I called to them because the pipes in the kitchen started to leak and there is no one who knows how to fix them. The engineer was able to arrive at our place and he was quick to fix the leaks! Very happy and satisfied with their service.

The engineer came quickly and he was knowledgeable and friendly and had a new thermostat in the van which he fixed and the heating works more economically.

Called Plumbing Force to fix a leak at my daughter's house. She was ill and with an 18 month old baby. Water was shooting out of a damaged pipe. No one tuned up. No call to apologise or to give a reason why. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO USE AGAIN.

I phoned at *am this morning and they told me that a plumber would be round between 9am and 1pm. After 1pm no contact, telephoned and they said there was not a plumber available in the area and they tried calling but left a message on my house phone. I have been in all day and the phone has not rung nor has there been any messages, i also checked with BT and no phone calls or messages were on the line. Bunch of cowboys.

The engineer I called for was on time and very knowledgeable. He only took minutes to get the leaks in the kitchen fixed. I was really surprised with how quick and professional they are. Highly recommend

Didn't do the job they were booked for: I arranged for an engineer to come and install a new Range Duel fuel cooker today. I made it very clear on the call (if you have recorded calls please do check them) that is was duel fuel and checked that the engineer could the electric oven in as well as connect the gas which was confirmed. The engineer has only connected the gas and not the electrics stating “he is not qualified to do so”. This was the services order and instructed to do, fit a gas hob cooker and electric oven. If you were unable to deliver the requested order the job should not have been taken in part. When I explain this to the lady on the phone Tyler she said she would put me on hold and speak to a manager. She came back and said that I would need to email in which there would be two weeks before a reply would be given. Clearly there was a manager available but didn’t not want to take the call. I asked to confirm that I would not be charge until resolved to which I got a rude reply “ well you have gas now so we will charge you for that”. I would not have instructed plumbing force if that had been the case. I will wait and see what reply I get

Martin was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He sorted the issues with our radiators and fixed a leak in our kitchen without hesitation. I felt like I learned something and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

I am very pleased with how they managed to fix our broken boiler in a timely manner. The technician was truly amazing. Will definitely recommend their service.

Time slot 12-3. Left at 3 to do school run. They rand at 11.30am to confirm they can come early. Waited until 3pm then Had phone call at 3.16pm to cancel my appointment at because my contact number apparently does not work however they rang twice throughout the day to confirm my appointment! They said they can try tomorrow instead. Waste of time!! My boiler is currently condemned now have to wAit around even longer with two young children, no heating/hot water and more time of work!!

The best service I had the pleasure of working with. The plumber was on time, polite and professional. The customer service was great as well. Reasonable price. Will hire again if needed.

Failed to turn up. Didn't complete the job. I asked for someone to call. But didn't receive any phone call. Asked them to come out to sort the job as it had not been finished and they failed to turn up again. Was told that no one had logged my request for a engineer. Very poor service

Very satisfied with the service. I've marked the service as good just in case the work doesn't last and I have to call them back under the guarantee. The plumber was delayed getting to me but the office kept me updated with a new time and then the engineer arrived an hour early. The problem was quickly rectified with parts held on the van, tested and the area left clean and tidy. I would definitely use Plumbingforce again.

I phoned up saying I have a blocked toilet. i was charged £85 for them to come out to unblock it. After an hour the engineer tells me that it is unblocked but slow flowing. The first use of the toilet after he had left, it was still blocked..... I phone up to complain and they tell me that I need a drainage engineer, to which I reply then why didn't you send one out? They replied we aren't drainage engineers... So I am out of pocket for £85 and still with a blocked toilet and these cowboys think that's ok... Will never use again and certainly won't recommend

We booked you for gas hob fitting. You didn't turn up just a phone call from you to say you won't becoming then re-booked for next day and what happened you didn't turn up again, what a useless company . Have cancelled my job and have arranged for British Gas to do the work . I work for a multi national company and will post this to all of over 30,000 people .

I am completely satisfied with the advice I received and with the work carried out by David Maxwell, a very pleasant and helpful Plumbingforce Engineer. The servicing of my boiler was far from straight forward, as I had in the past received very poor service from an engineer no longer working in this area. I received a detailed account of what had to be done. Having struggled for two years trying to cope with a very complicated thermostat, it is a great relief to now return to one I can understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbingforce and in awarding them five stars. Anonymous

Update on my previous bad experience with this Company. After they cancelled my Monday appointment I left work early again on Thursday to receive another message saying they had cancelled once more. Phoned "customer services" to be advised this was because they had sacked the engineer the day before and they had no one else to send (I thought they were a large company). They terminated my job as no prospect of having another engineer in near future. I asked about compensation for my loss of earnings and mentioned that it says "satisfaction guaranteed on their website but they said this only applies to work done. They said I should have read the terms and conditions when I booked - I booked on phone and they did not tell me that - as they can cancel. The second woman I spoke to was very rude and uncaring. I had to give my credit card details when I booked and £94 has been blocked on my account (card company say I cannot cancel this and I just have to hope they do not debit it). Have booked with local gas engineer who offered to come out immediately - should have done this originally. She told me not do bother with a review as "savvy" people do not take any notice of them.

Warning - do not use this company. Last Saturday I booked an engineer (by 'phone as Internet down) for Monday 3-6pm. Left work early to find text message cancelling appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for Thursday 3-6pm but I have lost money. I asked if they could prioritise my job for 3pm as I really needed to be somewhere else (that I had cancelled from Monday) and we have water coming through ceiling. I thought they would do this as had let me down - but no. Customer service is non existent.
