“I called Plumbing Force to my boiler which intermittently would fail to ignite. The original appointment was cancelled by them at short notice and re-scheduled. The engineer diagnosed the fault was due to low gas pressure and arranged for Northern Gas to replace the regulator and I was charged £237.60 by Plumbing Force. Whether there was a fault with the regulator or not I do not know, but the problem continued. I arranged a further appointment for Plumbing Force to return but again this was cancelled by them on two further occasions at short notice. Utterly frustrated with Plumbing Force I then called a Vaillant engineer who diagnosed faults internally with the gas valve, spark electrode and burner gasket and following replacement the boiler has continued to work without fault. I complained to Plumbing Force about the cancellation of appointments at short notice and about the poor standard of the engineer who was not familiar with the boiler, could not correctly diagnose the fault and had no relevant parts even if he had. The utter contempt and disregard Plumbing Force then displayed towards me is breath-taking. They did absolutely nothing to address my concerns and simply ignored my complaint even after I wrote personally to the Director. This shows a lack of professionalism and governance that is not acceptable by a company acting in the public service and endorsed by the Gas Safe Register. Having further ignored my request for a letter of deadlock I attempted to complain to the retail ombudsman, but Plumbing Force are not listed under the UtilitiesADR Home Services Providers Membership list which speaks volumes about this company. While I cannot comment on the safety standard of work carried out by Plumbing Force (the engineer actually did nothing other than charge for his time) the disdain shown by this company is appalling and I would urge any customer to keep well away”

“The plumber turned up at the time I was told having requested their help. He was very friendly and efficient at resolving the problem, thoroughly explaining the problem and providing advice for going forward. The charge for fixing the issue was as I was told when calling into PlumbingForce. In the future if I need a plumber I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.”

“Very quick service. Booked at 11am but after waiting all day they told me at 4:30 they would no longer be able to do it that day. Made me first appointment the following day and gave a labour discount. Also checked other bathrooms which was kind. Very efficient and clear despite initial mishap.”

“My tenant contacted me to say the hot water cylinder was leaking and water was coming through the ceiling. There were also two taps that were not in good working order. I contacted at least 3 similar organisations to Plumbingforce to compare prices and Plumbingforce price, though not cheap, offered the best value for money. Plumbingforce were speedy and efficient and the engineer kept me informed at all stages of the job. For example, on examining the job, the engineer let me know how much it would cost before proceeding and whether the parts to carry out the repair were available in-house. Their customer service team was also equally professional. I recommend their service.”

“I need a service that will solve my leak issue under my sink, so I hired this service to fix this problem, got a reply via text that they will come on my home after 20 mins. They came on time, as promised and briefly explained what needed to do to stop the leak. After 30 mins. they solved the issue and give fair price on it. Great Service! They really know what they're doing and was very expert. Thanks for the quick, help. Plumbingforce team. I'll definitely call your service again, if I needed a fix.”
