“Absolute shambles. Phone calls ignored. Emails ignored. It took numerous calls and and emails to get an update. I had a 60 day period of silence for my conveyancer Dan Tabner. When I finally got to speak to him he asked me what I wanted to know. Well isn't that obvious.
After a brief phone call with him in which he blamed my buyers solicitor and gave me no information at all, I received an email from Dan Tabner. This email had a series of questions about my property which I answered immediately an sent back. 24 hours later I received a call from Dan Tabner in which he told me my buyers solicitor had some questions. I asked if they were the same questions as he emailed me last night. To my total disbelief he had no knowledge of his email. Totally incompetent and unprofessional service. Call centre tactics by anonymous people who couldn't give a toss. Was lead to believe PPL was the in house solicitor of Strike Estate agents.
This is a complete LIE. I could go on more but I think you'll get the picture. Complete set of muppets. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LEAVE THE BIG BOY JOBS TO THOSE WEARING BIG BOY TROUSERS.”

You cannot get hold of anyone, your conveyancer and the supervisor are all uncontactable every time you call, no emails answered, you are completely ignored. It is such a worrying and stressful situation as we are about to lose our house yet they couldn't care less. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this company, they just screw you over.”

Its been 2 months and I still havent heard back from them. We have had no contact from our solicitor since joining. You cannot get in contact with anyone, emails are ignored and phone calls are unanswered. We have been filling out the contact form as they have advised us to do and we still haven't heard back from them. There has been no progress since I have joined, they do not care about the stress they put you through. I wish I did more research on this company before joining and discovered these reviews. If you're planning to join, dont! Save yourself. No words can describe how terrible this company is.”

I am sure there are dedicated people at the end of this hopeless service. But they are uncontactable. 4 weeks ago queries from my buyer and today same questions unanswered, oh...but if I pay an extra £80 they will be able to cover the two outstanding questions.
My personal experience is they are Sharks! Beware

“PPL has had a catastrophic software breach, however, I have not be contacted at all for over 3 weeks, at a crucial time in two expensive transactions. What can one make of this? It appears that going forward PPL is a dead duck. Certainly, the stress accrued through working with this firm means I could never recommend them, sadly. Nice idea, flawed application.”
“Estate agent recommended this shower of S""T i said ok because they said it was £650 all in , everything !! thats when the alarm bells should of rang ! from the start i could never talk to my conveyencer i spoke with the "TEAM" who are not even in the same building !!! its been over 4 months since i started my purchase i was told by estate agent your be in by late august early september it is vacant flat and i am cash buyer i am now paying hotel and food bills with no end in sight rubbish company stay well clear !!!!”

“DO NOT USE. Had been very patient during there technical issues. Which was a mistake. Have received no phone call from solicitor going on 4 weeks now. Been told many times over the last 2 weeks my solicitor will call me, and they have not. Only contact I have had, is a random email asking me to send money to bank details provided in an email. Which is shocking, considering you would think they might have brushed up on cyber security, after this. Eventually after 10+ phone calls, i got through to someone that works on the team, still not my solicitor. Go with a solicitor who you can actually meet in person, not these people.”
“We were hoping to exchange this Friday but PPL have done nothing since 28th October. They are 100% uncontactable, despite voicemails and emails from our vendor and his estate agents multiple times per day. It looks like we are going to lose our buyer and therefore will have to start again. DO NOT USE!”

We have lost confidence in Premier Property Lawyers.
We were supposed to have exchanged on the 15th of November and be in our new home by now.
Today the conveyancer told us that he still hasn’t received the management pack.
However, we spoke to our management company who confirmed that they sent the management pack 2 weeks ago, all documented in the email trail.
The conveyancer also told us that the land registry hasn’t sent him the lease yet. This has been requested 4 time within a month, again email trail confirms.
I suspect it was sent to them before the outage.
They are also claiming that they are missing the TR1 from our purchase side which was also confirmed to have been sent a few weeks ago.
In our opinion this looks like Premier Property Lawyers has lost all our documents and records and now trying to cover this up with complete BS.”
“Appalling service. Had to find out about IT issue from the bbc website. We are trying to complete sale and purchase and our conveyancer can't access records despite the message on your website. We have now had to put stuff in storage look for temporary accommodation because PPL can't confirm completion date. With no direct dial number we can't contact our solicitor directly and have to call central number and hope someone picks up and passes the message on. How have your systems been down for 3 weeks?? your service sucks.”
