Shocking company, visited our property 2 hours late on a Friday for an emergency leak, told us they needed to order a specialist part and would be back, despite 4 calls to their office over the next 2 days we have not had a return visit or a phone call from them, we managed to get an independent plumber out on the Tuesday who fixed the leak immediately, he was with us for half an hour and the problem was solved, Plumbingforce never came back to me, that was 3 weeks ago, absolute cowboys

We were charged £167 for a flexible gas pipe a piece of chain, + we have already paid £140 for the first hour. I would not recommend them to anyone, I will not be using them again.

Rang on behalf of my 80 year old mother. Very prompt service. Engineer arrived (James), he was extremely helpful and honest. Explained everything to myself and my mother. New boiler had to ordered which he did that afternoon. Arrived at 9am fitted a new boiler. All completed by 2 30. James was very kind, polite and pleasure to have working in her home. Recommend James to anyone. Thanks for a fabulous service.

Don't trust this company what so ever(CHECK RECENT GOOGLE REVIEWS THAT SHOWS HOW BAD THEY ARE AS UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T). Booked a cooker installation and was wary because of up front credit card details given up front. The installer arrived and claimed he would not be able to do it and just sat outside in his van(probably thinking great I got paid for doing no work). Highly suspicious because the old cooker was in the same place and got a landlords gas certificates every year I called another gas engineer who was able to fit me in between jobs within the hour and fitted the cooker with no issues and a landlords gas certificate for £95 including gas pipe. Plumbing force had already charged me £144 and any parts would have been on top. They refused to give a refund even after clear evidence there was no reason to refuse to install the cooker. They charge the earth and when clearly there should give a refund they will use the poorest excuses not to. Stay well away as if there's a problem that's there own fault they will never accept responsibility and you will never get your money back.

Overcharged my elderly mum aged 75 who is on her own. Charged her £504 to connect and oven and hob. Ripped her off as could tell she is vulnerable and assume she is loaded. She didn’t understand what she was agreeing to either. Not made clear. Complaining to the ombudsman if they do not sort the situation.

Dear Sir / Madam. Before I contacted you for an engineer to replace my divertor valve as it appeared to not be working correctly. After failing to turn up on numerous occasions , you still charged me for the engineer NOT turning up.?? I still hoped to get it replaced. So we waited and contacted your service centre for another attendance. After your final attendance and attempting to change the valve I find that to date you have charged me £400 and I am now worse off , after your repair ???? I now have no hot water. I haven't had time to see if the heating works yet ! I have contacted another company in the hope they know how to deal with a Viessmann condenser boiler. I feel you have over charged me for the service I have received. They did reply to my message 😔 But alas it basically said tough.

Worst service ever. Stay away from them. Their engineer spends more time than needed on site and you will receive a huge bill and your card will be automatically charged for their incompetence. When reaching out to their customer care, they are very agressive in their tone. I am really surprised this company is even functioning.

The worst service ever. The worst company and customer service. We called the engineer to come and to fix the problem, not to perform a routine inspection. They that the engineer called Ben did not find any problems to fix and the system met manufacturer‘s standard. We are not sure how he missed that the main boiler does not control tap water temperature. It is pretty clear, when one presses tap water button on the boiler, the “Non applicable” message appears straight away on the main panel. The suggestion that very hot water is a result of both immersion and main boilers working together and as a result heating the water twice perhaps could have has some credibility. But, say if the main boiler heated the water up to 60 C, and the immersion boiler also heated the water to 60 C, all in temperature would still be 60 C and not 120 C. To us it is pretty obvious now the issue is with thermostat. We paid £120 and asked the company to come back to fix the problem. They have refused and said only if we pay again the engineer will come. Its the worst experience I had in my life. Even 1star is TOO much for them. Read the reviews and don’t waste your money

WARNING! DON'T USE! I was told this morning that I was paying for a premium service with professional engineers. Job number 424868 - Paul From the start he was not friendly and moaned. Tried to upsell new boiler straight away! I had asked on the phone for an engineer to set up a Tado thermostat and fit valves to 5 radiators and possibly fit (plumb) another radiator. Which I was prepared to pay a premium for! I was told that would be fine... I showed him the jobs and the valves. The thermostat had been fitted but I had an issue overnight as the boiler over pressurised. (My fault as left valve on) I had disconnected the thermostat and switched everything off prior to his visit. As we talked I asked if he did a lot of tado systems. To my surprise he said never and this was the first! He set to work and spent a lot of time muttering. It took 25 min to wire 4 wires to the board! He then took out the wires from the controller and fiddled around trying to turn on and off before the units even conected with the WiFi controller. At the same time he complained about the daytime TV in background so I put radio 4 on. There were then homophobic remarks. MY SON IS GAY!! Throughout he swears repetedly. I asked about how long the other jobs would take and he said what other jobs! He then said he did not see all the valves next to him that shown him and also pointed out rooms and radiators. He said he did not know about them. Back to thermostat. I pointed out that you need to wait for the light to stop flashing and it is then connected before using the thermostat. His comment was your an engineer are you. Actually I was! I now work for aftersales for a leading retailer for windows decor.. In the last 6 years a have never ever had a customer complaint regarding bad language/homophobic comment/ or lack of customer care. I called y Plumbingforce department and complained while he was still at the property and said I was not happy and was going to ask him to leave and was put on hold. While they spoke to a manager. I was later told there were no managers present???? They said they would call me back... I went back in house and he was still no further forward and had wired 4 wires disconnected 4 and reconnect 4 despite being given the wiring diagram twice and him saying don't look at them put it in bin? I asked him to leave. He packed up and said I will just make it safe. I have pictures...no cover and totally exposed. SAFE NOOOOO! On way out I said is this what you consider to be safe? He said do you want me to put cover on? I said no get out of my property! Overall the worst experience I have ever had and I will be going all over trust pilot and as many other media outlets with pictures him his van and of how he left the boiler . His homophobic comments and un professional behaviour. Very very upset Email complaints procedure followed. Case was closed with no reply! PLEASE THINK AGAIN BEFORE YOU CALL !

Very expensive, failed to keep their warranty arrangements for unsatisfactory work and tried to extort more money for work they should have completed the first time.

AVOID -Extortion Tactics We contacted Pumbingforce (Now Homesolutions4u Ltd) when the boiler wouldn't switch back on after a planned power cut in the area. We were charged for 2 and a half hours (Hourly rate of £99) for 'investigation' which included reading the manual, phoning colleagues, checking the meter reading, alarms in the house, even the outside water tap got some attention! They couldn't fix the boiler, instead quoted another £500 if we wanted it fixed! The time spent/ invoice was clearly extorted for more money, so we went elsewhere (Hometree) their engineer took 30 mins to investigate, ordered the part and it was fixed a few days later, all for less then Plumbingforce investigation invoice. I have contact PF customer service regarding the investigation/extortion tactics and if their engineer was even qualified as it took 2.5 hours, reading the manual and calling colleagues (All of this is stated in the invoice!)! before the fault was found, they stated the engineer had been qualified for 15 years! they also stated the price is the price, and I quote 'you were never informed by us that we claim to be cheaper'. Don't be ripped off people, avoid this company!!

Don't even deserve the 1 star. They have charged for an abortive fee and refuse to refund it even though they did not comply with the notice period they stated on point of booking. This was following then not turning up to 2 previously advised times.

Learn more Lucy Brabham 2 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Will rob you blind and trap you into terms you weren't made aware of Do not give your card details to these people!! absolute cowboys. This company makes their money from call out fees on jobs that they know they can't complete. The plumber himself told me they can only fit 3 out of 10 hobs they attend. I was not offered the opportunity to check the measurements to see if the hob is safety compliant prior to the visit. This is something they should have told me about prior to coming. As I am not a gas engineer, this is the responsibility of the company to check before wasting other peoples time and money. But of course, that way they would not receive their £120 per 'customer' who enquires. Plumber arrived late, not in uniform, no shred of professional demeanor. He told me he could not fit my cooker due to a number of safety concerns. He did not offer any solution other than to pay someone else to do it who "might turn a blind eye". I booked what I thought would be a simple service, and of course I want to abide by safety regulations, however I was not prepared to pay £120 to be told something they could have told me over the phone. Save yourself the trouble and don't took this company, especially if you are a young disabled council tenant who had waited a month without a cooker to be able to afford this. Heartless company

I have had a very poor experience with this company, so my advice to you, is find someone else. I ended up spending close to £3000 for then to fix a straightforward water leak. Internet scammers would struggle to keep up with these guys. The choice is yours
