THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, PURPOSELY MAILS YOU THE WRONG ITEMS IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK ON WHAT YOU ORDERED (AND WILL PUT THE LABEL OF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED ON WHAT YOU DIDN'T WHEN THEY SHIP, IN MY CASE I ORDERED AND PAID FOR A LEG HARNESS AND RECEIVED A FABRIC CHOKER WITH A STICKER FROM THE WAREHOUSE LABELED AS MY ITEM) THEN THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 2 WEEKS TO TELL YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM WITH YOUR OWN MONEY AND ONLY WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM BACK YOU MAY GET YOUR REFUND OF WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE AND THAT CAN TAKE 10+ BUSINESS DAYS, THIS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Dont order from them. I never recieved my order. They refused to send me a replacement package or refund my money. Then they told me to “just reorder the items” which were their exact words when I emailed customer service. Don’t let them steal from you like they did me. This company is broke and it shows

Their website was very easy to follow and includes many features to help you find the item you are looking for. The items I ordered came very quickly and were to a good standard. I will definitely be buying from them again!

Order 6 items for $70 waited at month and got one item while my invoice listed all my items I purchased all they could do is refund me but all I want is the damn clothes I ordered. NEVER purchasing anything from there site it’s a waste if time!!

Worst experience ever! The shipping is taking for ever and after two weeks they said they will refund my money because they did not have a blouse. If they do not have a product, why do they sell it on their web site??? Never again!!!!!!!!

To say the least this is the worst company Iv orderd from online inregards to getting a refund on a dress I returned 6weeks ago now. I done everything asked of me on the returns slip and at the drop of bin at my local Asda and no matter how many times Iv emailed them explaining my return purchase the date and time! I still get someone different emailing me back with a different answer saying sorry we haven't reciev it yet please allow another 21. Days for you refund!! I'm sorry but this is not acceptable ladys be aware when you order from this site if what you get is not what it seems and you send it back you will struggle very much to get your returns refunded! This company Pretty Little Thing has now given me no faith in ordering online due to how they have handled my returns order Iv paid for a dress I no longer have and although it may not seem much but I'm now £30.00 out of pocket.. Just given you all a heads up please think twice before you order from this company as they are no more than con artist.

I placed two orders, one with EXPRESS post and then another item a few days later with REGULAR POST. I waited 1.5 weeks for my first express order (on their website it states that express shipping takes 1-3 working days) and nothing arrived. I checked the tracking number and there had been no update at all. I proceeded to contact customer care as i needed the outfit for an event, three different ladies told me it was on its way with the courier..or it was still inn transit. I waited 2 MORE WEEKS PAST MY ORDER DATE and i still did not receive my first parcel. After sending emails and going back and fourth with different PLT staff, another lady told me MY PARCEL DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE - I WAS NOT EVEN UPDATED OF THIS ISSUE SO THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CONSUMER AND SELLER. My second order (which i regret again, but i ordered it straight after the first thinking it would come on time) took 2 WEEKS AGAIN TO ARRIVE. It arrived in ABSOLUTELY POOR CONDITION - the jacket i ordered was not even in its own packaging, it was messy and fully creased. The jeans i ordered were TERRIBLE, the quality felt as if it would tear as soon as i put it on. I REGRET ALL MY ORDERS AND i know this review might or might not change your mind in ordering from PLT but SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT JUST BUY OFF THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP AND CELEBRITIES WEAR THEIR CLOTHES. Their website just keeps growing from your support and they just keep getting richer. YOU WILL NOT BE IMPRESSED AT THEIR QUALITY, DELIVERY TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I know people say the amount you spend is the quality you get, but really, no matter how much a PLT item is, it will be terrible quality. I NEVER write reviews like this, but i am appalled at this whole transaction. AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

This was my second time ordering from them and this is the second time they sent the wrong size. Their photoshop and cameras are awesome because the clothes look waaaaay better online than in person. I'll just stick to Fashion Nova .

I've ordered 3 times from PrettyLittleThing, the shipping went pretty fast even though I live in a different country. The clothes look super cute online but when I recieved them I got dissapointed because of the quality, very cheap and thin material. You can buy the same things from Boohoo and get them for way way cheaper. I even recieved a pair of pants with a big hole in my pocket but If I want to send it back I need to pay for it.

Awful treatment and awful product. DO NOT SHOP HERE All of the products i ordered were very poor quality would never shop here again. In this order I bought a swimsuit and it had been worn. Firstly, it did not have a hygiene sticker in it so i'm not entirely sure why they thought it was OK to send to a customer. Secondly, there were vaginal fluids in the swimsuit which is a big hygiene issue. I'm not sure how this was missed as it is the most obvious mark. there is also various other marks and faketan. Their company policy states that it will accept returns for swimsuit which is a complete lie. Not even following their own policies just shows how you cannot trust them. After contacting customer services they have been terrible. I asked them to resend a swimsuit out next day but they just told me to reorder it myself. as it is bank holiday I could not get next day delivery. All they have offered is a delivery refund but have not even given me the 20% discount i received with the original order. I will be returning this as i'm just so angry about how they have treated me. As i can see this is not the first time that this has happened as someone else has posted this below. DISGUSTING from them to send out worn swimsuits.

PRETTY LITTLE THING believe it’s ok to send me a worn & damaged thong body suit (probably been up someone else’s arse crack) and can only offer my money back when I send the item back and wait 3-5 working days! And then offer me free next day delivery to buy something else! It’s disgusting! I have took it to trading standards!

Absolutely disgraceful service. The tracking is horrendous as it says that the estimated delivery date was the same date on which I ordered. Customer service are extremely unhelpful and slow at replying. Paid £5.99 for the nominated delivery only for it not to arrive that day. I made an inquiry and found out that apparently my postcode is “restricted” from that delivery option, however they still took my money anyway. I will never be ordering from this shitty site again.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. After two orders were 'eventually cancelled because the items were "not in stock"', they refunded them. I was a little suspect, given there was no phone number and just now read the reviews. I can easily seeing them being true. Their tracking truly does suck. Very very disappointing.

Even though the items on the site are cute PLT has a few issues. (1) The sizing can be quite off at times even for the same item. I ordered the exact same dress during the same order if different colours and even though both dresses said the same size one dress was smaller. (2) The time from order to ship vary so much. One order the things didn't for days to a week, another order things shipped in 3 days and one order I couldn' even tell when the shipment was made it was just in pending even every I received my items. (3) Customer service is trash. Regarding a return issue I had, there was no consistency is reps, I was constantly repeating my issue and following up even though all communication was done via email.... like scroll down and read!!! I kept getting different answers when I did get any answers and that process took about 2 weeks I believe. And they have no phone number so you can't call and get immediate assistance or clarify without wasting time. (4) Their return process sucks. They make you pay via eParcel but have no way of tracking return status online. They don't keep the label that they make you on file. And when a package gets lost they refuse to help or even look up the package tracking. I waited patiently for a return update for about 6-7weeks and when I followed up they did nothing, not even a courtesy. You can clearly see on my account I've only made 2 orders and this is my first return..they provided no assistance.

Don’t order from this company!!! Ordered and 4 days have gone by and my items still haven’t shipped. Bought these items for a trip, and at purchase was told the delivery would be August 22, now after reaching out too several places and finally getting a FB response I was told they still haven’t shipped and won’t be here until the 24th AFTER I LEAVE TO GO ON MY TRIP. This company won’t honor the original ship date or cancel the order. EVEN THOUGH IT HASNT SHIPPED. This is ridiculous. Scam. Ripoff. Don’t order from here

DISGUSTING. Sent 3 items back to them and got refunded for two and not the third one. Spoke to 'Hollie' at customer service who did NOTHING to help me at all apart from copy and paste the fact they can do nothing without proof of receipt. I work for a CHOICE store, and we go above and beyond to make sure our customers are satisfied, even if it means looking back on cameras to see who's handled the orders, so we don't STEAL anyones money that they work hard for!!! After spending hundreds previously, NEVER spending my hard earned money with them ever again.

My order # 502170025 So I ordered four different things from them on Tuesday and today (Saturday) I received an email saying my order have been canceled due to out of stock items. I ordered four different things, how is all the things I ordered out of stock?!? I’m disappointed.

First time using PLT ordered once items too big, so the-ordered. Both orders arrived promptly and on time. My issue is with the returns. Returned both my orders at the same time, first order or two items were too big and second order of two items didn’t really suit me. Got confirmation that my first returned packaged and be received safely and re-fund for both items on its way. Next day an email come through for the second package, but only one item had been re-funded. Queried via their online contact page. Company now want to see proof of receipt of my postage. Highlighted that this was pretty pointless considering they had already confirm receipt of the package and just wanted the to look into the issue of why the second item had not been re-funded. Waiting for their response. Not hopeful
