Worst service ever! They made a huge mess with the documents we sent, never responded to emails and weren't available by phone most of the time. Our case handler also lied to me at times to hide her incompetence. The buyer's solicitor even had to ask our case handler to start reading their emails properly, when after 3 months PPL had managed to respond to about 10 enquires. I had to do the entire work myself and after all this immense stress they sent us an email telling us that they won't represent us anymore because they can't do us justice! Shocking and every so stressful being dropped mid transaction. Don't use them!

Shocking. Never return calls do the bare minimum when replying to other solicitor. Be prepared to do most of the chasing yourself. The worst solicitors I’ve ever have had the misfortune to use. Avoid at all cost

PPL are being used by our buyers. They've been horrendously slow. Their IT system has wasted 3 weeks by not actually sending anything. Our chain is now 2 weeks away from collapsing and it's still takes them 5 days to review trivial enquiries - some of which they can Google themselves. We're likely to lose our dream house and no longer be able to move because of them. Hopefully they pick this up and then care enough to get it over the line, but I doubt it. It's a closed chain above and our house is a 4 year old new build. How can it take 16 weeks and still not be ready?!

I'm so glad I sacked PPL. Strike had referred both my buyer and me to them and sold the service as super quick compared to other firms, would be easy and done within 8 weeks. Total lies and deceit and really disappointed in Strike for referring us to PPL. PPL when they were my solicitors were totally incompetent, going away for weeks at a time on annual leave with no handover, delays, leaving email chains going dead for ages. Never available on the phone, you get put through to admin receptionists who are incredibly rude and have no idea about your case. I couldn't get any form of intelligent answer or update from PPL. The 5* reviews are absolutely baffling because they're a total contrast to the reality of all the 1* reviews - I resonate so much with all the 1* reviews that I read - it's incredibly stressful, the service is awful and PPL fundamentally have a huge operational problem. Thankfully I saw sense and sacked my PPL 'conveyancer' (not a qualified solicitor) - and went with a proper solicitors local to me - best decision ever. We still had to work with the seller however and their PPL conveyancer. They're asking round after round of pointless enquiries, providing no help or protection to the buyer, their demands are just unbelievable and my professional new solicitor with 25 years of experience has commented how unbelievably incompetent PPL are and showing their lack of knowledge and expertise. PPL are just incapable of processing basic information, their internal processes and tickbox exercise cause complete strain and stress. To sum this up - I sold my property in February, it's now October and we'll still here. The whole sale was unchained, mortgage secured ages ago - the delays are purely down to PPL's incompetence and slowness to be able to progress anything. They're genuinely an awful company to work with, if I had used a proper solicitor from the start, and the buyer too we would have completed months ago. I would say about 4 - 5 months out of the 8 month sale is down to PPL delaying and wasting time, with about 3 months of actual normal progress. Please - never use this company, I've reported them to watchdog because their lies and deceit to get you in are not ethical, they're an awful company with awful service and the leadership should all be sacked running a company like this. Seriously - if I ever see anybody in my property chains again has PPL I'll be swiftly leaving that chain. I read so many reviews about PPL holding up entire chains for pointless enquiries and delays. DO NOT USE EVER.

HORRIFIC service - please do not be fooled and coerced by Strike to use this company. I instructed PPL 208 days ago to purchase a flat and we are no where near completing. Despite missing numerous scheduled calls, complaints to management about their attitude and lack of urgency, my conveyancer is now impossible to get a hold of and their extension is out of use. Daily, the seller and I contact Strike, begging them to speak to PPL on our behalf and chase an update. They are charging astronomical fees for a dormant, delayed and disgusting service. We are contacting the ombudsman about their behaviour which has put the chain in jeopardy. Do not use PPL, nor the services of Jacqueline Nixon and Mo Amin.

These are the worst solicitors I ever dealt with. We are the sellers of our property and the buyers are using these solicitors for their transaction. They do not respond by email at all and have only responded by post like we were in the 1940's. It's come to a point where everyone including the buyer's and rest of the chain have exhausted all their due diligence and duties but the buyer's solicitors won't respond. They won't respond to calls, emails, or post. They haven't gotten back to our solicitor in over 4 weeks. It's causing so much stress for all who is involved. If you want to keep your sanity do not use premier property lawyers.

DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company were acting on behalf of the person we bought a property from. We had issues with their client leaving a skip amount of rubbish and furniture in the property despite being in a contract to remove all. Premier Property did not advise their client to remove it despite being a legal requirement. They also sent an email that was meant for their client to our solicitors which was about us and the situation with the rubbish!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL

Serious delays on sending/responding/actioning enquiries on a shared ownership sale with no lower or upper chain has now put the sale in serious doubt. The conveyancer takes around 3 weeks to answer any queries and is virtually impossible to contact via telephone. Even after this has been escalated to senior management there has still been no positive movement or contact. Avoid using if at all possible.

Premier Property Lawyers were great in the buying/selling of properties recently. We had a specific Conveyancer assigned to us who took the time to explain things to us and was happy to answer our questions. He was more then happy to raise issues and concerns with the solicitors of our vendor and buyer and worked to get things resolved quickly. They use an online customer portal which we really liked as we could see what was happening and whether or not we needed to action anything. All in all a fantastic service which we would highly recommend.

If I could give them no stars I would. Was recommended these through strike estate agents as they trade under the name strike conveyancing. I was told it would be really easy and smooth and would go faster than other firms. We are now nearly 4 months in. My conveyancer never answers my calls or emails and gives updates weeks overdue. My deal is about to fall through because of my conveyancers ineptitude. They don't update their clients, they don't update their vendors. There is no direct way to contact my conveyancer- the email address is a communal Inbox and I have no direct line for her. The seller is literally about to back out and my conveyancer decides that now is a great time for when take annual leave without informing us of that fact. Stay away from this ridiculous company. They will not try to to help you. The actual worst stress I have ever experienced in my life

Don’t use these clowns, you will waste your time and money. Because of their incompetence we are going to lose the purchase so will other people on the chain. Can’t get through the conveyancer. Have to complain multiple times to get answer from them. Even then the response is same as the last time, I have to do most works myself as the conveyancer is useless. If you ring the office you will be speaking to customer service agent who have no idea what’s going on. My mortgage offer expires in 3 weeks and no news of any exchange date. The conveyancer is taking their time doing simple jobs and says it will be done when it’s done. DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STARS REVIEW on Google, if you scroll the reviews u will see they have either 5 stars or 1 stars. No 3 stars or 4 stars. They are paying companies to write them a good reviews. Stay away from them.

I was the buyer of a property and the sellers were using PPL as their conveyancer. Shocking communication, organisation and so slow to deal with.

PPL were recommended to me by my mortgage broker, having never had a solicitor before, I didn’t know any better, 15 months I have been trying to buy my house, my first home, it’s a right to buy, there’s no chain, everything has been done, all surveys, etc they keep coming up with more unnecessary queries, which I have been advised are not actually needed. I have had two mortgage offers due to the amount of time it has taken, i have four weeks left before this current mortgage offer expires due to the rise in interest rates now I cannot afford a third mortgage offer and I am going to lose my home, unless a miracle happens, devastating absolutely the most horrendous experience of my life. Everyday I email and call and I get nothing back.
