I ordered 3 items the book I received had the remnants of a large sticky label on the front & the back. As it was too late to reorder for Christmas I had to give it as it was & did my best to remove it but it looked 2nd hand. Prob won’t use again for presents

I ordered 2 personalized books for my niece and nephew, both with a box so it can be an ornament for life. I only received one box, despite paying for 2 and instead received a random book for “Ivy”.

The product page promised "Will arrive before Christmas". However, the delivery estimate on checkout was 21st-26th December, so I was left unclear whether it would arrive before Christmas or not. When I contacted Prezzybox on Twitter, they proceeded to tweet a picture of the product I'd ordered in their replies (I'd only quoted the order number). Given the present was for my wife, who follows me on twitter, this meant she could easily have seen what I'd ordered (as well as raising general customer data protection issues). On the plus side, the gift did arrive in time. However, the box was split on one side and I had to repair it myself. Given the main selling point of this product (socks in a customisable box) was the box itself, that's pretty shoddy. A poor experience all round.

Paid for expensive next day delivery on the Tuesday evening and didn't receive until Friday lunchtime - won't be using again

No help whatsoever, yes I made a mistake on a personalised item and notice straight away. There was a link you could use to change any mistakes but it didn't work. I also emailed straight away and had some e-mails backwards and forwards. Was told that they have no way of amending anything personalised and when I sent an e-mail with a photo attached with the link that should let you change It, guess what no e-mail back.

Paid for express delivery but it didn’t arrive in time and nobody contacted me until I put it on Twitter. They were very friendly on twitter and quick to try and solve it and I appreciated the refund of the delivery charge. However even at that point I was told it was the cat pyro candle that had caused the delay and had been removed from the order when it was actually the tea towel I didn’t receive in the end. Bit disappointed

No card of who from with gift Tracking device failed to state when the gift arrived Apart from that the gift did get delivered in time for Christmas

Order Number: 102349987 Jim.vivian@ntlworld.com It's Christmas morning inserted brand new AA batteries the correct way round, turn on and nothing happened. Please arrange for a new replacement. I'll await your returns label.

Never received delivery before Christmas even though it was stated on the website that it would be. Also tried to state 1 out of 5 but the text box wouldn’t open to comment. Extremely disappointed, and yet to see if and when the delivery will arrive...maybe in time for next Christmas 😡

Received the item in good time however when I got the item the packaging was all squashed and ripped, not very good for a Christmas present as it looks second hand.

The bauble arrived and you can't even read the personalised writing. There's black marks on the bauble which looks like paint. No overly happy.

After ordering on a Friday and paying for next day delivery on Saturday I received nothing. Monday morning I tracked my order which still showed delivery the previous Saturday. I contacted Prezzybox by phone and was told they would find out where my order was. Two hours later I still had no answer so I contacted again and spoke to a different person who told me my order was still waiting to be dispatched and I would receive it over the next couple of days. I questioned why had I paid for next day delivery then and was assured that the difference would be refunded. Still waiting for that one !!! I received my delivery the next day.

Late delivery - wasn’t dispatched from you until I emailed asking why I hadn’t received it - I have paid for a next day delivery Then the parcel was left in the bright pink box on my doorstep, then wrong product was in my parcel.. The replacement was sent out ‘on next day’ still recieved late. When I emailed about the poor service the only part acknowledged was the incorrect product. Service just seems to lack all round

Products were fine but the delivery date was 15th to 19th Dec - did not arrive until 21st - intended party was 20th !

one item arrived on time , the other three l am still waiting for ( eta 16 - 21st Dec ) Today is the 23rd .. Their offices are closed so l can't communicate with them , maybe they will arrive tomorrow :/

Good selection of gifts. However on second order I received an emails telling me one of the items could not be filled and that details would follow in the delivery note. Entirely unhelpful. As the order was just four lots of the same item, does this mean I am getting three, two, one or none of it? If none, presumably you won’t be sending a delivery just to provide a delivery note. That email should have been much more detailed. Also as these were gifts, had they been different items and you had not told me which one was missing I wouldn’t have known which one to try and replace. Really not good enough. With a delivery I did receive, the “try me” button on a toy had been wedged down into the packaging and it had been singing to the delivery driver non-stop. That’s funny but it’s not ideal that I had to open the packaging of the present in order to stop it.

You did not have an item in stock, and I did not get an email saying the item was delayed. subsequently I have no present to give to someone.
