Absolutely appalling. Lack of communication, terrible lack of accuracy (with legal documentation!) have turned a simple cash purchase into an odyssey of months.

If I could give no stars I would, absolute useless. Read all the reviews, we can't all be wrong. Stay well clear, use a local solicitor who you can actually speak to. They are in partnership with L and C for a reason as they would not get any business on their own merit.

I suspect this organisation employs school leavers to do the work as they do not understand the process or documentation put before them. NEVER use them to purchase or sell a flat or a leasehold house - they honestly do not understand the deeds. I had to send them a picture of a maisonette so that they could get a grasp of what one was! If you think they are less expensive, think again! Add on to your costs additional rent that you will pay while you wait!!!

I’ve been dealing with premier property lawyers in the purchase of a property which has no chain my side of the seller side. I was recommended PPL by my broker. PPL can’t even be bothered to answer my emails asking for an explanation as to why it’s taken them so long to process my application. It’s been nearly 3/4 of a year and I am working with the most ignorant, lazy and incompetent organisation I have ever dealt with. As an example I recently asked my conveyancer to explain the additional charges quoted on a financial draft that has been added to the initial estimate. I have asked this question now on 3 separate occasions. My conveyancer Steve Milne continues to ignores my questions. Am I asking too much here?

Simple purchase from someone advised (because of kickback for referral) to go with PPL.if your with purple bricks you will find out they are the same group... took us 3 months to get list of fixtures and fittings, then 6 week shutdown because of a computer hack on their terrible system. Now a further month in delays on exchange…. It has been explained to me this way, a load of non legal un qualified people get files, they tick box’s on what’s needed or do something.. then put it back in the pile.. when it looks like everything is ok then it goes to a real lawyer to check and sign off.. Of course things are always missed and so delays are common. There is no one responsible, they do not reply to ANYONE, solicitors, estate agents or even the clients.. After several months we are about to walk away from deal... I feel sorry for seller.. all I can say is you get what you pay for.. DO NOT use this shower of s…, You have been warned.. use a real legal firm

AVOID, I have never know such incompetent people, let alone lawyers. NO contact, seems NO interest and ZERO customer service or satisfaction. To put this in perspective, my daughter started the process of buying her house a month after these clowns started, she completed, and moved in before Christmas! now 20 Jan still no contact even after numerous emails and calls. still dont even know if the buyer is happy to buy and still moving in as it has been months. PLEASE go on trust pilot and review as it is still a high score, which they really do not deserve. I understand the alleged cyber attack but I'm sure we still managed to do the job before computers were even invented!

My wife and I are selling our property to a buyer. There’s no chain. They are first time buyers. Offer was accepted at end of August 2021, survey done and mortgage agreed and signed off by their lender 1st week of October. It’s the 17th of January 2022 and still no completion date. Only a week ago they were suggesting our buyers do another survey!!?? They haven’t got a clue what they are doing. And our solicitor can get no answer or reply from them. Incompetent to say the least.

Please just stay away for your own good. I didn't even use them but bottom of our chain did. I've now lost my new house and it's like living in a squat after having to unload our removals van due to lack of completion 😪😪😪

Appallingly incompetent. They have lost important paperwork that was submitted several months ago & their communication has been abysmal. The process has been unnecessarily tedious, lengthy & stressful. We are still awaiting exchange after several months & now feeling that we may lose our purchase due to the lack of professionalism from this firm.

Waiting, over two months for conveyance to contact me,still waiting. Trying to contact them is like trying to get blood out of stone, and when you get somewhere, our operations are busy, or our sites gone down, very very poor service.

It’s the worst experience I have EVER had with lawyers! I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have NEVER had such an awful experience! I am selling and there is NO chain at all and still have not completed after 6 months! PPL are still making enquires about information I have already provided time and time AGAIN! So frustrating but too late to pull out now! KEEP WELL AWAY from Premier Property Lawyers! I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to use them! They have definitely lost future business from me!

14 weeks on and still waiting for my sellers conveyacing team to supply the basic paperwork asked for as early as October 2021. This, a chain free, mortgage free purchase appears to have taxed PPL to the max. No-one's able to reply to emails from my conveyancer or myself to simply ask whats going on, not sure they actual read anything at all. Would suggest they read their genuine reviews rather than those self created ones stating theirs has been an amazing wonderful experience, going on to name random people who work for PPL. Honestly fake as anything. If you don't improve youre going to fold!

Avoid Premier Property Lawyers. Seriously. I wish if I could give them zero star. Selling my property through Premier Property Lawyers was the worst experience I've ever had in any form of service, a complete waste of time, energy and money. From the first minute I was referred to them by Purple Bricks, was bombarded by phone calls asking me to sign for their “property purchase” element. My originally allocated a conveyancer was later changed without an explanation and in my personal opinion it was done on basis of subconscious racial profiling. The ID verification was done using third party app, what they fail to inform me of is the second part of the verification, so you can imagine my surprise when I had a call from a complete stranger asking me to confirm my date of birth, address, bank details etc. My allocated operative was so not interested in the job I started to wonder if he knew what he was doing, tried to complain asking to speak to the manager(ess), she to my surprise refused to call me and got the person I wanted to complain about to ring me and ask what is my problem. Times and time I duplicated documents simply because no one checked their Eway system before requesting the same documents. Lost two buyers due to their slow-paced progress. The November system crashing was the final straw, hundreds were getting updates from third parties with no feedback or explanation from PPL. The horror stories about those caught in the middle of this!! I was one of the lucky ones who had the sale finalised manually. I wish I read reviews about PPL before being coerced by the Estate Agent into appoint them. Avoid Premier Property Lawyers. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid and if in doubt there is a short video on YouTube about someone’s experience with them, I strongly advise people to check it first.

We lost our mum in June to Cancer and took the decision for me to sell my property, move into my sisters to be near. I had a straightforward sale through Purple Bricks. However, the PPL conveyancing has been an absolute joke. We have sent every piece of information requested to them, and they have failed to forward this on to the other solicitor, hence a delay on completion. They don’t answer telephone calls, communication is non-existant, it really beggars belief how they can be allowed to carry on this way. So, so disappointed.

So far so bad. We're buying a house through Purplebricks (also abysmal) and they use Premier Property Lawyers. The even worse thing is that the seller is using Premier Property Lawyers (different branch) so you'd think it'd be smooth. 2 1/2 months over the exchange date and each time we ask for an update we get the same answer - we'll chase today and find out - and then nothing. Until i have to contact again and then we receive the same reply!

Truly awful. 16 weeks and counting so far for a chain of 3 with no mortgages involved, first time buyer at one end and a new build buyer at the other. What a mistake using this lot. DONT USE.

My experience has been appalling. Communication is abysmal. No response to calls or emails. Conveyancer is impossible to get hold of. I seem to be doing most of the work. I wish I had read the reviews first, but was using purple bricks ( who themselves were good but have premier property lawyers as their default conveyancers as part of their package) Do not use this company if you value your sanity and health. The simplest forms of communication seem to be beyond them. Yes, their system was compromised but for the past month my conveyancers mobile has had the message 'this number has technical difficulties, please try again later'. For goodness sake, can you not access another mobile phone? can you not get a new one? There appears to be nothing now standing in the way of my completion except this inept conveyancing team. My next step is to contact the Ombudsman and I would urge everyone in this situation to do the same
