Not a great start, as our product showed that it was in stock when we ordered it but the next day I received a call to say it was out of stock and would take up to 2 weeks to be received in the depot and then a further 3 days to reach me. I have not received the product as yet, so can not comment further. However its not a great start to the experience,

Hi Carl, I am so sorry that we have been unable to fulfil your order on this occasion. Unfortunately as our website allows for pre orders, products will always be available to buy even when no in stock as they are purchased on a pre order basis.The item itself doesnt actually show as in stock on the website unless there is a quantity of the stock amount showing against it. Please see section 3 of our T's & C's below to be fully advised of how our order process works: 3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email and you may also receive a call or email from one of our advisers. We will call regarding stock availability if the items is not available and advise when the item will return to stock, payment and to discuss delivery details and times which would be the most suitable for youself. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of order and our acceptance (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies) we will e-mail you to advise of the change. You will then have to resubmit your order. Only credit and debit cards are accepted as payment via this site. Gift vouchers and credit notes not accepted. Although the team are very helpful, the stroller itself is no true reflection on its picture! Ordered a black reflex stroller to receive a black & grey stroller. No true reflection of photo at all.

Hi Danielle, I am so sorry that you have been unhappy with your stroller. The images on our website are provided by Silver Cross and are used throughout all other Silver Cross retailers. Payment taken, 9 days later the item hadn't arrived. Chased and the item is out of stock & no delivery is expected for two weeks. Very disappointing!

Shocking customer service. Charged me for the item without dispatching it. I had to chase them to find out what was happening to be told it was out of stock and not expected for a further 2 weeks. No reply to my following emails; so requested full refund and cancellation. Again, to no reply. Very disappointing.

Worst service I've experienced, I went to order some car seat adaptors and I put all my payment details in and confirmed my order, all went through fine and the £21 was taken from my bank account but I hadn't received a confirmation email so I phoned them and they said my card had been rejected because it wasn't 3d secure even though they had taken the £21 out of my account, they have said the money is due to go back into my account but I am yet to receive it!! I question if my card had been rejected how did they manage to take money from my account and why didn't I receive an email and why haven't I been refunded, do not buy from this website!!!!!!

Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to review ourselves.I understand you concerns, I am extremely sorry that you have not received the best experience when ordering from our site. Unfortunately we you order from our site your card must be 3D secure, this is a small password that you provide at the very end of the payment, this is due to our security levels being increased to protect both yourself and our self as a company against fraudulent activity. When your order was placed your bank authorised the payment and released them from your account however as your card was not 3D secure our bank rejected the payment. Your funds never reached our account and were pending to be returned to your account Via your bank this can take 3-5 working days to be processed by your bank ( this time scale depends on who you bank with ). if you have a PayPal account you are able to complete the order without having a 3D secure card. I am extremely sorry again for any inconvenience caused by this. Not sure how Pram centre actually gets as much business as its service is a complete joke. With only a couple of weeks left until my due date the stress of this company messing me about is the last thing I need. I ordered furniture on 10th March with a delivery time of 3-5 weeks to be then told my order was lost in printing 3 weeks later and that it would be ordered that date then when I advised the company I wasn't happy I was told that wasn't the case my order hadn't been lost and was indeed placed on 10th of March and I would in fact receive within the 5 week timescale, surprise surprise 6 weeks after ordering I still don't have the furniture to then email a few times to get no reply so I called today to be told it's actually 8-10 weeks delivery on my items and that I ONLY have another 4 weeks to wait!! Eh yeah that's correct but my baby will be here before then and if this was the case I wouldn't have made the order. At no point within the last 6 weeks or when making the order online was I ever told that it was 8-10 weeks and still now it shows online in red writing 3-5 weeks delivery! I can order direct from boori with a 5 week wait so why are you telling me 8-10 weeks? Now 6 weeks down the line I am back to square 1 with no furniture and my baby will be here in the next couple of weeks!!!and the Pram centre don't seem to care.. I will never use the Pram centre ever again and will make sure no one I know ever uses them either.

Don't know how good this twin buggies is because they have none in stock!! Don't even have any of the 12 colours available. have to wait 3 weeks for it. Why advertise when you have none? Very poor pram centre!

Never will order from this website again. They don't have item in stock but on the website it shows as in stock. I ordered and paid via PayPal , still waiting refund. Called a lots of times to customer service, no action

Told there was no stock after taking payment, no alternatives and refund offered. What a shambles. Ordered same item from different retailer on same day and received next day!

Order placed on Sunday 13th March. No communication from Pram Centre until I chased order on Saturday 19th March. I then received an order confirmation but no explanation as to what the delay was. I e-mailed customer service to ask why and only received a reply to say it would be looked into, no further correspondence. If you place an order with pram centre be sure to phone and chase it up otherwise you might never get it

I ordered 6 days ago. I emailed two days ago asking when I was likely to receive item and got no response. I called today to be told it wasn't in stock and that the 'girls' had left a message on my mobile phone to say it would be about three weeks. As I have no messaging service this isn't possible and there is no record of a missed call. It's a piece of kit I needed and I feel let down - and, worse, lied to. If it's not in stock don't put it on the the website as available. Won't be coming back again.

Hi Sharon, I am so sorry that you have not yet received your car seat. Your order was places on Saturday 12/3/16 and your parcel dispatched from our store on Monday 14/3/16 to be with you on the following working day. However upon tracking your order I can see that the delivery was cancelled and your parcel has been held at your local depot as a delivery has been requested to go ahead on 18/3/16 instead. This has been due to your parcel being labelled with the wrong address. Again I am so sorry for the delay on getting your car seat to you and hope that your little one enjoys it when it arrives. Ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat. Received email confirmation of order, Took full payment then got a phone call the next day to say it's out of stock! would need to wait 2-3 weeks. Doesn't state this on the website.

Ordered Venicci travel system online as it stated it was in stock. Received a phone call the next day to tell me the travel system wasn't actually in stock, and it would take approx 6 weeks for delivery. We were unable to wait this long as our baby girl had arrived 7 & a half weeks early. Pram Centre had already taken payment of £499.00 from my account and I was told it would take 3-5 working days for the amount to be refunded back to my account...thus delaying us in buying travel system elsewhere and delaying bringing our daughter home as had to wait for car seat. This was our first experience with Pram Centre, and we were not impressed.

Please see the link provided below to the product you purchased from us which you will see is showing as on a pre order for between 6-8 weeks upon the selection of your chassis. The whole venicci range has been on a pre order since January 2016 on our website as all new orders take this time to reach us due to such high demand of this travel system http://www.pramcentre.co.uk/venicci-vento-3in1-travel-system/32001?product_id=32001&choice_ids%5B10%5D=5803&choice_ids%5B3%5D=1937. With regards to your refund, the fund leave our account as soon as we request for a refund to take place, however it is then up to you bank to authorise the funds to enter your account which is where it can take 3-5 working days, this is an average time scale and most banks generally allow the process to take place within 24hrs. Ordered the bonito bebe feed me high chair. Terrible quality and when put together was faulty and felt unstable. Contacted customer services through the live chat which was quick and easy to use. They agreed to arrange for pick up. Was told i will not receive a refund until it has been assessed for fault. Paid 5.99 for delivery to me but was told i will have 7.99 deducted out of refund to collect! When they were due to collect no text was sent with timeslot like upon delivery and i waited in all day. Despite this i got a consignment note shoved through my letter box with no instruction as to what to do next. I am still awaiting them to pick up this piece of rubbish! Would not recommend the product or pram centre. Wont be ordering online again. Update: after several emails and phone calls i still have not had the high chair picked up and still do not have the funds back to buy another high chair. I would not recommend using pram centre. Terrible product terrible service.

I would like to help you out with this matter by taking the collection up with our courier service. Although they are not employees of Pram Centre they represent our company when making deliveries and collections and it is not acceptable to let our customers down. We expect stand out service from all of our Staff members and representatives. Please be assured that I will contact them first thing tomorrow morning to have this rectified and collected from you! unfortunately I am unable to contact them at this minute as their offices close at 5pm. I can confirm that the £7.99 fee that you refer to will only be deducted from your refund if when the product is inspected it is found to be fit for purpose. Again the fee that is applied it not by us but by our courier service to cover the cost of sending the item back to us. However as you have advised that it is faulty when we inspect the item we will let you know what we find and what the outcome of your refund will be. I ordered a travel cot and had not heard anything with regards to my item and I wanted to check when it would be delivered, so I contacted the live chat on the website and spoke to an advisor. I was told that the item was discontinued and that someone had already contacted me to tell me this. Obviously nobody had bothered to contact me to tell me this, that's why I was inquiring in the first place, and if someone so called contacted me why was the advisor telling me that they are going to process a refund for my order when I contacted them and not before when they claimed they contacted me to tell me it was out of stock? I'm disappointed at being lied to, I'm awaiting my refund now.

I can confirm after checking our system that you where contacted via mobile ending 482 at 14.04pm on 25/02/2016 to be advised of the item being out of stock and now discontinued. The reason that the refund was not processed upon leaving your message is because we like to give the option to change to another product or another colour before cancelling the order and when a message is left we await further instruction from out customers. Not happy at all. Stayed at home waiting for delivery. Driver went to wrong door. Waiting for customer service to answer. Takes ages. Not happy at all. Never again. And will tell everyone to stay away from this company.
