quick delivery, notified by email updates throughout the process. The box however was ridiculously big for the item and as such was full of packing material. Do you really want to kill the planet?

Still haven't received my order after more than a week. Having paid for the order (5 items) I got an email to notify me that one item was out of stock but would be back in stock within a couple of days and would send me my complete order then. This was fine, but after a few days passed and still now delivery I contacted Prezzybox to find out where my order was. I was informed that there were now three items from my order now out of stock. Rather than Prezzybox keeping the items i had already paid for reserved whilst waiting for the single item to return into stock, they sold a further two items from my order leaving me now with only two of the five items I have purchased and leaving me waiting even longer and oblivious to whether I am going to ever receive these items. Still no parcel and no notifications of my items being in stock let alone being dispatched. Really feel let down by Prezzybox. No form of good will offered from them either for the inconvenience caused which is disappointing.

I am disappointed that I had to wait one week to be told that the item I ordered was out of stock and discontinued. I was further irritated that, on looking in the website, the item is still being offered for sale! Which is is - for sale, out of stock or discontinued?

The vibrating pillow does not work, bought new AA batteries for it and no vibration. Very disappointed as it was a xmas present

The book I ordered was tiny and with postage came to over £7. Absolute rubbish!

ordered item a week ago, still not arrived, email asking for this review arrived before item has?? tracking number is a waste of time as says dispatched on 4th and delivery between 6-11th Dec... hardly helpful tracking information is it?

I am happy with the gifts I have received although the snore-eaze could have been packaged better as some of the insides have leaked. I was however very frustrated with customer service from several members of your staff when the item was delayed. I was advised that the item was sent non-tracked and there was no way to tell when this would arrive, which is not helpful when I am waiting on an item which is due to be gifted. I was also told that the item would be delivered by royal mail so I spent time contacting my local delivery office to see if they could provide any up date, however when the item arrived it was in fact delivered by Hermes. Multiple times I had to request a response on your online message system as my message had been read but I had not received a response. Therefore although I am happy with the items I will not be using prezzybox again due to your poor customer service and issues with delivery.

WHEN ORDERED, ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES WERE 29/11 TO 01/12. THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER... MY ORDER WAS NOT DISPATCHED UNTIL 1/12 AND I RECEIVED IT ON 6/12/17. NOT GOOD AT ALL. THE PRODUCT WAS WHAT I WANTED THOUGH AND ITS O.K.

Opted for next day delivery on the Wednesday but item didn’t arrive. It was a secret Santa gift and had to go out and buy another one. Finally arrived late afternoon on the Saturday. Please don’t advertise next day deliver if you can’t follow through with what is promised

My order was delivered three days too late. I had an eta of 30/11-02/12 (I needed it for a secret Santa on the 2nd.) my order arrived Tuesday 5th, which was no good to the person receiving my secret Santa. I understand it's a busy time for deliveries, but you shouldn't promise something then not deliver. I wrote a complaint email December 2nd and I haven't heard a thing back, not even an acknowledgement. I don't think the tracking system is of sufficient quality, it should provide far more information than it already does. I'm disappointed with the service I've received.

Ordered a larger size than I actually needed for my grandson but was very disappointed as I think that this will be too small. So sizings are very very small.

Paid for next day delivery, didn't arrive next day. Website guarantees it by next day, so I contacted 'Claudia' at their (apparently award-winning) customer service and asked what was happening, she said 'Worst case it will be tomorrow :( '. Now I'm not a 12-year-old girl, so frowny face doesn't really cut it for me, a simple 'sorry, the courier has been delayed' would have done, but won't be ordering from them again. Annoyed with the missed delivery date and no offer to rectify their broken guarantee of next day service

Delivery date was emailed to me 30/11-2/12 never received and was an attempted delivery on 4/12 now I have got to go to a delivery office to pick parcel up which isn’t really convenient

Item inside the box doesn’t resemble the pictures shown online and outside of the box!! Looks like a totally different shape glass

Item was dispatched but never arrived. Contacted Prezzybox who said it was lost in transit. Full refund given straight way. Not their fault but still fustrating. Shame

Didn't arrive till the 4th December was ment to arrive 1st and it was an advent calendar so had a very upset daughter
