“Worst service ever. Several visits (charging every time) to find the issue with hot water. Lack of availability to respond to urgencies. We had to chase them every time and they never answered calls. Awful customer service on the phone.”

“Our experience with this company I can only describe as appalling! We were left with a broken boiler, useless new part and a huge bill. We lodged a complaint which was not dealt with despite our numerous e-mails and telephone calls explaining the issue. I hate leaving unfavorable reviews but I do not want other people having to deal with incompetent engineers and terrible customer service. We intend to speak to our bank as we never agreed to the bill, nor signed the paperwork, only the estimate was signed but the money was taken from our account anyway!”

“Having accidental put a screw through an under the floor heating pipe I phoned just after 1pm today for an emergency plumber. I was told that I couldn't get a 1 hour attendance but would get one by 5pm. I agreed to this and was told that I would get a call when an engineer was on the way. At 4.30 I got a call to say that no plumber would get there today and that one would attend tomorrow. I was very annoyed about this and said that had I known there either wouldn't or may not be attendance today I would have called another plumber at the time. I am very disappointed and feel let down. What is stated on your website has not been achieved and is a misrepresentation of what you advertise.”

“I can't review the work.they actually do because the engineer never turned up. booked between 9 and 1, he rang at 1245 to say he would be between 1 and 4 and he never called again not professional at all”

“Dave Maxwell has just completed the job of repairing a leak he was quick to diagnose the problem and talked me through what he was doing. He was very polite and easy to deal with and advised on other matters that were very helpful. I would recommend the Engineer again. I was disappointed that he did not attend within the 3 hour response time that was stipulated when I booked the job but a good result overall thanks”

“Dave Maxwell has just finished working at my property. He replaced my tap with minimum fuss and was very personable. He also explained what had happened to cause the damage and took time out to ensure everything was working correctly after finishing. A really nice guy and a credit to the company. “Martin Crook provided a great service. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen cold water supply. After being let down by two national firms, I called PlumbingForce. Martin was there within five hours (a bit later than planned, but he phoned to say that he would be late, which is fine). He did the job in half an hour, with no fuss or problems at all. He was really efficient, very friendly and not phased by the four dogs who came to greet him. He is going to send us a quote for some further, unrelated work that needs doing; we will definitely use PlumbingForce again. The first plumbing company I called was Rightio. They sent out a plumber who arrived at 6pm, said that the work would take 2-4 hours but that he finished work at 7pm, and then said that he was not competent to do the job, anyway, since he was principally a gas engineer. Then I called Able Group, who are unbelievably expensive and said that they would send someone between 8am and midday the next day. No-one arrived. I phoned at midday and was told that actually they did not have anyone available, and so nobody was coming. PlumbingForce charged less than half the amount that Able Group would have charged. I would recommend them really highly.”

“Brilliant. Very fair. Knew what they were talking about. We had two guys here within 2 hours. Would defiantly call Plumbing force again. Chris and Gary were most helpful.”

“The plumber was very polite and knew what the problem was , however, the cost for repair was 10 times more then anywhere else, the part was around 200£ but this company gave estimate of 1800£ .”

“Having arrived 15 minutes early, the plumber fitted a time clock in a house with a non English speaker. He didn't have the sense to see that the system worked or wait for the English speaker to arrive. We then had to have someone else in to finish the job.”

“What a great service! Everything happened exactly as we were told it would. We received a call from the engineer one hour in advance of his arrival. He was on time, friendly, worked quickly and tidied up. All done in just under an hour! Fantastic. I would recommend and definitely use again.”
