Customer Service efficiency is terrible. No telephone line just contact through twitter dms - which is fine as you do get a reply but customer service do absolutely nothing. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address as it had already been automatically saved. On three separate occasions I was told that they were able to change the address to my current one and that the delivery service had been informed so I was very grateful. Each time the parcel was delivered to the same wrong address as nothing had been resolved. Eventually had to travel to the other address to pick up my package which cost unnecessary time and money. It's as if the customer service is just there to appease customers but never actually follows through.

PLT is hit and miss. Orders I have placed usually arrive quite promptly and the clothes are usually ok for a few wears. This site is really good for going out dresses and festival wear and things that you dont have a lot of traffic in and out the washing machine as the clothes get tatty quickly (due to mediocre quality). Returns take ages to process to your bank if you want your money back dont bother trying to exchange or do anything complicated just send it back and re order (it takes too long to get a response for anything complicated and by the time someone actually replies your opportunity to return has gone). Other than the returns I have found PLT to be exactly what it says on the tin, its marketed towards teens and young girls and I find it good for this as its quite reasonably priced.

It’s been 9 weeks and I got nothing— finally I emailed them and they said there was a problem with the address. That address works for every single other shipment I’ve ever had. And what would’ve happened if I never contacted them…? Shady business practices. Now they only provide repetitive, non-informative email responses. So far no refund.

The company reaaaallly need to get an exchange service especially when their clothes are a size too small. I have used PLT before and the sizes used to be accurate but the last 2 times I’ve ordered they’ve been too small. Last time I got my money back for the delivery on my next order and the man was very helpful. However this time the person on the chat told me it wasn’t possible to get a refund on the delivery charges even though I want to buy the dress again. It’s really annoying because I have now paid £8 in delivery charges and it’s due to poor sizing, as I am an 8s in every shop I use including other online stores like ASOS and missguided so I’m quite disappointed.

I ordered several Items from them but then my order got lost and I only heard of this because I spoke to the customer service online and I asked to resend the Items, I then got an E-mail with my new order number but in this order one Item from the original order was missing (WICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR) the order arrived yesterday but I sent everything back because the quality was soooo bad. I hope I will at least get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT'S A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Terrible customer service especially with retiring a bathing suit, I sent the bathing suit back over a month ago and still have not received my refund and just received and email stating that they can’t refund me because it’s been a month, which doesn’t make sense as I sent them the bathing suit over a month ago with the order number etc. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from here

I have ordered multiple times over the past couple of years, never had an issue.. always on time.. no issues with clothing sizing etc.. however ordered a dress Monday.. paid years next day delivery.. tuesday.. no dress email to wait another 24 hours.. I got this dress to wear for a wedding Friday! I have ordered the same dress in hope it arrives tomorrow.. considering if it is not ok I will have to go shopping tomorrow! But have no idea whatsoever it will turn up! Pretty little thing on this occasion you have disappointed me! I have had to search and didnt think I would come across these negative reviews never having problems. Turns out I am not the only one! Sort it out!

Pretty little thing stole nearly £100 out of my bank account (no order)and are now daudeling when it comes to putting the money back in saying wait and see if the money goes back in by the 24th other wise we can contact the finance team. Contact the straight away, this is theft!

All the clothes are very cute but they are cheaply made my dress I just bought the zipper just came right off it’s not because I couldn’t fit literally it just came off before I could even put the dress on. I guess it makes sense why everything is always on sale

The first time i ordered from PLT they had sent me the wrong item, i ordered bottoms but they sent me a top and although it was their fault they still expected me to pay the delivery fee back to them which was ridiculous since it was their mistake to begin with, on top of that it wasn't even the right size. Didn't even bother returning that so i just gave it to a friend. This was a year ago 2018. Now, decided to give them a shot (2019), big mistake. Because they had gotten my size wrong the first time i wanted to clarify. I DMed on IG AND emailed them cuz i needed to know asap since a lot of the items i wanted were low in stock. Customer Service on IG got back to me first, i had asked her "If i order a size 8UK it'll come back to me as a 4CAD correct?" customer service told me yes. I make my order. Next morning i get an email from customer service because i had msged them both. The customer service via email told me that if i changed the tab for CAD then i would just order my size as a CAD because the warehouse would do the conversion for me. So i tried to explain to her that the girl via IG didn't tell me that and that i had already put in my order and shouldn't have to pay for it to be returned but she kept telling me unfortunately it's there policy that they don't pay for returns. Unbelievable.. never ordering from them again.

I ordered 3 sets of bikinis and it only took 4 days to arrive, which was way sooner than they had estimated. The shape of each bikini set are a really nice fit and I love the colours. The only thing I would do is order a size 8 instead of 6 for the top but I just about get away with it. Overall I am really happy with my order and will purchase from PLT again.

everything that i ordered was way too small which was pretty surprising to me b/c i never usually have that problem. fast shipping but when i everything came there were loose threads and everything was so hard to get on. i don’t think i’ll be ordering again it was a waste of a $90 which bought me four items. if considering ordering u might want to size up. such a bummer

Spent over $150 & EVERYTHING they sent me was all the wrong sizes including the shoes I ordered from them! 2 words NEVER AGAIN!!!!

My daughter ordered a dress & paid extra for next day delivery but got it several days later ( too small and it was ripped) she contacted them about exchanging for a larger size & was told not to bother sending it back & they could only send one in the original size back ( not the next size up) SCAM COMPANY and very BAD SERVICE...

Never again will I order from PLT, this was my daughters first and last experience with them. First of all the item we ordered is cut wrong and so it's completely useless. Trying to return it was a complete joke, they don't make it easy for the customer and the email system never worked. Makes me wonder how much money they've made off of customers that never get they're money back due to PLT impossible return setup on the website. I finally gave up trying, will take the loss and say that we've learned our lesson and move on. I wouldn't recommend PLT to anyone. Business reputation carries a ton of weight, customer satisfaction should be #1. PLT's return reviews are pretty bad, sorry I didn't do my research first.

My country Montenegro is not on the PLT refund list so PLT liers got my money,sent me the dresses wrong sized, and I cannot get refund. Scammers and liars. Shame!

worst refund policies ever! Not only did i received a deffective item... sawn completely wrong but from checking the size chart what i received is definitely not a small! an 8 year old child would fit in what i received. i called customer service twice asking for a simple swap of sizes and a switch of my deffective item, they told me i had to ship it at my cost and reorder! you call yourself an online business? returns and exchanges should be free of charge. lastly the material is cheap and nothing like pictures...

Ordered lot of items, but in a 5 times so I paid the price plus delivery 5 times. Obly 2 or 3 dresses are wearable. The rest i can put in the been, big sizes or small sizes, silly long trusers, wrong color of the shirtetc. I sent 20 emails, got 2 or 3 generic responds, they pretend to refund my money but my country is not at LPT return list. Think I lost my money so I contacted UK ACTION FRAUD and wait their response. I feel bad and depressive. PLT is a scam they misused the customers online and moke with us.
