Nice engineer, v well mannered, trusted his judgement straight away (an pleased it is only a valve). Looking forward to a nice cheap quote for replacement (which will, of course, assure another 5 star review)! Thanks.

unfortunately I will still have to have further workman as he was unable to clear the cement that had been poured into my drains but he was very polite and helpful.

We had a dishwasher that needed to be connected on a property we are working on, and Nathan Forbes was the engineer assigned to us. He arrived earlier than promised, worked efficiently and carefully - considering the other tem of furniture etc in the kitchen and left the job in a pristine condition. very happy with workmanship and how thoroughly he checked and tested after the installation. I will confidently request him back for other work that needs to be done, which he has kindly advised me about. Zainub Khan - Designer, Chinnor

Phoned at 8.00in morning and the lady phoned back and was very polite & helpful. Engineer would call when on his way ......Blow me he arrived at 10.13am & was finished at 10.35am "yes" a simple (ish) job but showed me what he had done. Was polite, clean & finished with (luckily) no parts replaced this time....I did say I would get the boiler replaced next time as about 10 years old now!!!!? Mr Nathan Forbes (engineer) I dob my hat to you as you have restored my faith in engineers???No blowing thro, teeth or saying job is too big?.......Brilliant ,Brilliant. & Thank you Plumbing Force.

Very happy with my experience today with Plumbing Force. The lady on the phone at first contact was polite & easy to talk to, the plumber was with me within 1.5 hours & he was also polite & friendly, speedy, clean & professional. He also went the extra mile & left my bathroon even cleaner than he found it. Definitely impressed & would not hesitate in reccommending them to friends & family.

Having suffered a fire that had meant damage to the hot water tank I asked for an emergency appointment as we had no water and no central heating. I was told someone would be out between 10 and 1, at 12 o'clock I received a call to say unfortunately the plumber was running late and would be with me between 2 and 6. At 5pm I rang to find out when they would arrive. The person I spoke to could not answer partly because she could not hear most of the conversation because of noise in the background. At5.30 I got a phone call to say their workman would not be attending but could come tomorrow afternoon. GREAT EMERGENCY SERVICE. I now have another night in a hotel, bid not even get an apology

The engeneer who called on 5/4 was excellent and rates 5 star. Unfortunatelly, the receptionist's attitude rates 2 stars. Having moved house I have had a stream of services helping me transform the new house to my liking, some of whom were excellent and a few poor but every receptionist has been good except this one. I asked for my Boilermate to be serviced explaining that it was not an urgent job. I was offered a slot the following morning between 8 am and 12 noon and told that I would receive half an hour notice before an engeener would call. At 11.35 I telephoned to express my concern that nobody had called so far and was told by the receptionist that she would investigate. At exactly 12 noon she telephoned to tell me that the engeneer has been delayed and will not be calling. There was no apology, or any expression of the regret for the inconvenience caused. I pointed out that I did not blame her for the no show which I understood but that I did not understand why I was not told of this when it became obvious that the visit will not be made. Her response was " I am telling you now", that is at the very end of the booked session and after I enquired, all in a terse manner! All she wanted to do was to terminate the conversation. Against my better judgement I booked again for another day at the same time but told her that should this happen again I will be cancelleing the arrangement. At 11 am she called me to tell me that the engineer will not be calling, again without any apologgy or regret but offered to extend the booking to the afternoon session, which I took with the understanding that should this happen again she will be cancelling my arrangement with the firm. When the engineer was leaving I remarked that now that I have signed the work I presumed that the cost will be taken out of my account which he confirmed. When I checked my bank statement it turns out that the cost was taken out at the time of my booking the call out- 4 days before anyone called let alone done the job. I will not be using ,out of choice, this firm again.

Had a disaster with my sons shower yesterday.Basically blocked it with lid from domestic.Panicked and rang Adel plumbers who came in 30 mins .Could not unblock but came back another twice with different ideas and thankfully on third visit it worked,much to my relief.Plumbers were marvellous and didn't rip me off even after 3 visits and knowing how distressed I was!!so a massive Thankyou.My son was relieved they didn't have to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling!

Benenden Heating were brilliant! I called at 4.45pm on Thursday with a faulty boiler. By 5.30pm they had arrived, diagnosed the problem and by 5.45 it was fixed! The service was friendly, helpful and I had a warm bank holiday weekend rather than freezingf. Thank you and very happy customer.

I am writing following some work which was completed at my property yesterday 21/03/2016 at 1530-1700. The fault that I needed an engineer to fix was a toilet that kept running. This was a quick job and should have taken between 30-45 minutes. This took the plumber 90 minutes. The plumber was back and forth to his van numerous times, looking for the part he needed. I was told he didn't have it in his van so he would need to order it and then come back. As he was writing the receipt he found the part he needed then proceeded to fix the fault! Once this was done he spent 10 minutes writing the receipt. I find this is very unfair considering that I ended up paying £230 for a minor job that needed doing. I have spoken to Michelle the relsolutions manager this morning, I was told to put it in writing. I didn't find the response I got very efficient from her or customer focused. I have tried to stop the payment coming out of my bank but understand this had already been done. After reading reviews online I can see that this appears to be a regular occurrence with plumbing force and I do not hold out much hope that my complaint will be taken seriously or resolved in a satisfactory way.

very quick service gas fitter knowledge excellent ibstalled my new gas cooker checked it was working and showed me how to use it left area clean and tidy would recommend them anytime

Engineer arrived within 3hours of my request, as promised and completed the work as requested to my satisfaction. I would have preferred that he changed his shoes and laid his own dust sheets before starting work in my living room

This would have been a Very Good had the guy turned up between 10 and 1 as advised, arriving at just after 4pm with no update unless I chased. Lovely guy and did a good job

Leak repaired as requested. Chap arrived at time stated, didn't mess about, solved the problem , didn't make any mess. He was polite , helpful and I would use the service again if needed.
