finalise the repair. In all very pleased with the service.

1) Did not contact me to tell me that heating engineer would not be coming until I phoned just before closing time. 2) Price of spare part (£385) over double the amount that I could have obtained it elsewhere. 3) Estimate given for 'parts and labour' only included parts. 4) Engineer left water heat on maximum. Lucky not to scald ourselves. 5) No reply to polite email asking for comments. 6) No reply to polite letter sent asking for comments

Very pleased with how James dealt with my bathroom plumbing problem. Rare to get someone who deals with these things with care and thought!

I can't say I'm impressed. Our plumbing is actually insured but we wanted someone to come out urgently as water was gushing out of the overflow. I also worry about losing water and heating since I am a carer for my 86 year old mother. Phoned 11am. The call centre told me that someone would be with me by 2pm. At around 12pm someone phoned to say they were on the way. No one by 1pm and so I phoned them and they told me I couldn't have had any call (?) but that the plumber was delayed and would not be with me until 2-4pm. He actually arrived at 4pm. Told me that it could be left overnight (was safe) but better for my insurers to fix because it would be a 2-3 hr job, although didn't say exactly what the problem was. I know he told me upfront that it was £118 but I think if they fail to meet their promises re arrival time and fail to diagnose the problem then that is steep. Better to go with a company that does not charge a call out fee than these sharp practitioners.

Arrived on time, Steve was brilliant, very informative, professional and polite. Found the problem and advised me as to what I should do, all this was done in under an hour. Very pleased with the service I received.

Brilliant. Arrived slightly later than the 3 hours but it didn't matter and they called to let me know and the name of the engineer attending, which was good. Initial problem fixed very quickly and they also fixed a couple of other legitimate issues I wasn't aware of within the 1 hour call out rate. The engineer (Danny) was very good and helpful. Looks like I've stumbled across my new emergency plumbing company.

They got the job done! As we called them out in an emergency we had a technician here within the hour! Boiler needed a new valve! It cost over £600 so very expensive hence the four star not five! They charge £99 an hour that is also whilst going to get parts! So unless an absolute emergency shop around!

My 5 stars purely goes to the engineer who came out ,Matt from Warickshire .He was extremely polite and quick to sort the problem .Sadly I found the call centre not to be as helpful and they really were not bothered that my appointment was put back so much .Matt is an asset to Plumbingforce .Thank you Matt

Phoned this company at 10am on Saturday morning as we had a major sewerage leak backing up through kitchen sink and toilet, was told that a plumber would be with us before 1pm, no show from anyone, received a call at 1.30 pm to say that a plumber would now be with us before 1pm on the Sunday, nobody turned up and no phone call to explain why, had to get another company to assist this morning ( Monday ) and problem was solved within two hours, I have to say that when I phoned plumbing force this morning to ask for a refund of £118.00 which was taken from my account the receptionist was very apologetic and polite and returned our money forthwith, not a company that I will contact again I am afraid .
