Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I ordered a pool liner on 5/12. I paid for their 'Rush Processing' that they offered so the pool liner would be shipped early. Their site list that "Most of our liners ship within 5-7 days, even during the busiest time of the Summer" . Now 12 days later (8 business days) there still is no shipment of a pool liner that they claimed was in stock. Their support consist of only using their online ticket forum where again I have been getting inconsistent advise in terms of shipping. Rae advised of 5-7 days, Rodrigo advised of 1-2 days. Still no item has been shipped. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use PoolDeals.com. Not only will you not get what you ordered but the service is extremely terrible! ----- Response from the owner: You were notified that your credit card declined. We can not ship until we can get a valid credit card. I see a response from the owner ----- My credit card was never declined. ------ So Pool Deals puts up some bogus response that my credit card was declined to try to turn their bad service back on the customer, how pitiful. After 12 days of no item being shipped I had to dispute the credit card charge with my credit card company to reverse the charge, which they did. Pool Deals had 45 days to show proof of shipment and delivery of the item to dispute the credit card reversal and they did not.

I bought a new pool hose, vacuum head and pole from Pool Deals 22 MAY 2020 paid for then did nor receive until 18 JUN 2020, when attempted to use the hose would not stay on vacuum head, I have had a similar setup for the last 15 years and never had an issue where the vacuum hose did not stay on. Pool Deals "Albert Honeycutt" try to tell me the pool pump can't have enough vacuum and that's reason they the hose doesn't stay on and I called BS, he then stated "Your next step if your pump won't keep it together is to get a band clamp" I will not be purchasing anything any more from PoolDeals.com

Rather than to put a very long story here I will just say STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS RINKY DINK COMPANY. WORST ONLINE PURCHASE I EVER MADE AND THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL!!

Horrible experience if it let me select zero stars I would have. I ordered pool stairs on 5/24/2020 and paid the extra fee to expedite the order. 2 weeks went by and nothing. It has now been 5 weeks. I have been charged and have not received the item. They don’t answer calls only online chats to which they respond “this is a non returnable purchase and I agreed to there terms and conditions” I did not agree to pay for something I did not receive but they don’t seem to care and will not refund my purchase that was never received

Horrible experience. Took over a month just to find out the liner was outta stock. Very slow in responding to emails. Even received a fake fedex tracking number.

If I could give this company negative stars I would! I ordered pool stairs on 5/28 and never received my order. I called about two weeks after I placed my order and they said their customer support was working from home and to fill out an online support ticket which would be answered within two days. Here we are another two weeks out and I still have no response from them. Now when i go to the website to check my order status it says my order/email doesn’t exist! It existed when they took my 250 buck though! I am putting in a claim with my bank for a refund and will report this scam artist to better business. Please don’t be fooled, the website looks professional but they are scam artists! Wish i had read the other reviews before I ordered from them!

Terrible customer service!!! You can’t even get someone to answer the phone. Everything shipped at different times I was not provided with enough materials. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company I wish I would have.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered a liner on may 25th and still has not been shipped. Their call center is closed so you are forced to email them through their trouble ticket system which has 2 or 3 days between replies. My package "will be shipped in 3-5 days" 5 times now. Their only answer is covid19 has backed them up and we can wait or cancel the order. Well the rest of the world is functioning with shipping products so I dont know why there is a month delay with this company and why is every email say it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Terrible. Would never reccomend this place if it was the last pool store in business.

This company is awful to deal with. Also doing business as Pool Zone. No response from anyone for almost two weeks. I ordered my pool liner a month ago and never got it. I asked them just to cancel it because I waited the time allotted plus extra time for COVID-19. On their phone recording and website says all orders are shipping on time. Someone finally emailed me and said they would cancel my order. Yesterday the pool liner arrived at my house. It was wrote on the box customer refused but they sent it anyway. Then they didn’t even send what I ordered but told me it will still work. That’s not the point! I Didn’t order what they sent me. They told me all sales are final and won’t take it back or refund my money. This company has 85 Better Business Bureau cases against them. Do yourself a favor and pass this company up next time!

I ordered a pool pad on 5/21/2020. Their website said most items ship in 48 hours. I even paid an additional $2.99 for rush processing. 10 days later I opened a help ticket to check status on my order. They replied the next day stating there was a delay and it should ship in 1-3 days. They also said I could attempt to cancel the order. I requested to cancel the order. I promptly received an email stating my reply was noted. I waited another 4 days. The order had still not shipped and I hadn't received confirmation of my cancelation. I requested to cancel a 2nd time. 3 days later I received an email stating they would put in a cancelation request but it generally takes 3-7 days. 6 days after my 2nd request to cancel I received a reply to my help ticket. Unfortunately, I was unable to log into the help ticket to see the response. I had to open a help ticket requesting help to view my previous help ticket. 28 days after my order was placed they responded by saying my order had shipped and gave me a FedEx tracking number. I was unable to install my new liner with out the liner pad. It was obvious from other reviews that I would get the run around from pooldeals.com so during the process of trying to cancel my order I ordered a simialr pad off of ebay and received it in 2 days. You will see my experience is pretty similar to many other pooldeals.com customers.

Worst customer service, don’t purchase from this company, I had to file a claim through my bank when this company never returned any of calls/emails, but still charged my card right away. Mind You I also paid extra to get my ordered expedited. STAY AWAY!!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ZERO stars! I place an order on May 18th. With the promise (from their website) or 3 to 5 days to ship. May 19th, my money was gone from my account. By May 26th, I heard absolutely nothing from this company. Due to COVID and a holiday weekend, I gave some grace. By June 2nd, I had been sending 'tickets' (cause you cant get a person on the phone) June 5th, I said cancel my order June 6th I get a 'supposed' tracking number June 6th, 7th, 8th and so on... I continue to send correspondence to cancel my order. June 13th (or 14th) I received an email that says this; Please note that sending another ticket or response will delay your response from our support staff as we answer tickets by the date and time of your last response to the ticket. Tickets that have not had any activity the longest get answered first. Sending multiple tickets or responses will actually delay your response from us (not speed it up) pushing your ticket to the back of the queue. So allow 2 full business days from your last ticket response for us to get back to you. If you message us everyday before hearing from us first, you could be waiting quite a long time as you are pushing your support request to the end of the support ticket queue, and restarting the wait time.  Today is June 15th. FedEx has no shipment for me, which I dont want anyway. These people send me a response, that says, they will TRY to cancel my order, but it's not likely. (Not in those words, but pretty dang close) They sent a link to look at their cancellation policy. Which says "we are generally not able to cancel an order" and IF they can cancel it there will be a 10% cancelation fee. And if they actually do send the product, and you refuse shipment, they consider that shipped, and you can not get a refund at all! Just to compare.. I ordered the same product from a different company. That was on June 5th. They used FedEx, and the product was here on June 8th. This is NOT a shipping issue, this was not a card declined issue. This is a scam company, who has a d to f rating on the BBB. Has more bad reviews on google than any company I've EVER seen. I wish I had check reviews first!

The only reason they got one star was because I couldn’t choose zero I ordered a solar cover on March 21, 2020. Today is June 13, and still no cover or even an update. They are blaming it on Covid because it has to be specially made, it’s an average dimensions it should be already cut to size and able to be shipped for chrissake. I ordered a brand new camper on February 14 and got it last week, that’s a dang camper. When I told them I wanted a refund and to cancel my order the response was you will receive an email in 3 to 7 business days. Today is day 16 no response so I emailed them and they have the nerve to say, “We’re sorry for the slow response due to COVID-19 we will send another request to the manufacture. What the hell does the manufacturer have to do with anything give me my damn Refund for Christ’s sake. Do not purchase anything from this company poor poor poor The owner should be ashamed of himself/herself and will NOT call you as requested. Disgusted

DON'T ORDER FORM THEM!!!! Placed an order for a liner and a liner shield on May 25th. No response as of this writing other than to take my payment from my account as soon as order was placed! Cannot contact them - will not answer phone calls or let my questions go through to their so called "Customer service". Have spoken to Better Business Bureau and learned too late that they have a rating of F on a scale of A to F! Now have to deal with bank and try to get my money back! Sad how people take advantage of (Scam) others for their benefit!! Pathetic!! So, here we sit, with a pool we can't use and Grandchildren and Great Grandson not understanding why our pool isn't open!! First time I've ever had to deal with a so-called "Company" like this! Horrible Experience!!!

Awful people, they are rude and all they want is your money. They charged my card, then never shipped out my cover. I had to dispute the charge. To make matters worse, I left negative feedback. They responded to it saying my card was declined that was why I'm mad. Aholes!!!! Beware!!!!!

I would give zero but couldn't! I ordered a solar cover, never received it after 8 weeks. I inquired with company, it was lost in transit. They couldn't send me new one until halfway into season, so I said I didn't want it. They said it will cost me 10% to cancel order, or I could send it back? I didn't receive it, how can I send it back? I shouldn't be charged on their mistake? They said it will cost me fee to cancel order?? DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! STILL HAVENT RECEIVED REFUND!
